I have had good experiences here in the past, but for a print shop it is disappointing. I recently…read moreneeded to print one single document, and usually within 5 minutes I will get the necessary code. When we asked for help, we were told to wait 10 minutes. When it had been more than that, we were told to resend the email (and wait another 10 minutes), or email the store which would also take 10-15 minutes. I think there could have been better customer service and more efficient options, so I'll be printing elsewhere from now on.
