If they would have called I could have saved my stuff. But as I was driving out you could see dirt and water stains on other units and know. They did not call any of those people and how long will it be until they found there stuff. Just plain money hungery.

At the time, the guy in the office told me the rate they gave me would not change greater than CPI or cost of living. I was quoted $123/month. What they insist on adding is taxes plus mandatory storage insurance bringing that to $148.40. Then come September, they jack the rates to $200. Now, March 2026 they have jacked the rates again to $251.22. This represents a greater-than-100% increase. I've been in an out of storage for much of my adult life as I travel. This is the most greedy, deceptive, bad faith business I have encountered. Take my advice--take your business elsewhere.

Yes, the unit was locked. The individual/s removed my lock and secured the unit with another lock. I believe this was to distract attention. My feeling is this facility is not secure. Prime Storage had a problem with the gate closing (was told this was repaired) and there are no security cameras to capture the individual/s breaking in. Unfortunately, items were stolen and/or damaged in the process. I spoke to customer service at the Corp Headquarters and requested to speak to the senior leader of operations or the senior leader of asset protection or the regional operations leader and at this point, there has been no response.
