I have had to rent quite a few units throughout the years both for business and personal use. In the midst of this pandemic, our small business which was supposed to launch didn't. We had to move out of our storage to cut expenses. After a few months, we were back to preparation and needed a unit. I called Sheridan Village and was helped by Michelle who turned out to be heaven-sent. Every concern we had, everything we needed to get back to business she made happen. Her care and diligence to accommodate us by far was something that no storage unit has ever done for me before. If I could give 1,000 stars I would. I spent yesterday 45 minutes…read moreopening a new account to move my stuff to a cheaper unit and at the end, the guy messed up and tried to charge me insurance and taxes when I already paid my own insurance and I have a sales tax certificate so the guy didn't want to do it all over again and asked me to "just pay and hope to get reimbursement later". I said no and came today to talk to the other manager Sara who is great but she's not I'm today. Well the guy Kevin has not been at the office for the last 2 hours! I have been parked outside waiting and wasting my day and this place is closed even though a big sign at the door says "Office Hours: 9:30 - 6:00pm" Today is Monday by the way... But if you don't pay in time, they are very good at charging you $30 for late fees! Ridiculous!

The thing that sold me on it was the customer service. The two guys who were there, were honest, super helpful and walked me through the entire process, which is what sold me on this place. I was very happy. I moved out today and everything was as it said it would be. The people were nice who work there. The place is rather clean and well run.
