With a smile and a positive attitude they continued moving forward, despite the challenges that arose. Their commitment to the safety of the items they're moving while maintaining proper lifting procedures, these two are a true role model for movers to follow. Not often do you get movers who truly care about what they do and about the customer as these two did. I truly hope that management recognize these two because they are patient understanding and committed to ensuring the customer needs are met goes beyond reproach. On Feb 3rd, 2026 I hired two men and a truck. I had actually hired them previously but the closing…read moreon my new place was delayed. I was told that the hourly rate would be more then originally quoted but have never received my bill to know just exactly how much I was charged per hour. I had more furniture then originally anticipated and I accept that as a failure on my part. These men wrapped almost every item of furniture yet still managed to break stuff. One guy picked up my tool chest, after I stated that it was heavy, didn't wrap it just walked away. This item was badly broken upon inspection at the end of the move; I can only guess from being dropped. I did also have a small shoe shelf that a piece was missing from; with it being a plastic part I was unable to repair it. I've found many chips and broken parts in my stuff since, none that really effect functionality one such item is an antique custom built cabinet that is irreplaceable. These men, one in particular tried to push their way into doorways, causing damage to the corners and even took out a big piece of paint on my kitchen cuboard and a chunk from my counters; I hadn't even complained about that. I did however complain about the supervisor that showed up and took up the one guy that knew the mosts time for about 1/2 hour; I was fully charged for this time and quite frankly I want that money back! They never responded to my first correspondence and then tried to tell me to keep the toolbox for them to come and asses, but didn't send that email for over 2 weeks so it was long gone. Their sheer lack of accountability and excesive charges is why I filed a BBB complaint. Theyoffered a refund of 37.00 will cover my broken items and told me that I should have purchased additional insurance, EXCUSE ME!! I 've only asked that 1/2 hour credited back and reimbursment for the toolchest that I've had to purchase. I've filed a complaint, but that has gotten no where as they've not acknowledged it.

We packed the contents of a large moving truck into the warehouse while remodeling our new home. A short time later the gate to the exterior fence malfunctioned and has been left open and as of this date is still broken ,so basically anyone could walk onto the property After paying for the month of June we were going through some of our personal items and the door to the unit broke. The attendant of the property quickly responded and informed us that they would repair it but it would not be repaired until the next day. We informed her that we had a large amount of valuable property contained in the warehouse and it could not be left open especially with the outside gate wide open and the door to the warehouse open. Because of the circumstances we were forced to remove the contents of the warehouse. We found a place to move it and removed our property that afternoon going into the night. My wife and I moved approximately 2000 pounds of furniture and personal items. We paid the month of June and this occurred on the 16th of the month and they refused to return the prorated amount of money we were due. Apparently we were supposed to leave our property in an open unit with absolutely no security. Extremely disappointed

Recently, I hired Quick Moves of Florida to move my household belongings. Prior to signing them up, I asked around and was surprised at the number of people who were so displeased with the movers they had used. Needless to say, this feedback worried me. I looked them up on YELP and saw that the comments were all good. I spoke to Michelle in the office and liked her explanation and decided to hire them. Move day was January 30th. They were scheduled to be at my door between 9-9:30am. At 8:30, I got a call from the lead guy, Joe, who said that they would be a little late. The two movers and their truck rolled up to my driveway at 10am. Joe Stingone introduced himself and his partner and we discussed what was about to happen. Then they got to work. They loaded my packed boxes and furniture. Both of them - Joe and Jonathan - were very nice and respectful. They were talkative and asking me relevant questions such as what stays and what goes. They used blankets to wrap most of the furniture (dressers, bookcases and some tables) so they would not get damaged in the move. They handled fragile items with care. I was amidst the whole time but not in their way nor micro-managing their work. The job was quick and efficient and finished earlier than I expected. Their fees are reasonable and not outlandish. I saw them do really good work - the best that I had seen to date. I highly recommend Quick Moves of Florida.

If anyone has tried to talk to a live person at FedEx I would appreciate getting the contact…read moreinformation. It is impossible to get to a live person regarding a claim. I'm sure that it's because they don't want to talk to actual people about the absolutely horrible service they provide. I filed a claim in September, followed up on it about a month later only to be told that it was delayed because they were still looking for the package. Needless to say I was extremely upset. I was finally able to get to someone who promised me that they would escalate my inquiry. That was two months ago and I have not heard from them. I tried to contact them today only to get a total run around. Their automated system said that the claim was denied although I haven't received any communication from FedEx whatsoever. No matter what I try I am unable to get to a live person. The claim was for one box out a five piece shipment. The five boxes made up one total item that I was returning. Because one box didn't make it I couldn't receive a refund for the return of the item. Now I am out not only the cost of the item (the return window closed) and the cost of shipping an item that never made it!! How does that seem reasonable? If I could rate FedEx lower than not good I would do it in a heartbeat

I should have realized when they offered a price well below average that I would receive service to…read morematch; well below average. Although polite and friendly, the movers were not very proficient. They assured me all of my items would be able to fit on their truck and within the allotted time frame I had available. That was not the case. I had to have my friends show up with an additional vehicle just to fit all of my belongings. It took over 5 hours for a 1 bedroom apartment to be loaded onto the truck, with assistance from my friends. All of my oversized furniture was DAMAGED. (Tv Stand, dresser, armoire, couch) My brand new couch was torn all along the back. My entertainment stand was scraped from front to back, and my dresser drawers no longer work because the dresser was so badly damaged. My armoire was handed to me in pieces, and the owner of the company claims he did that to prevent it from breaking further. The back fell off of it, a door that was intentionally taken off, was handed to me with the top hanging off of it, and the remaining two other doors were caved it because the door stop was broken off. I'm curious how that was helpful? They hand you this form asking about their service in the middle of moving chaos, and at that time I didn't notice the damage done. So I said the service was good and I did not notice any damage on the form. When I noticed the damage done several days later, I could contacted the company. Tommie, the company's main contact/ owner, refuses to pay for damages. Tommie says because it took me three days to notice the damage, it's somehow no longer valid. If you've ever moved before, you know that life doesn't return to normal immediately after. It takes a while to unpack and get situated. Especially because o moved the day before New Years Eve! It took a while to notice all of that damage. Also because they put the damaged side of the couch against a wall so I wouldn't notice it. I only asked that my couch be replaced as it is brand new, and it's unfair that I spent my hard earned money on a new piece of furniture and it's now it's destroyed. I figured I could repair the wooden furniture on my own, but I cannot repair a torn couch. Especially when it's brand new, why shouldI have a repaired couch when it's brand new? I thought this was being fair. Instead of being a responsible business owner, Tommie responded with a nasty email. Now I'm forced to go to Small Claims COURT to have my couch replaced. DO NOT HIRE THIS TEAM - The low price might be inviting, but the cost of repairing damages isn't worth it.

Ocean movers moved my belonging about 3 miles at the most on mid September. George and Cory arrived early, communicated clearly and hustled quickly to unload the moving truck. They were gentle with all of our belongings and placed all of the items in specific rooms as instructed. They completed a 2 hour job in a single hour and also moved items for us into a storage unit. They were both professional and kind. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
