NOT TRUTHFUL WITH ME - BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE…read more Unfortunately, I had rated them five stars...until I left after several months. I had been out of the country and, after a long drive home, got home from the airport at 2:00 in the morning. I called Anchor's Office Manager and said, "I know today is the last day of the month, but can you pro-rate me one day so I can come in this weekend?" He said they don't pro-rate charges, but for just one day, they wouldn't charge me if I vacated first thing in the morning. I DID...AND A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER I LEFT, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR A FULL MONTH ANYWAY. Had I known they were going to be untruthful, I would have left the car there for the month! Instead, I paid a full month's rent for a vacant spot that they rented out. I asked the Office Manager to email his supervisor's contact information to me, which he agreed to, but never did. THIS LEFT A VERY BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH. This was a very bad customer experience.

That being said it is exteremly well kept, clean and in good overall condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The overall experience was great. My only comment is I wish the gate hours were a little more extensive. I think they are probably set the same as the office hours for security reasons.

I booked online, and got a call confirming move-in date, and they wanted to make sure someone was there when I needed to move-in. I moved in on a 1/2 off special. Great prices IMO. It's a safe area (hope so!) Clean, and the people I worked with were professional and kind. I booked a 10x5 initially, realized it was too small once I got there, and they moved me to a 10x10 drive up with zero issues. Gates are working, and not alot of people going in and out when I was there. I need to go check on things after the big storm last week, but here's hoping there isn't any damage from snow melt or leakage. It's out a-ways. I live in town, but work near storage so that makes it tolerable especially for the price. Would recommend.
