I had to sit and wait for another car to come through gate and get out that way or i would have been stuck there who knows how long. No one bothered to call me and see if i was ok or to discuss it. To reserve a U-Haul, you have to give your email and phone number so I would've appreciated if I got any sort of warning this would've happen. Now I'm out of a way to move all my stuff and am literally scrambling to find a solution because today was the only time I had to move everything. I am so disappointed and a little angry this is all happening. This may have been a very rare occasion on their part, but I will never come again and would recommend all my friends/family to look elsewhere.

I then placed a call to schedule the delivery which was answered by a LIVE person who had just seen my online request. He said "it sounds like you need the container ASAP so if you would like two of them delivered this afternoon we can do that and deliver the other two the following day". And they ACTUALLY followed through on their promise. They were kind, respectful, honest and prompt. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNITS located in Kent, WA.
