I recently moved out on February 27, and I am paid up until April 16. They refused to give me any money back. Any reputable company would minimally give me at least one month's rate back. They then had a regional manager call me and offer me $120 for the almost 2 months. Meanwhile, they can now get money for the same unit that is currently empty, not to mention the interest from my paying 3 years in full. DO NOT USE THEM! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
