Once the employee got off the phone he was not friendly at all (slender guy with facial hair). I let him know i just need a propane tank filled and he just said in a nasty manner you have to wait on the other guy. I didn't like his tone so i left and went across the street to ACE. They filled my tank and were extremely friendly. U haul you need to work on manners for that employee.

This facility severe maintenance issues! The main sliding doors have been broken for almost a…read moreyear, and now the auxiliary doors to the side are also broken. The elevator's function sporadically and there is a real safety issue if the doors are left open (which they often are on busy weekends) anyone can just walk in. We spend over $800/month on our units, and we expect at least functioning doors and elevators. There are many other storage options available in the area. Fix the issues or we're simply moving elsewhere.
