Had to call a junk removal company to take furniture and rest of stuff away. They by l just threw everything into my garage all the way to ceiling without sorting stuff like bathroom and kitchen. I'm still trying to find my bathroom stuff. Not happy at all with move. Now that I've been in my house and have unpacked and gone through boxes, I'm noticing I'm missing boxes, my pillows and part of my piano. I don't have my heavy duty extention chords and decorations for holidays. I found fridge food stuck behind boxes in my garage. Just total chaos looking for things.

Then they refused to open the truck with our belongings and handed me their phone to talk to John who told me we needed to Zelle him $1,400 (pay upfront more than double the quote) to have them open the truck and finish the move. Icing on the cake- they broke our brand new black&decker air conditioner after dropping it while moving it out of the truck. The guy, Chris, insisted it was only scratched and not internally damaged and refused to pay for it. Also, the other mover had the nerve to call me a couple days later and complained that we didn't tip them.

Over 40 envelopes. I even bought my stamps from this same post office weeks before. Over 40 cards, over 40 stamps, my time, my gas! I took these to the post office and handed them to the clerk. Even going back to the post office and showing them their mistake they refused to take them back, saying I must redo everything. It's your job to mail our envelopes. I moved from AZ-CT March 2025 and paid over $4,000 plus additional…read more$200 in tipping movers just for multiple items to be delivered damaged, including my $2k mattress arriving completely soaked. Movers didn't shrink wrap the mattress, didn't unscrew nightstand legs which are now broken, and the tv stand is damaged because movers asked to add items inside even though I had it empty. Their way of helping was refunding $150 to get a temporary mattress from Walmart and told me the claims department would be in touch in 3-5 business days. In the end they only compensated me $900 despite the thousands of dollars of damage. In addition to the damage, one of the movers the company set up for the CT delivery made inappropriate sexual comments to me while I was alone (I'm a young female). Do not use them!

At the end of the move the only thing that was packed well was my china. This was done by Chris. Many of the boxes were marked miscellaneous which doesn't reflect any of the items in the box. At the end of the move I discovered I was missing my antique silverware in a silverware chest. Not only is this a very expensive item but it was a memory from my parents 25th wedding anniversary dated 1947. I will say that 3 days after the move, Chris came to the house and opened every box, everything in the house, every piece of packing paper only to determine that the item was not in the house. This is now several days later and I have not heard from the company about any kind of settlement....nothing. Further I have tried calling them and only get a transfer to voicemail. Am I unhappy, yes. Am I angry, yes. Am I disappointed in the lack of concern shown by a company I trusted with my personal and cherished items. Would I trust them again. Never. Just a word of warning.
