You will be impressed with this company, and they are honest…read more ALBO moved me last week, and this was my 2nd time using them. I moved from Delaware to NJ and this time, back to Delaware. My team consisted of Alex, the owner, who honored their 5 % discount if booked 3 weeks before moving, and my movers, Eugene and Serge. Eugene contacted me the day before to confirm & ask some questions about my contents, and he kept me informed all along as to their arrival time. All went well but it took longer than expected with only 2 men. They were careful and followed my instructions re: delicate or previously damaged furniture. I asked if they would tell me when the heavy furniture was coming inside because I wanted to put padding on the legs to protect the wooden floors. This slowed them up but it helped me because I might have forgotten about doing that later. Also, I asked them to carry many boxes to the basement, and that I appreciated so much. I was very concerned about one piece, an antique rocker that had 2 breaks in one leg. Much to my surprise, Eugene placed a reinforced bandage on the leg and I am still using it until I take it to get repaired. While packing the month before, I had forgotten where I had hid some valuable jewelry. Well, low and behold, when my bedroom was already emptied, I saw my 2 stashes of gold and silver on the window sill. When I went to Eugene, I commented that I would never have known if they had kept it, and thanked him profusely. His response, "My parents taught me right, I guess." As far as Albo's rates and overall value go....You can't put a price on this kind of integrity and work ethic. The fact that I used them twice in 2 years speaks for itself. Packing for a move is one of the worst stresses in life. But having a moving company that is reliable and trustworthy will free up your mind to concentrate on other important things during your move.

Within 4 hours (with an hour commute in between), our movers (shoutout to Ika, Beqa, and Ans Soso!!) moved all of our belongings from one place to another quickly, efficiently, and safely! Initially they said we had only a few (10) boxes over the estimate and we agreed to it adding extra time, but then they said we needed another vehicle. Throughout the move the lead mover told us they were getting a second truck or a van, but it never came. They then said it would come the next day, but then no one would call us back. Now they've left us in the lurch, and charged $1500 to move a small 3 bed into another small 3 bed 5 minutes away. We had a faster, better experience when moving across states, travel time included! The movers themselves worked very hard, but the company itself is poorly run. STAY AWAY!!!

I have been…read morea customer for only 5 months, going on 6 months, and I just received a letter indicating that my rent is going up 45% next month!!! This is their business model......get you in, then increase the rent an absorbent amount! This facility and company is completely unethical, and that is putting it so politely. It frankly is theft.
