Started utilizing this facility in September 2020. The reservation was pretty painless and they held my reservation for 4 days. Tenants are also able to use their small moving truck which was super convenient not having the need to arrange that part at U-Haul. The staff are nice, and the manager, Fermin, has always been helpful! Phone calls were always picked up, and on times when I sent an inquiry via email I received a response within 24 hours. The facility is clean and very well maintained. Their normal access hours ends at 6:20 PM but if you need extended hours then easy peasy to give the office a call for a request. Once in a blue moon they would hold "garage" unit sales and it's a great way to get open your unit to the community and get rid of those unwanted items that's taking up space. read more

U-stor went above and beyond my expectations for a storage facility. A few months ago I contacted them about wanting a storage unit and explained to them my situation with Uhaul. Unfortunately for me, my uhaul reservation was not guaranteed and I needed to cancel the storage unit last second. They were so understanding and great with the initial customer experience that I knew this is where I wanted to do business. Fast forward to last week and I got a last minute uhaul to bring my stuff and asked if they had a 10x15 unit available and they did and had a couple options, drive up(non climate controlled) and indoor(climate controlled). I wanted the drive up unit but a previous tenant wasn't going to be out till Sunday according to the young lady who helped me. She kept in contact with me until the unit was empty and ready. I got to the storage unit around 3pm and she got me in and out and even extended my time in the facility so I could make sure I emptied my uhaul. Clean facility and straightforward with their information, and of course, amazing customer service! read more

My boyfriend and i have been storing our furniture here after each move from college back home and every time it's been a great experience. The whole place is well secured, it has a gate code and is very well kept and clean. The units are clean and we've had literally no problems. The management is extremely nice and has always accommodated us well! We were able to borrow their moving truck to haul all of our stuff to the storage facility and that was beyond helpful. read more

Despite their location I felt that my belongings were completely safe here. The units are individually alarmed and their rates for a climate controlled unit beat any other place in town. The staff is very helpful and the facilities are clean and well kept. They also offer use of their moving truck to move in (not out) of a unit. read more

My family has had one unit here for years. It's the best self-storage I've ever seen. They have climate controlled units and a great helpful staff. Plus the charges are reasonable and very competitive. They have many security cameras and a handy user password accessible gate. Interstate U-Stor Storage ripped us off. My husband and myself with our infant went into talk to customer service when we knew we weren't going to have rent on the 1st. We were told two options. 1) we could pay half of our rent that Friday and not have a late fee then pay half when we were able ASAP or 2) we could pay a $15 late fee ontop of our agreed upon special 1/2 month rent. We went in today to pay our presumed $37 + $15 late fee as told and the man was very rude and said there was a $25 "lien fee" we were never told about. When I told him his amount of $85 was not adding up right even w the $25 he then remembered to tell me it's $.75 a day you're late which we were NEVER told about when we went in before our rent was due to talk about our options. The man was very very rude and said we need to "take responsibility " and read the contract so I said "Okay then are your customer service reps aloud to tell me any bit of info they see fit as long as it says correctly in the contract?" Seriously my husband and I are very irritated and are planning to change storages as soon as possible. I guess also in the account of ours on the computer it stated we promised to pay the 1/2 rent that Friday to avoid the late fee of $15. We never promised all we were doing was getting info! We never said okay mark us down. We are very unhappy with our service. They bullied us knowing we had to pay to get our things. This is unfair. Right now we are planning to switch. Not to mention we pulled a dresser out a few weeks ago to sell it and someone took it and we went to storage the next day and they had to call the person they just randomly took something outside of our storage for literally 45 seconds. Horrible security and horrible customer service I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE to put their valuable sentimental belongings here. read more
