I was horrible at trying to teach my kids to drive. Each time, I got int he car with them I had clenched hands and was a nervous wreck. It takes someone special to teach a kid to drive. I am grateful that there was a place that my kids could learn to drive correctly! Lastly, my daughter was a wreck prior to taking her test. She was a bundle of nerves and lacked confidence in her abilities. Her instructor, Marty, took the time to give her an amazing pep talk a few days prior to taking her test. He built up her confidence and she said she remembered his words when she was behind the wheel and she passed! Thank you Marty. I would highly recommend them.

When I called the office, I was told to check the portal multiple times in the day, and that's the only way we can get a spot. I have been checking for multiple days in a row and multiple times in a day and still nothing opened. In other words, they only care about how to make you take test as soon as possible and then earn money from next victim, but not care about your personal schedule and whether you are prepared, because you have signed you can't refund. They never send emails and messages although you ask, so you have no evidence about their any words. So if you have plenty of free time to waste on clarifying which day is you road test day, or you want to taste the experience which argues with them why they just say "okay" but not follow their promise, so be it. Don't give them your business or your child's! THEY SAID I HAD TO PAY CASH probably so they don't have me on a record somewhere and to avoid taxes and fees from the state I'm sure. When I contacted the school originally in the beginning of MARCH the "owner" ( btw everyone who works for this school claims they are the owner, I still can't find out who owns it) scheduled me for 2 weeks of road lessons and I was told I can take a road test the third week. Totaling 3 week process, seemed great, I took it! Little did I know road lessons would be CANCELED by them or they would have NO AVAILABLE SLOTS weeks at a time, every time I had a road lesson they would show LATE TO PICK ME UP and DROP ME EARLY. They however had no problem CHARGING FULL PRICE even for time I wasn't in the car... So last road lesson was April 12, I was finally contacted June 16th about a road lesson for June 26th. I said yes! ( I do need me license after all this) June 26th came they still did not get back to me about a time slot for this day. At 3PM I get a message from one of their "owners" reading: "Just making sure you got my text about your time this evening 615PM.." WHAT!!??!! So I asked about this supposed text they sent me and told them I haven't heard from them in ten days at all. The response I got was "OK. So are you coming?" Did I mention their lack of professionalism? They sent me no screen shot or anything showing they texted me didn't try to prove they did because they know that they did not but don't want to be held accountable. And by the way no I did not go to that road test even though I paid a bit towards it already and they have that money. You think I'll get a refund? Probably not. But I'd rather bring me business else where. I have went forward and contacted the Better Business Bureau of Massachusetts in Marlborough to inform them of our situation here.
