I called South Meadows and spoke with Creighton to inquire about availability. He was so helpful and gave me all the info I needed. I knew this would be our storage place. When I called to get everything set up, I left a voice mail and within a very short time India called me back and did all of the paperwork needed when we were ready to get the storage set up,. She was great also, so helpful. Because India was new, she wanted to make sure she was doing everything correctly, and had to put me on speaker while she spoke with her supervisors to confirm that she was doing everything correctly. I was impressed with the level of respect the people she was speaking with had toward her. That is customer service at its best. When supervisors treat their new team members with respect and patience, you know it's a great place. This is my storage place for as long as I need them. They are the best!

I found a place in Washoe Valley but it was more expensive and further away so I got on the waiting list for Zolezzi. In about 6 weeks I got a call- a space opened up and our trailer has been there ever since. The manager is super friendly and helpful and the space is just over half what I was paying previously so I have been nothing but pleased. The yard is filled with RVs, work trailers, travel trailers, and cars that are in various stages of decay waiting for restoration. It is easy in and out and the spot is large enough for my trailer. I exited due to moving from the Reno area to Tahoe (so it was way less convenient for me to access) and once the rent became market price from my grandfathered $90/month that kinda pushed me to get my act together and clean up. Note they have a 30 day notice clause so account accordingly. The old managers were a lot more flexible about this and were able to just close it out after notice, but this is reasonable policy.
