Customer service was amazing, when we arrived in Florida is when the ish hit the fan. We got a text and a phone call confirming delivery of our items. We arranged to be available during the time window- when the window arrived we got a text saying there was an issue, and to call, and that is when the real nightmare began. My husband was told that our uboxes were lost and they couldn't be located- we spoke with at least 5 different representatives. We were hung up on more than once (once is an accident more than that....) anyways I'm still waiting for a call back from one of the representatives who said she would call back with an update: anyways, really disappointing customer service not impressed I wouldn't recommend the u boxes for anyone moving. What a headache.

The monthly charges fluctuate every month and not consistent. There are problems with rats and vermins all over the property. Customer service is a joke, I've contacted them every week hoping to get a response from the manager or someone higher up. They will not give you any information except that someone will call you back and they never do. It seems very shady that you can't speak to a district manager about the ongoing problems. There are SO many other rental units. I was willing to pay anything to get my stuff out of there and couldn't be happier. Stop giving them your money
