By far one of the cleanest LEGO stores we have ever been to. Filled with friendly employees eager to help you find your perfect LEGO items. We have been to this location several times as we tend to stop in whenever we visit my dad who lives in Vegas. The downtown Summerlin shopping area is fantastic, and it all starts with this store. It is literally the first store we hit when we leave the nearby parking garage. Even coming on the first of the month was not a big deal at this store as they managed the number of people entering the store very well. Very well stocked with new sets and the pick a brick wall always has some interesting pieces. My dad even got in on the excitement of being in a LEGO store as he bought himself a pen and a minifigure keychain so he could pose it on his pen. read more

Female older manager (with dark hair) at this store is horrible. You can see the employees here dislike her. When you have to deal with her, she is very rude and a know it all. If you ask for help and she comes to talk with you, you can always bet its going to be a NO. She knows nothing about Lego, and honestly feels like she took this job only for a paycheck. Managers are in stores to help customers when there is a problem. Not mock the customer or make them feel bad. read more

If you're really craving to do some Legos, this is a place to do it! They have all the newest releases and all moderately priced. The customer service is amazing and it's nice to come down to downtown Summerlin and shop and walk around and get something to eat. read more

Super glad Vegas has this second Lego location. It's easy to get to and there's a parking garage close to it so you don't have to haul your heavy legos very far. For the most part, they have all the legos you need. They also have the freebies with purchase. However, I came in to buy all of the Botanical sets and they were missing the Flower Bouquet set 10280 so had to stop by Target and pick it up. I discovered this ikea bag GÖRSNYGG holds the boxes well if you're trying to store them or just using to transport them easily and secretly like I was for a surprise activity. I recommend going there for the vases, they worked well with my Lego flowers!!! Sign up for Lego rewards through your email. You can quickly rack up points and get alerts of Black Friday sales. This popular store is a corner location. Bright white inside, kinda reminds me of Sephora, but then again, you can really appreciate the bright colors too. Displays were all around too, much like the other stores. I've only been in the Fashion Show location in town. We've been to the Hawaii/Oahu/Waikiki location and the Downtown Disney, California, location, which is huge! There were a bunch of customers inside but it didn't feel over-crowded maybe because of the flow of the store. While we were at Sur La Table, and we met up with our stringbean. He is a huge fan of Lego toys. He pointed out some Legos that he liked. read more

Stopped by to grab a set that just recently came out. Line was long and we waited about 10 min to get in. My son has been waiting for the Pixar Luxo Jr Lego set as soon as he seen it online. He was so excited when he saw the set! They also were celebrating their one year of being open and were giving out little goodie bags to the kids as soon as we walked in. A place for the kid inside everyone! I went to specifically purchase a set (a One Piece Going Merry set) and i stayed over an hour just playing with Legos and building Lego people. I ended up purchasing some, but one of the staff said to display any that I built on this big Lego in the middle. There were so many options and so many variations and I enjoyed that they foster fun in the space, not just for kids but they made even me feel like a kid. They're Legos so of course their prices with reflect that, though they have deals for the one-off purchases you'd want to make so it won't be too heavy on the wallet. read more

Love this place! Even if you don't buy anything, kids can come to have tons of fun building in the duplo section or the classic Lego section. My 5 year old and 2 year old had so much fun building there. The staff are polite and the store is clean. Of course, legos are expensive, but I didn't find it more pricey than what I would see at target or other areas. It does get really busy on the weekends though so it is better to go during the week when kids are in school. But besides that, it's fine. Or go when the store opens! Definitely worth a visit when you are at festival plaza. read more

Yay!!! I finally don't have to go down to the Lego Store at Fashion Show Mall anymore!! The Lego Store in Downtown Summerlin just recently opened up at the end of May! I had a chance to visit the Lego Store during my latest shopping trip at Macys! The Lego Store is right next to Build-A-Bear Workshop and Sur La Table, located in the Downtown Summerlin outside shopping center. This store is pretty big! There are several pre-built Lego displays in the store, like their car technic sets, Star Wars Storm Trooper, and even Disney's Lion King, Simba! I was looking for what I thought at the time was a new release, which is the Mario & Yoshi, Super Mario World - Nintendo version from the SNES platform! I looked around the Mario section and saw the Mario Lego Piranha Plant, but I didn't see the one I was looking for. I went to the front register and spoke with one of the team members. He was able to look it up on the company's website. It supposedly doesn't release until October, but pre-orders are available! The team member was so helpful! If you're a part of the Lego program, you can get points and use your points on certain rewards on the website or towards other purchases in store! Now I just need to save up for The Mighty Bowser Lego set! read more

Brand new Lego store has taken over the old Lucky Jeans location. This morning there was a long line as they are offering a gift with a $100 purchase. This deal runs from 5/27 - 6/7/2024. The gift is the Lego Water Park. The store is a nice size and carries all the latest and greatest Lego builds. Staff were friendly and helpful. As always, Lego store employees are the best hands down. They are always helpful and friendly. This store was very well stocked and clean. They didn't have the set we wanted but it's a popular set. If you have bought Lego before you know they can be very expensive. What's cool about the Lego store is that sometimes they give you free stuff when you spend a certain amount. I took my 5 year old grandson into this business on a busy weekend. He had been here before but this was my first time. The experience was positive from start to finish. Each employee genuinely acted as if they appreciated you being there. We walked around the store, looking at all the different Lego products and decided on three different choices to purchase. When we went to the cashier, we were informed that we would receive a complementary packet for Easter since we spent over $40. That delighted my grandson since now we had another project to put together. They also invited my grandson to participate in a scavenger hunt around the store and he was excited to do that as well. One of the gentlemen there helped him complete the scavenger hunt, which was awesome. He received some bunny ears and stickers and he was delighted. I am thrilled there's a toy store nearby. Lego is loved on almost every kid, and the fact they have such a wide verity of legos makes it easy to find gifts for any age and almost at any budget. They have two (small) table lego playing areas and always a lot of helpful staff. read more

Took my adult son and his an (my grandson) to the Lego store in downtown Summerlin when they came to visit us in Las Vegas. Both were overwhelmed at the exciting design of the store itself, & variety of new categories to explore. You never outgrow your love of Legos. And just to prove it, the company has created a plethora of products for adults!! Tomorrow they will take me to The LEGO Store on Las Vegas Blvd. WOW we have 2 Lego stores here in Las Vegas. This store is HUGE! It's aesthetically pleasing and not cramped like most Lego stores

Buyers Beware: We called the store inquiring about missing stickers from our Lego set (purchased that same day). Ana Lynn (I'm assuming the manager) was very rude over the phone and told us we could call Customer Service to request stickers for our set, or request the stickers online. I asked if we could exchange the set at the Lego store, and she said that she could not answer that question. She stated I would have to go in for her to review the set and that there was no guarantee she would be able to exchange it. The tone was rude and condescending. According to the LEGO return/exchange policy, the Lego store takes exchanges when a set has been opened. That is the store policy online.  I went online to request the stickers, according to Lego online customer service the stickers were going to take anywhere between 8 to 12 business days but could take as long as 28 business days which is too long. We decided to go into the store to do an exchange. We were met by Anna Lynn, who continued to give us awful Customer Service. She told us that usually customers can just take care of this by requesting stickers online that she would have to check and see if they had any sets available, (which they did because I asked her if there were sets available when I spoke with her on the phone, and she said they did). She finally brought the new set after arguing back-and-forth with my husband and I about the exchange, we asked if we could open the box to make sure the stickers for our new set were there. Ana Lynn said No, we would not be allowed to open the box in the store and if the stickers were missing again that she would not be doing another exchange. She stated it was her discretion to not exchange our set because she had to think about her inventory and that if I needed to exchange it a second time, then I would have to reach out to Customer Service. I did not know that an employee could override the Lego store return/exchange policies. This was an extremely disappointing experience. There was no kindness, no empathy and no care for the customer experience. read more
