He checked our heat unit and cleaned it and showed us what he was doing and explained what was going on. He showed us some tips that we can do to keep the system working properly. Ken was very professional and personable. In making the appointment with the staff, the ladies were awesome to speak with. Comforting to know there are professional companies like Summers out there. They have set the bar extremely high in professionalism. Great Job, Summers. We always recommend you. The responses we have received from friends and family are the same as I am reporting. Regarding machines, the plumber took a quick look and confirmed it was the fill value not doing the job. Something I told my mom I could fix easily with a part from ACE. He quoted $368 for a rebuild, which didn't need to be done. I replaced the flapper and chain about a 6 months prior. Not only is this an easy DYI fix with a $20 part, but he tossed the 6 month old flapper and chain. He tossed the work I just did. THIS DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE and it's insane to charge that much. It already costs members $69 to come out, and $368 is with the member discount. I am not the home owner, so I have no say so in approving the work. I have builder friends and my neighbor (HOA) agreed the price is insane. $437 to fix a $20 problem. This is 2026 and my mom is on a very limited fixed income. I spoke to Ben the manager, asked for a breakdown. If the up-charge was the parts or labor. He said there is no break down and that's what it costs. I could not have been more angry with these people. If you know nothing about plumbing, than learn. Because it ridiculous to be charged that much for something so easy to fix.

Had a very small leak, just an occasional drip, from the top of a copper tee in my utility room…read moreafter moving into our home. Previous owner recommended this outfit so scheduled appointment to fix. Guy showed up and I showed him the leak. He quoted me over $650 for this minor repair. WOW! I was shocked and told him, "you can leave". Had a different plumber out the next day who charged me $140 and had the issue fixed in about 15-20 minutes. Called the company and canceled my upcoming appointment to inspect my HVAC system. Explained my dissatisfaction with the crazy quote for a simple plumbing repair as reason. Nearly 2 months later received a $99 invoice for task of "Diagnostic". On invoice it states "Refused to sign and refused to pay diagnostic" I did not refuse to pay or sign as I was never asked. My advice, run from this company.

08/06/26 - What started w/excitement @ the thought of finally getting an AC installed after 18…read moreyears without one has turned into a long drawn out day. I'm no expert @ installing HVAC systems but I can't believe it took 14 hours to remove the existing AC condenser furnace & cooling coils & install a new AC condenser & furnace coil. The installers arrived @ 9:40 am. It's now 11:30 & they are just wrapping up. I'm tired & cranky & want to go to bed. I had to hang out all day while their installers were doing the removal & installation of my new AC condenser, furnace & cooling coils. This being said David Jackson was the lead installer he was very polite & respectful during what I'm sure must have been an exhausting day. When it was all said and done Dave & his partner did a great job & cleaned up after they were finished. I did have a few concerns which I addressed w/the salesman Gino Levato, the office & Damien who followed up the next day. One was the hole cut in my exterior brick wall to run the copper piping, copper electrical & black insulated pipe along the ground due to the upcoming winter & possible freeze due to snow & ice? I was told they would look into my concerns. The cut out in my wall was patched w/a silicone sealant but I would like further protection like a steel or aluminum plate over the silicone to prevent rodents (mainly rats) from chewing through & gaining access to my house. The biggest positive was getting this service through my Costco executive card. We will get a Costco cash card after the installation for 10% to be used @ Costco, plus an additional 5% rebate on my Costco Citi bank card. My wife asked about a senior discount (smart move). Gino called Costco & spoke to a general manager we were able to get an additional $2,000 off of the price
