We were turned away on my daughter's birthday. I called days ahead and specifically asked if we needed a reservation for my daughter and her friend. I was told no -- just come in. We show up excited, only to be told we can't come in because of a large party. While I was explaining this to a friend, a male employee raised his voice at us and started arguing. Then the female manager spoke over us the entire time with a nasty attitude. When I said the way customers are notified about closures could be better, she snapped back, "OUR POLICY IS JUST FINE!" And walked away as we were still speaking. To make it worse, they didn't even post on Instagram that they were closed for a private party until two hours after we were already turned away. If you're going to block out your space for large parties, maybe train your staff to give correct information, communicate properly over the phone and learn how to speak to customers without attitude. We've been in a few times before this incident and definitely will not be back. read more

I visited this craft studio with my son on my first day off in a long time, and overall the experience was a mix of very sweet customer service and some uncomfortable moments. When we walked in, we were immediately greeted by a young lady named Jojo (I think that was her name, but I might be wrong), who was incredibly kind and welcoming. She explained all of the different craft options and gave us time to decide. I told my son he could choose whatever he wanted, and he decided on an ice cream cone project. He originally wanted to do one of the ramen/food crafts, but there were other people at that table and he's shy, so he picked something we could do on our own. While I spent quite a while in the charm section choosing pieces to decorate a badge reel I brought from home, Jojo stayed with my son and patiently helped him choose his kit and materials. She was encouraging, attentive, and kept checking on us, which made my son feel comfortable and excited. She truly made the positive parts of our visit. Unfortunately, another lady later approached me while I was trying to select another charm and told me we were using the wrong decoration kit and that the kit my son chose was meant for a different project rather than the ice cream project and was actually a more expensive kit. My son had been given a bag with a selection of kits to choose from, so this felt confusing and uncomfortable, like we had done something wrong when we were simply using what was provided. My son became quiet and wanted to stop working and leave because he felt like he did something wrong, which really changed the tone of the experience. I encouraged him to continue and had to explain that it wasn't his fault. We ended up leaving half of the kit unused, including the rhinestone chain, because it just felt uncomfortable at that point and part of me felt bad even though it wasn't our fault. At checkout, things continued to feel awkward. I was charged $1 per charm on my badge reel even though some smaller charms were labeled $0.50. As you can see in my picture, there was one larger charm that should have been $1, but the tiny charms around it were labeled $0.50. I probably should have said something, but the energy already felt uncomfortable and I didn't want my son to continue feeling like things were wrong. I'm not sure if she didn't know her own product pricing or was trying to recoup the cost of the kit situation, which would be kind of shady on her part. She also made comments about how we were "lucky" to receive the ice cream project at that price and that they will be raising prices on them because they "don't make money on the ice cream projects." She also told me that just one of the charms in my son's kit should've been $5 alone. The comments were so unnecessary and came across as if she suspected we came in trying to rip them off, which wasn't the case at all. I let my son, who is only 10 years old, choose whatever he wanted, and he was being helped by Jojo while I was picking out my charms. The ice cream project is simply what he chose. She also mentioned that I likely used the wrong glue on my badge reel (even though Jojo told us we could use the same glue from my son's kit) and said she didn't know if my charms would stick because I used the wrong material, but she didn't offer any kind of solution. It felt like small comments and jabs that implied we had done something wrong even though we were following staff guidance. Between juggling school, working full-time, and this being one of my only days off in a while, I was really hoping for a relaxing outing with my son. Jojo's kindness was wonderful and absolutely the highlight, but the overall experience toward the end just didn't feel good. The concept of this place is adorable and there are so many creative options, which made it disappointing to encounter that kind of energy during our visit. That lady never greeted us when we arrived and only spoke to us to point out the kit issue. I hope staff communication is clearer moving forward and that conversations around mistakes, pricing, and materials are handled in a more supportive and professional way because if it weren't for that , and our experience was just with JoJo, it would've definitely been a 5 star experience. read more

I absolutely love cuddle craft! My first time here I brought my niece and nephew (+family) here. My nephew built a bento box keychain and my niece had a blast painting a Kuromi. There is truly so much to do here, I have yet to explore all the cute little things you could do here but I am absolutely addicted to the charms the have. I had purchased two car charms when I brought family, had to return today for one I debated on since my last visit(and a couple of charms I couldn't leave) The staff here are all very sweet, patient with kids. The memory with your family is the value for one but two it's unique items you won't find else where. I will definitely look forward to coming back again. read more

We checked out this adorable place today and had the best time! I have 2 daughters, 5 and 7, and it was truly a magical experience. Cuddle craft had a variety of options to choose from. My son is 4 years old and he was able to choose a mini world and create away! It's a great place for adults as well, and they have plenty of crafts to choose from, such as fake ice creams, mini worlds, banks, hair brushes, jewelery boxes and more! One star for cuteness, one star for friendliness. Made our way in to this lovely place, staff was very friendly however very unprepared for high traffic. They initially begin the tour around the shop however a lot is over seen, directions and guidance falls very low. Prices are not so thorough expressed, there is not explanation of how things will flow thru. Once you've completed your selections, you're left wondering where do I sit ? Whom is going to be guiding thru the process ? When is some one going to going to join us? . There's no one giving directions or instructions. You're just supposed to know what you are doing and are constantly looking for the staff for guidance. I do love it's family owned and family oriented. However the staff member assisting us had to discontinue due to her kids crying next to her as we all were families attending we understand and waited patiently then she unexpectedly she disappeared and we had to continue our search for another staff member. This shop is so cute and has potential. Unfortunately they are inexperienced and not ready for heavy traffic. For those of us who have played with epoxy understand the process but for those that do not and walk in here you are not explained the process. Good luck maybe our next visit will be better maybe appointment slots would help. read more
