FEAR NOT- it's available here. Happy that the $35 was offered, I ventured to try their signature at $45. IT WAS. PHENOMENAL. The massage was truly a massage. Almost deep tissue - as an active person- it was so good!! The attention to detail on cuticles and nail polish was unmatched. I was greeted kindly and genuinely They also offer a loyalty card. During the xmas rush I decided to find a quick place to get my nails fixed. Really I just need a shellac polish change. Simple enough, right? Wrong. The lady drilled off the old shellac (that has only happened to me once in a small ass town), then did a terrible job with the new color. I had bubbles and areas around the edges without any color. When she was finished it had already been an hour and I didn't feel like suffering anymore. She only charged me $20 because she knew it was bad. I ended up soaking it off two days later and had it fixed somewhere else. There were a lot of older women getting acrylics and they seemed happy, so maybe that's what this place is know for. Last time I was there the girl that was doing my nails left me half way through a manicure to attend to another customer and left me to her daughter to finish the job. She did a poor job, I complained that the color she's using seems to be dry and old and isn't coming up smooth and nice. They didn't like that and didn't want to do anything about it. read more

I haven't been here in years but I went all the time in high school and early college years. I went on a Saturday, early afternoon. They took their time yes and the pricing was hard to beat. But by Sunday evening the nails were lifting. The photos attached are from Wednesday. They didn't even last a week! The quality is terrible. I will not be going back for my nails to be done again. I also got a simple toe nail polish. They look good but I had to ask for the protective clear coat to be put on. Otherwise, it didn't look like they were going to do it. The tech talked me into getting my eye brows done also for only $8 again the pricing was hard to beat. And although they look good, that wasn't my intend of the visit. My friends and I made an appointment for pedicures, and as soon we got there they started soaking our feet in the water... an hour passed and we were yet to be acknowledged by anyone. I went in today (3-25-14) and May was removing my old solars and was GOING to to do a new set. When she drilled way to far into the nail bed. When I called the manager ( Terry ) when I got home and told her I got hurt and I would be going to a TXMED clinic she turned it on me and called me a liar. I will never be back. I went to R&N a week ago and it was one of the worst nail experiences I've had in a while. The lady who removed my old shellac manicure didn't wait for the polish to soak off long enough and she was roughly scraping my nails to point that she was hurting me. THEN she cut a chunk out of my finger with the cuticle clippers. To add insult to injury, the manicure she gave me was so sloppy and all over my cuticles so it started peeling around the base of my nails the next day. The polish has barely lasted a week. I work a desk job. There's no reason for the polish to be peeling already. There are also air bubbles on some of my nails. I won't be going back. Ever. Only my pedicure was good and it was a different nail tech. Still not going back though. read more

I am very unhappy with the service my friends and I received this past weekend. We scheduled two weeks in advance for a spa day for two of our birthdays. When we arrived they did not have us even on the schedule, but made it seem like it was not a big deal. It was obviously not going to work the way we wanted it to and had scheduled it for, as we were brought in different groups and one by one to the different services and were never taken care of together. This was not what I was told would happen so it was a little unsettling but we tried to make the most of it. They hurried and rushed through our pedicures and manicures and two of us were so-so about them (it was very rushed and not very good) and the other two were very unhappy with the job they did on our pedicures. They said they would bring my friend back for her facial and rotate us out and by the time they brought her to her facial we were almost done with everything else and she had had nothing yet. They ignored her, never offered beverages or snacks as was promised, and we felt very uncomfortable as if they just wanted us out of there. We were trying so hard to be happy and stay positive but they did not make it easy. When my friend finally got her birthday pedicure the girl asked if it was okay and she was honest and said that it wasn't. It was blurry and her nails looked sloppy. The girl said she wouldn't fix it and then took her straight to the manicure station. The girl then argued with my friend about her nails and finally just said I can't do what you want and told her to just pay for her pedicure and facial; even though our package was for manicures, pedicures and facials. She then walked to the back of the spa. She never came back. After all of this I was completely done with all of my services and just wanted to pay and grab a bite to eat. They refused the discount that was offered on their website and the fliers that they had inside the spa at the counter. It was only a 10% discount that was offered for parties of four or more and had been confirmed with me on the phone when I had made my appointment two weeks prior. They still refused and then randomly handed me a cell phone out of nowhere to talk to the owner; when I tried to explain what was going on she said no discount and to hand the phone back to her employee. They then explained that the discount offered was only if a party had scheduled in advance. I saw red at this point. They then handed the same phone to my friend who was unhappy with her services and still had not had her manicure at this point, and the owner told my friend that if we had scheduled ahead of time we would have been on the schedule, essentially calling us liars. I know they confirmed my appointment before because we had several phone conversations two weeks beforehand. This was not only bad customer service but completely ridiculous policies. They then randomly said that they would offer us the discount when another employee came from the back room. They gave the discount to my other friend waiting to check out but could not refund me the extra money they had already forced me to pay. They then offered it as a credit towards future services, which I declined. They then neglected to give my other friend, who had missed all of this while she was getting a facial, her discount for her services when she checked out. The only thing that they did was at the very end a new girl took over my friends nails and redid everything for her and then did not charge her for any services at all. Service in this place was all over the map but mostly horrible. It is a shame that they will not get repeat service with this kind of behavior and with shoddy nail techniques, questionable policies and procedures, and disrespectful and rude employees. I was supposed to have a happy spa day with my girlfriends for our birthdays and ended up stressed, unhappy and paying entirely too much for the service we received. I think this company should fix a lots of things starting with making amends toward the services I received this past weekend. read more

I was not impressed, especially after all the raving reviews. Everything was very clean, but I felt rushed. A lady did my manicure while I was getting a pedicure, which meant instead of enjoying the massage chair, I was turned in an awkward position to the left. The Polish was way too thick on my nails and instead of putting me under the light to dry them, I was left in the pedicure chair for nearly 30 minutes. So, of course, my nails were smudged shortly after leaving. I will be trying somewhere different in the future. read more

This was the first time I was going to get Shellac done in San Antonio and I googled a few places and this seemed to stick out to me so I thought I would give it a shot. I went and i was seated immediately after picking my colors. I was getting a Shellac Manicure and Classic pedicure. I had the most relaxing time of my life. I have never had such an AMAZING time. I've gotten my nails done plenty of times and the lady I had was named Holly and she took over 2 hours to do both. She was so thorough and made sure I loved my color, the shape and i was comfortable. Came here the other day, and got a pedicure. It was one of the most thorough basic pedicures I have ever gotten. They did the massage, the scrub, and the callous removal. As well as the other basics. They made me feel right at home and were very clean, professional and courteous. They have a good color variety to choose from. I will definitely be coming back.
