Of course, after talking about such a move for years, we decided to do it during the pandemic which made everything harder for us. We packed all our boxes ourselves, so hired Kedric to "tetris" everything into our PODS container. Kedric and his team did a great job of communicating with me on pricing, schedule, and services available. Overall communication was excellent. My 16 foot PODS container was not big enough for all my stuff so we had to extend the project to another day to load a second container. Both days, Kedric brought a team of 2 workers. He was good at managing them. Luckily due to the pandemic, Kedric's schedule was open enough to accommodate the second day. Everything was well packed, I guess we'll have to write another review when our new home is complete and we unpack our furniture and goods. Only then will we really know how well it was packed in the PODS. The one thing I wished I'd known was how many blankets were needed for packing around furniture and odd-shaped items like floor lamps. I had a few bedspreads and blankets but had to buy so many from Kedric that it really raised my overall bill. If I had to do it again, I would attempt to buy some lightly used blankets or buy a huge number wholesale. But that's not Kedric's fault, just my ignorance.

Due to life hitting me like a bunch of bricks I wasn't able to be fully packed like I usually am, so I sprung for the full service move and they handled my items and possessions as if they were their own. They packed my old apartment quickly and efficiently, at our new place they dropped boxes in the correct rooms, asked for guidance on some furniture and even set up our beds and labeled certain boxes to be opened first (for things that you'd need quickly, like food in the kitchen, or personal items for the bathrooms). While I hope not to need their service for a while because I'm in love with my new place, if and when we need to move again we will always reach out to them first!
