So I *think* this is the same restaurant listed as "Golden Bowl LLC" in Doordash (which I ordered…read morefrom) - same address, and I saw an old Yelp picture of tofu skin salad with celery which looks like what I ordered. Everything came wrapped in plastic wrap, which I've never seen - it was plastic wrap, lid, then another layer of plastic wrap! I thought "Wow, they really go above and beyond to make sure there are no leaks and the food stays hot!" Um no. Turns out the round lids are a different size than the round bowls. I couldn't close them together. So I guess the restaurant figured this double plastic-wrapping would be the solution to bottoms and tops that don't fit together. Aside from this strange issue and the portions being smaller than other restaurants, the food was pretty good! We had a special $10 off promo from Doordash, so we got: - Griddle Cooked Shrimp - SO loves ganguo (griddle cooked/dry pot) so he really liked the flavors and was sucking every last drop from the shrimp heads - Tofu Skin Salad with Celery - this was ok, wish the tofu skin was thicker and softer - Hot & Spicy Chicken Wings - this was pretty good too! - Pork Pot Sticker - decent, prefer the potstickers from Apple Green Bistro - Shredded Pork with Garlic Sauce - really solid for fans of yu xiang rou si - Broccoli with Tofu - tasty sauce and fresh broccoli and tofu Worth a try!

Mislabeled allergens…read more At first I was thrilled that Saltalk offered an allergen filter. Over the past few weeks I had ordered a few meals and began to trust them. I had stopped rigorously checking the ingredient list on everything. Then I ordered their Penne Alfredo that was marked "Gluten Free." About half way through the meal I was thinking, "this is some really tasty GF pasta, I wonder what it's made out of." The ingredient label on the container said Wheat. Panic. I went back to check the website, and it said Gluten Free. Maybe everything's fine. After trying to unsuccessfully call their customer service line twice, a friend at work was able to call their contact and confirm the worst. Now I'm out of commission for probably about a week, missing the super important onsite week at work that only happens every few months. After this incident I can not trust any allergen label on their site. Another Yelp review mentions they are not labeling Oyster Sauce as shellfish, and one coworker said they doubted the accuracy of a vegetarian label. They need to fix this before someone ends up in the hospital.

Been here almost a year and have had a fantastic experience because of Mike! He has been the best…read moreproperty manager anyone could have ever asked for. He's always available to answer any questions and is always willing to lend a helping hand to any tenant in need. Mike has been nothing but amazing and we're really glad to have had our first experience renting a commercial space be with him. Really liked that ReadySpaces is a low commitment option for growing businesses. Other warehouse spaces usually require you to sign a lease for a minimum of two years whereas here, you're only required to stay for minimum of 3 months and every month after that is month to month, and you're able to move to different units during that time without any penalty so it's perfect for people like us, who we are still trying to figure out the amount of space we need. They also have cool amenities like docks, forklifts, and pallet jacks available for tenants to use. Other great perks is that if you're in e-commerce, USPS/UPS/FedEx pickup and deliver packages daily and internet (fiber optic) + utilities are included in your rent. If you're a new/growing business, ReadySpaces is a great solution for your storage needs, and with Mike as the manager, you know you'll be in good hands!

I want to start by noting that I rarely write negative reviews. If you look at my review history,…read moreyou'll see that I generally take the time to highlight positive experiences and give businesses the benefit of the doubt. It takes a sustained pattern of issues, combined with an unhelpful management response, for me to feel compelled to write a review like this. This review is specific to the ReadySpaces location on Alma Ave in San Jose and does not reflect on other ReadySpaces locations. I've been a member at ReadySpaces on Alma Ave for almost three months which is the minimal contractual leasing period, and unfortunately my experience has consistently fallen short of what is advertised as a professional, supportive workspace. The primary issue is not just the physical conditions of this space, but how concerns are handled by management. The warehouse units are extremely cold, especially for those working long hours, early or late into the evening. Despite this, there was never any clear communication--written or verbal--that portable space heaters were prohibited. That restriction does not appear in the license agreement or posted facility rules. When power issues occurred, management response focused on blaming individual tenants rather than addressing infrastructure limitations. I also experienced repeated problems accessing shared resources, specifically the conference room. I was told multiple times that I did not have functional access to the reservation system, which prevented me from reserving the room properly. On one occasion, the conference room was occupied for hours late into the night, with occupants stating they intended to stay indefinitely. When shared spaces are treated this way, it effectively excludes other members from access, especially those who were never properly onboarded into the reservation system in the first place. More concerning was the lack of enforcement around who is present in the facility after hours. I personally observed non-business activity that appeared inconsistent with a professional warehouse environment. These concerns were raised with management, including Regional Manager Ryan, yet there was no meaningful follow-up or acknowledgment beyond dismissive responses. Surveillance cameras are present, so it is difficult to understand how these issues are overlooked while tenant concerns are met with defensiveness. Communication from management, specifically Ryan, felt reactive and lacking accountability, shifting blame to tenants at all cost, rather than collaborative or solution-oriented. Concerns were reframed as tenant responsibility instead of being acknowledged as operational issues affecting members' ability to work safely and productively. For clarity, this review has no bearing on Property Manager Jonathon, who has consistently done his best to be helpful and compassionate, even when his authority and ability to act appeared limited. I would caution prospective tenants--especially women--to carefully evaluate whether this space aligns with their needs. Transparency, consistent enforcement of rules, and respectful communication matter just as much as square footage. Unfortunately, those elements have been lacking here.

We did get yelled at for blocking the entrance but that's okay, it's a fire hazard so they had to be firm and tell us. Lots of seating and bar seating. I liked the decor and merch they had to look at while waiting in line. For food, we got the Hong Kong toast, salmon toast, longanisa sandwich and the smash burger sandwich. The Hong Kong toast was so so good! The bread holds up really well with the condensed milk and Nutella's. Portion is big for us so we saved half for later. I had the salmon toast on like a sesame bread I think it was and it was good. I thought it came with avocado but that's me not reading the description well. I did get a lot of salmon and pickled leeks. The leeks were different but hey it was season. My son liked the lifnanisa sandwich but he felt that it he meat dint hold the traditional Filipino flavors. Drinks were good. My son liked the cinemas iced coffee and my daughter liked the matcha cloud. We were here visiting for fanimecon over the Memorial Day weekend but next time I'm back in San Jose I'll pick up a loft of bread. You won't be disappointed!

My wife had the vegetarian banh mi and I had the chicken banh mi. A nice thing about this place is that the "fish sauce" is actually not fish sauce but a condiment that is vegetarian friendly, but always ask in advance. You never know if this might change. To order you get in line and order at the counter. There are menus posted along the wall so you can plan your selection. You seat yourself at any of the many tables and your order is brought to table. Ours was to go so they gave us a pager and we sat in our car until the Pager went off. My wife really gave a good review of the vegetarian sandwich which has tofu in it. My chicken sandwich was also pretty good and filling. No pictures this time because we just had to eat and go
