I forget of mentioned I had only had the unit for 2 months before the doubled the rent!!!! Bait and switch is what they did!!! I am half tempted to contact the state to find out if this is illegal! Signing up was super easy and entirely online, rates were reasonable (I think...I've never had a storage unit before). Access is entirely through an app on your phone. For a while my app was buggy and I had trouble getting into the unit, but then I discovered it was my phone's VPN, so once I learned to deactivate that access was no longer an issue. The place is clean, heated and well lit. There are always plenty of carts and every time I've had to talk with staff they were very friendly and helpful.
