When I first talked to them for a quote, they made it very easy as they walk you through the whole moving process. The person giving the quote makes you go room by room and list all the furniture that you are planning on moving to your new place. They then explain what's included in the price and email you a copy for your records. A $50 deposit is required to lock in your date and is credited towards your total at the end. Adil and his team works super fast and waste no time at all. They are very knowledgeable and work great together as a team. They finished our move 2 hours earlier than what was quoted! Amazing! All our furniture and belongings were packed wonderfully in their truck and all made it to our new place in their respective rooms without any issues. I highly recommend using Move4U the next time you need movers. Their pricing is very affordable and hiring them was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My back would never have survived this move and am very grateful for these guys!

They claimed more cubic space was needed, even though my items were dramatically reduced. Because of the price change and aggressive behavior the move did not proceed. I have filed complaints with regulators and the a bank dispute. I don't recommend this moving company to anyone who wants to avoid unnecessary stress and aggravation!

They had a list of every single item we were having moved and when they did move us, there was nothing added to that list. They came up with other reasons to up our price by $2k. They told us the new price after they had all of our items in their truck, so our hands were tied. The people I talked to to try and work out the issue were of no help. Our sales rep left us hanging and we just had to pay $2k more than what we agreed on. Silver lining was the movers and that nothing was broken, besides a bowl. Responding back to the comment below: We did not add 20 items. We had no additional items, we simply had 74. When we signed the paperwork, all of our stuff was already in their truck, so there was nothing we could do about it. They do have A TON of paperwork, but it's just simply not good business practice to have a sales person quote a price that is so unbelievably off and then say we'll work it out if the sales associate told you something, it'll all be fine and the price will be adjusted. It wasn't and we were handcuffed to paying a crazy amount for a 2 bedroom condo move an hour away. For anyone planning on going with them - don't trust the sales associates who quote you a price.
