08/06/26 - What started w/excitement @ the thought of finally getting an AC installed after 18 years without one has turned into a long drawn out day. I'm no expert @ installing HVAC systems but I can't believe it took 14 hours to remove the existing AC condenser furnace & cooling coils & install a new AC condenser & furnace coil. The installers arrived @ 9:40 am. It's now 11:30 & they are just wrapping up. I'm tired & cranky & want to go to bed. I had to hang out all day while their installers were doing the removal & installation of my new AC condenser, furnace & cooling coils. This being said David Jackson was the lead installer he was very polite & respectful during what I'm sure must have been an exhausting day. When it was all said and done Dave & his partner did a great job & cleaned up after they were finished. I did have a few concerns which I addressed w/the salesman Gino Levato, the office & Damien who followed up the next day. One was the hole cut in my exterior brick wall to run the copper piping, copper electrical & black insulated pipe along the ground due to the upcoming winter & possible freeze due to snow & ice? I was told they would look into my concerns. The cut out in my wall was patched w/a silicone sealant but I would like further protection like a steel or aluminum plate over the silicone to prevent rodents (mainly rats) from chewing through & gaining access to my house. The biggest positive was getting this service through my Costco executive card. We will get a Costco cash card after the installation for 10% to be used @ Costco, plus an additional 5% rebate on my Costco Citi bank card. My wife asked about a senior discount (smart move). As Four Seasons has several business listings on Yelp, this is a duplicate review. Same company, same bad service. Four Seasons deserves ZERO stars. They quoted us a good price to replace our bungalow's gas furnace in South Edgebrook. Techs who installed it didn't include an important part and so gas swirled around inside the unit before ignition, a mistake that could have cost us our lives and home. When I called to schedule the repair, Four Seasons sent a really young inexperienced guy who had to call others for help (same with the furnace install). Techs don't have enough training, which increases the likelihood of a dangerous outcome. Finally, Four Seasons sent an older tech who located and fixed the problem and sat there just shaking his head. The maintenance plan was a joke, they didn't send reminders for service and if you miss/skip a service call, that voids the warranty. They overcharged us around $300 for a $30 part. I tried to get them to take the part back and they refused and did not give any kind of courtesy refund, not a smart business move on their part, as they earned my eternal enmity. On Tuesday we confirmed work at $2k to update the HVAC zoning in our house. It was supposed to be completed Wednesday. On Wednesday, the first technician worked for several hours and then said he was missing tools and he'd come back the next day. On Thursday, he ended up cutting out more than a foot of the main AC duct so we didn't have AC for 2 very hot days. Technician 2 came on Friday, took one look, and said "I don't know what he was thinking or why he did that but he definitely should not have done that. All he needed to do was to replace the damper motor" - he even said "ya he really messed up". He said he wasn't able to do anything about it because we'd need to have someone who can work with sheet metal to come back the next day to fix the duct. In total, it took: - over 7 days (return appointments wasting 5+ hours of every single day except Sunday) - 3 different technicians - Another $600 (negotiated down from the extra $1800 that they wanted to charge us for their own errors) - Dozens and dozens of hours calling/being on hold and managing and waiting for them in order to resolve Then, after the week from hell, as I was waiting to pay, the technician couldn't find the correct invoice and said that billing would get back to me to collect payment once they found the correct invoice. I said ok and put my credit card, which I was holding out to him, back in my purse. I said "well if you have my card on file you can just go ahead and charge it". He said "we can't do that. We'll just get back to you. Someone will call you." Imagine my rage and surprise when the follow up agent accused me of refusing to pay and that I, a petite 5'0 lady at 100lbs, pushed a man twice my size out of my house, locked the door in his face, and told him to go away because I was not willing to pay. The lack of accountability and competence was shocking by itself, but honestly the nerve of these people is freaking astounding. Another great company ruined after getting bought up by private equity. RIP read more

8/25/2026 Update: 4 Seasons never pulled a permit for the HVAC replacement - Heat nor AC. This is City of Chicago proper not suburbia Update commenced July 16, 2026 and it's now August 8, 2026 AC remains uninstalled with a Refrigerant Detection Syste, RDS, module continuously running. Customer service is inept or apathetic as they asked for 72 hours or 72 Business hours... We've surpassed that. Winter will be here and AC no longer needed but I've paid $15k for equipment that's not functioning nor installed properly. read more

I hired four seasons plumbing to fix a leak in an old valve. They came out took a look and gave an estimate and was able to come out the next day to do the work. They came on the early end of the window which was amazing and it only took about an hour for the plumber to put in a new pipe. He was friendly and made sure everything worked before leaving. He was careful not to disturb any of the other old pipes that were still in good shape. It was about the same price as others I was quoted. read more

I scheduled a tech to give me a quote re:cleaning, servicing boiler they installed 3 years ago. My window frame was from 8a - 1p. Tech came in the 10a hour which was fine but he had an attitude. I don't like answering unnecessary questions and when I ask u why I don't expect any debate. This tech was Omar and he thought he could ask whatever he wanted. Doesn't work that way. If he needed to ask questions then let me know why. He didn't. I told him to leave. He left my front gate wide open. I have attempted to reach a supervisor and manager but no one is answering my phone call. I have been on the phone for over 30 mins. Now I'm going to cancel the service appt for next week. I had to use their AI assistant Sara to cancel the appt for next week and to state the tech was rude. read more

UPDATE: A new tech did return at 3:30pm (window was 8am to noon), but not before I spent 118 minutes total on the phone on hold or speaking to various people. 118 minutes of my own time to understand what is going on isn't acceptable, period, even if the tech who eventually comes is capable and does a solid job. The polite, knowledgeable tech did make the air coming out of the registers cold again (thank you!!!), but my original problem remains: there is not enough power in my current system to cool my house efficiently and sufficiently. Already getting worried about the 5+ days we have coming up of 90+ degrees F weather. My AC will run constantly that entire period because it will never be able to keep up with the sun bake and my high ceilings, WHICH I KNEW FROM THE JUMP, PEOPLE! Hence my original inquiry with Four Seasons. [rage emoji] So while the new tech came and undid what his colleague managed to make worse the prior day, I am currently exactly where I started but down $2k. **I will reserve full judgement for a few more weeks, after the leak package determines if I have a leak,** but regardless of the findings, I don't think I will trust this company in the future. Their marketing team did an excellent job convincing me this was a family-owned and operated local business, but I think it's much too big to adequately service the customers it has. WORST HVAC EXPERIENCE -- I DO NOT RECOMMEND 4 SEASONS This has been, without question, the worst HVAC experience I have ever had. In July 2026, Four Seasons recommended replacing my existing 3.5-ton AC unit with a 5-ton system. To my knowledge, no proper load calculations were performed or provided to justify this significant increase in size. Based on their recommendation, I invested approximately $10,000 in a new system installed on August 11, 2026. The initial installation was completely unacceptable. They sent one 22-year-old installer by himself, the compressor was loose enough that I could move it by hand, and the coil and ductwork installation was extremely poor. The attached photos speak for themselves. After I complained, they returned and improved the installation, but the brand-new AC system still did not work correctly. Since August 11, I have had technicians at my home almost every day, and despite numerous attempts to fix it, the system continues to malfunction and freeze. Even worse, when the system froze and subsequently thawed, the water caused damage to my basement and mechanical room. I have also repeatedly had to take time away from work to accommodate their service visits. After spending approximately $10,000, more than two weeks of service calls, repeated failures, property damage, and countless hours of frustration, the system is still not operating correctly as of August 28, 2026. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Sewer & Electric. If you are considering this company for a major HVAC installation, I strongly recommend doing your research and considering other options. A brand-new $10,000 HVAC system should work properly from day one. Mine still does not. read more

Always have prompt, fair and helpful service when I call Four Seasons. In this instance our rental unit had a problem with the AC on a hot and steamy weekend. The service technician came to the unit, serviced our furnace and AC in prompt and efficient manner and offered (but didn't push) on recommending changes to our HVAC to make it work better. This would be a 5 star review but: (1) PLEASE get rid of the AI agent for calls. It is unhelpful and not personalized to manage HVAC calls. (2) If you're not going to make the scheduled window, that is okay BUT please phone ahead that you're going to be late. Prices were fair for a weekend service but certainly not cheap for an AC repair (~$400). read more

I had a sewer camera inspection done last November but did not review the recording until May of the following year, as I had been working out of state for a couple of months. Upon reviewing the recording, I noticed the timestamp was dated year 2000. Four Seasons readily addressed my concern by offering to send another plumber out for a second inspection. Our second plumber, Aiden B., was very knowledgeable, experienced, and patient in answering all of my questions and concerns clearly and in detail. Aiden detected a sewer line separation that the previous plumber had overlooked by rushing through the job. He thoroughly documented all of the crucial details in the iPad report included with the service. The silver lining of requesting Four Seasons to reinspect was catching something the first plumber had missed. Aiden stayed after the appointment to contact the excavation team from another department to put together an estimate for the job, and took the additional time to answer all of my questions comprehensively. I regained confidence in Four Seasons after my experience with Aiden and will request him for future jobs. read more

They installed a whole home generator. The generator has failed inspection two times with the village once for a bonding issues and the second one because they installed it to close to the house. This is unacceptable. These are normal things they should know about. Now I've called them but they are not responding. I was also told that the generator had an electrical outlet. I'm honestly shocked at how Four Seasons handled this. I told them upfront twice that my AC is on a slanted roof. They still sent a tech in July, did the repair, took my money, and told me it was under warranty.Today, when the unit started acting up again, they refused to come out. Their own staff admitted the July tech wasn't supposed to do the job, but that's THEIR mistake, not mine. I waited two hours for a tech who never showed, only to be told they won't honor the warranty.If a company can take your money, promise a warranty, then refuse service because of their own policy error, that's a huge red flag. read more

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. I recently called Four Seasons (in Illinois) out for a repair to my HVAC system. Your technician, Edward, informed me that a part needed to be replaced but stated that Four Seasons does not replace parts on units not originally installed by your company. It worked, but not well and had a freon leak. I decided to get a new one installed August 11. They wired it incorrectly and destroyed in of the components. So no AC that night. They came back the next day to fix what i paid 17k, that they broke. After another few hours, they "fixed it"; but an hour after they left it shut off. So now i am worried there is a short and a fire hazard. So No A/C that night the 12th. Thursday, they came back again. He turned on the unit, something shorted and my house suddenly smelled like burning plastic. Ernesto told be he thinks they left some "paper in the unit." What does that mean? He then and told me the issue is it was not level, so installers had to come back and "pitch the coil correctly." Water was pooling in the unit and tripped the moisture sensor. So no ac the night of the 13th. Friday they come back and re-install the brand new broken a/c. Lifted the unit, changed the draining. Finally, after 17k and four days, cool air. Mind you, i had cool air before they showed up. 4 days after installing the new ac poorly, they cam back each day to fix it and made the situation worse. Now my living room ceiling is leaking!!!! I have never gotten a decent response from anyone at this company. Everyone just tells me they cant help me. One "supervisor"laughed and made a joke when i wasnt available friday morning -" what are you not going to be home?" NO!! I cannot build my life around your poor service. Do not hire these people. They are not honest. They will damage your house and call it your problem. First, I'll start by saying I only do reviews when I've have exceptionally good or exceptionally poor service. Unfortunately, this company falls into the latter category and "poor" doesn't even come close to describing the experience we have had with them. We bought a whole house generator from them on 8/1. The installers came out on 8/21 and spent the entire day. We bought them lunch, gave them water, etc. realizing this was a big job. They were rude, used foul language throughout the day - not only outside, but inside our home as well where my husband and I were both working from home. We would have likely overlooked all of that and said nothing if the job itself actually gone as expected....it did not. The technicians broke our main 100 amp breaker for our electric panel. They temporarily put in a 60 amp breaker advising us that someone else would come out to replace it the next day. Additionally, the newly installed generator would not start up and instead of trying to resolve the issue, they simply left for the day saying they created a "ticket" to handle both issues. Four Seasons is run solely on a ticketing system and herein lies the problem! You wait forever on a phone line once you have to repeat to Sara (their irritating bot) that you want to speak with a representative for up to 30 minutes just to get a live person. The majority of the live people are untrained customer service reps who take notes and create new tickets. They rely on the latest poorly transcribed note in order to create one incorrect note after another...all leading to technicians showing up completely uneducated on the problems and wholly unprepared. When I say I have spent over 80 hours of my time, while working, even while visiting my mother in the hospital just waiting on hold to speak with people or waiting at my home for technicians to show up and do nothing, trust me, I am not exaggerating one bit. We have had at least 5 more visits from technicians who were sent with either no information or incorrect information so they were unable to assist each time. I was lied to about a new breaker being ordered, I was told one was delivered to us and when I asked for the tracking number for the shipment and was told they had a picture of it at my front door, the representative refused to give it to me and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another rep who did give me the tracking information and when I tracked it myself, the photo from the delivery service on the POD was of the driver's console of his car. While we do have a 100 amp breaker that took me at least 10 calls to get shipped to us, we still don't have a technician scheduled to come install it. I missed an important convention for work today because I was GUARANTEED that an electrician would be out this afternoon. Guess who never showed? When I called AGAIN to find out why he wasn't here, another representative put me on hold for 58 minutes (checking in occasionally and assure me they were working on getting someone out today) only to find out that it wasn't going to happen again. I honestly have no idea how this company is still in business. I reached out to a couple of employees on their leadership team via LinkedIn nicely asking for help because you cannot get anyone above a customer service rep (or so-called manager who does nothing different than the reps) when you call this organization. I have not heard from anyone. Companies that use automation and frontline customer service to essentially hide management from their customers create such a horrific experience. This is a perfect example of how NOT to run a business. Will absolutely not use them again for anything and will never recommend to anyone I care about. read more

I had Five (5) mini-split units installed by Four Seasons Heating & Cooling on July 7, 2025, and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing from the beginning. On installation day, one technician was hesitant to move my refrigerator, and one of the indoor units was initially installed just inches from the wall, leaving a large unnecessary gap. I questioned whether it had to be installed that way, and after I asked, they moved it closer to the window. On June 1, 2026, I discovered water leaking from the mini-split system in my attic into my living room ceiling. The leak caused water damage to my hardwood floors and ceiling. A technician came out and repaired it by wrapping the connection with metal tape. I was also told to place my Christmas decoration bins underneath to catch any future water if it leaked again, which was very concerning. Afterward, Four Seasons informed me they considered the issue to be a homeowner responsibility and would not cover the damages. I've also been told by another contractor that the condensate drainage should discharge into or alongside the gutter system. Instead, I have three areas where water continually drips directly onto my new concrete, which appears to be causing deterioration. In addition, I have experienced water staining and leaking on my dining room wall directly beneath one of the indoor units. Today, after receiving another call yesterday stating they would not take responsibility, I noticed the same attic connection is leaking again--from the exact area that was repaired with the metal tape. I understand that problems can happen with any installation. What has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability and the repeated leaks after the repair. I now have ongoing concerns about the installation quality and additional water damage to my home. I hope this review encourages the company to stand behind its work and helps other homeowners know what my experience has been. read more

The first guy who came to fix/re-charge the A/C did fine. He put a dye pack in the line and included in the service was a 30-day follow up visit to check the line for leaks -the results of the dye pack. The follow up guy: I had no confidence in the guy. He was all over the place, forgetting things/going back-and-forth between his truck & the unit. He said the dye pack showed no leaks. BUT THEN (not unexpectedly because I got the feeling that something like this would happen while he was here) the $300 power switch stopped working! It was 100% fine & working BEFORE he got here! I attempted to contact the service manager, but once I got past their terrible AI, the phone rang & rang - he never picked up. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!!! read more

Feel like getting robbed today, but not at gunpoint? Well if you are just call these shysters. I made an appointment to have them come out and check my furnace and hot water tank for a cleaning. The tech said it looks like your basement flood was 4 feet high, which is complete nonsense. he went on to say that it needs to be replaced. I called another service and they cleaned my furnace. Used them when my furnace broke down at midnight once last winter. They didn't have 24/7 emergency service but did show up at 8 am, fixed it, and charged only for a service call. Six months later, AC breaks down (bad luck with HVAC this year). This time, service guy says the condenser is shot, recommends total replacement (about $10k+). Checking for leaks would cost $2k+. Went to Abt for a second opinion. Their leak check and fix cost less than $2k, and the unit is working again. Probably won't go back to Four Seasons. (Plus they use an AI bot to answer customer calls. I want to talk to a real person.) read more

There was no proper explanation, no clear diagnosis, and no effort to communicate the actual issue. After wasting nearly three days trying to get answers from Four Seasons, I finally hired an independent plumber. Within minutes, he identified that the water heater itself was functioning properly. The issue was simply that the system had been turned off after the Four Seasons technician incorrectly assumed condensation sounds were a leak. The solution was literally turning the system back on and allowing the water to heat up. As a result of Four Seasons' poor diagnosis and lack of urgency: * My tenants suffered unnecessary hardship * I lost time and money * I had to compensate my tenants * I had to hire another plumber * And I completely lost confidence in the company What concerns me most is not just the incorrect diagnosis -- mistakes can happen in any industry. I purchased a new Lennox AC unit from Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning in 2017. Unfortunately, problems started almost immediately. Within the first year, multiple technicians had to come out to address issues including improper drainage and the outdoor unit not turning on properly. In 2022, the entire system stopped working and I was told the coils needed to be replaced. When I asked whether it was normal for a 4.5-year-old unit to require new coils, I was told it was. Later that same year, I had to pay for additional refrigerant because the system was low. Again, I was told this was normal. Due to the number of service interruptions, Four Seasons provided me with two years of complimentary cleanings. Throughout ownership, I followed Four Seasons' recommended maintenance schedule and had all spring and fall cleanings performed by their technicians. Because the system was serviced regularly by the same company, it is difficult to understand why so many major issues continued to occur. In spring 2026, Four Seasons performed my annual cleaning and reported that the system was running fine. However, by May, my outdoor unit stopped working. A technician determined that both the capacitor and contactor needed to be replaced--issues that apparently were not identified during the recent maintenance visit. The technician who performed the repair was helpful, and fortunately the parts were covered under warranty. Now, just three weeks later, my AC has stopped working again, and I am waiting for yet another service call to determine the problem. At this point, I have decided this will be my last service call with Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning. The constant breakdowns, inconsistent diagnoses, and repeated service visits on a system that is not even nine years old have been extremely frustrating. Another concern has been the inconsistency in technician knowledge and troubleshooting. Over the years, I have received different explanations from different technicians, and the quality of diagnosis has varied significantly. Because of this, I now specifically request an experienced technician whenever service is needed, as I no longer have confidence that every technician sent to my home has the same level of expertise. One final disappointment has been my experience with Four Seasons' "No-Breakdown Guarantee." After being told my system was operating properly during its annual maintenance visit, the unit broke down in May and then again just three weeks later. Having two breakdowns within such a short period makes it difficult for me to place much value in a guarantee that is intended to prevent exactly those types of issues. Several individual technicians were professional, courteous, and genuinely tried to help, and customer service has always been polite. My concern is with the overall consistency of the service, diagnosis, and quality control provided by the company. After years of recurring repairs, inconsistent diagnoses, and major component failures on a system that has been regularly maintained by Four Seasons, I have lost confidence in their ability to provide a lasting solution. My frustration is not that repairs occasionally happen--it is that nearly every few years, and sometimes every few weeks, another issue arises. For that reason, I will be taking my business elsewhere and would encourage others to carefully compare their options before making a decision. read more

I am writing this review about the company not the technicians. The AI is awful and needs to go. It isn't helpful and can't answer any questions. There should be a way to bypass it. I had two windows of waiting and the techs arrived an hour after the slotted window times. The first window the tech needed a ladder and didn't have one because AI didn't add it to the service. The tech couldn't do anything so left. The 2nd window I am still waiting and now an hour past the window. I work too. The human reps: I called multiple times to get a status update and no one could provide the information on when a tech would be arriving. I totally understand issues happen but the company needs to figure it out as this isn't 24/7 help. Definitely not a fan of Four Seasons. Following up on my review: The Customer Rep Manager did contact me about this review and I truly appreciate the conversation. She definitely listened to me and understood why it was so frustrating. This is a complaint concerning INSTALLATION of a g0073270 generator, by 4 SEASONS on May 21 and 23, 2026. The company is located at 5701 W 73rd St, Chicago, IL 60638. The generator was not installed as discussed with the 4 SEASONS salesman. There was no permit or inspection by the village, the gas company, or the electric company. The generator is sitting on my concrete paver above ground; not on 5 inches of compacted pea gravel in a 5-inch trench that is 3" longer and wider than the generator. The pea gravel is eroding underneath. The installer drilled a hole for a pipe through a house support beam. At that point we asked for a 4 Seasons inspector to come out to stop the work. An inspector never came. Missing from the installation is the oil heater and the WIFI network connectivity accessory owner's manual. When contact the salesman, Kevin, told us to call customer service. After several frustrating phone calls with customer service, an inspector, Randy, was sent out. He wrote a report. We asked customer service person #2 for the report. We received an abbreviated version. Come August, nothing has been resolved. Called customer service person #3. A company representative (that does not install generators) was sent to the house. He had no information about the installation complaints. He wrote up another report. So here we are, waiting for the generator to be reinstalled properly, for the transfer switch to be moved, for the ground termination to be relocated, and for rerouting of the conduit to follow the house walls - all at their cost! read more

Had an electrical issue, so I called Four Seasons. AI answered, so I hung up & called others on my list. Found someone & got it fixed. All's good. Then at 11pm my telephone rings. Absolute waste of time, but we rent our house so get no choice in who the landlord hires to fix the a/c. Techs will not listen to our lived experience and have not fixed the issue of nearly zero airflow to the rooms upstairs, which means it gets dangerously hot up there. It isn't enough that there is ANY airflow. We measured it ourselves and know for a fact it isn't enough, but no one will check the ducts for blockages/broken down or perhaps poorly routed ductwork. We have kids and they aren't able to sleep in their bedrooms because it's too hot. I'm writing this review at 3am because it's too hot to sleep even with the ceiling fan running nonstop. You can't feel the air coming from the vents just a few inches above them. This is NOT normal. They came in, told us to run the fan 24/7, then decided to replace the a/c unit itself, but when I asked if the tech would check the ducts, was told he wasn't trained in ductwork and we'd need to contact someone who is. This time when a tech came out, it seemed he had no idea what he was doing and kept calling his boss to ask for advice. It feels like we're being led in circles, meanwhile the rooms upstairs have gotten as high as 90f, and nothing they've done has fixed it because they aren't bothering to address the issue and find out why there's so little airflow upstairs but strong airflow downstairs. The technician for our first appointment did not arrive during the provided time block, He could not come into the building as he arrived after condo hours. It is very difficult (nealry impossible) to actually speak to a person. Rather, Four Seasons relies on an AI responder- which works unless you have a question. It may be more efficient for them- but a big headache for the customer. read more

I gotta' say I'm a chump! I actually fell for the tv commercial thinking these guys wouldn't be bad. I paid for an AC tune up and the guy hosed off the unit then billed me $90 for it! I wish I could post the pics from the AC company that had to come out after 4 Seasons to see what was wrong with my unit. IT WAS NEVER CLEANED, THE FINS WERE COVERED IN CRAP! read more

I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication from NWI Generator. My generator is only a little over a year old, and it has failed to operate during two major storms when I needed it. I've called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails requesting service and an update, yet I still haven't received any response. It has also been extremely frustrating that I haven't been able to reach anyone at the local office. I'm routed through a centralized call service and just can't speak directly with someone at my local NWI Generator location who can address my concerns or provide an update. As a customer, I expect timely communication. Being ignored after repeated attempts, especially when the generator hasn't been reliable during critical weather events, has left me with very little confidence in the company's customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend NWI Generator. read more

Don't waste your time booking them, they will not show up and waste your time! We had an appointment for Sunday between 8am - noon window. They texted to say they were behind, but no updates on time. At 1:20 they said they would be there in 30 minutes. We had to reschedule for Monday. Same window 8am-noon. Tech said they were on their way and would be here at 11 am. Then never showed up. My husband texted to say are you almost here after they were already late. They called back and said dispatch reassigned them, and someone else would come out. Almost two hours later, still no word. They stopped answering texts. Can't get a human on the phone, just a loop of AI assistant Sarah poorly answering and offering no help. We have used them in the past and liked them, but I would never recommend them again. AWFUL customer service and scheduling, we have wasted two days waiting around for them, wished we called someone else in the beginning. read more

For a/c repair May 4, 2026 My tech Alejandro Alvarado was friendly and professional until he lied. He made sure everything was perfect and running smoothly. He cleaned up after himself. Edit: My tech Alejandro Alvarado replaced my original coil with a much smaller coil and he replaced the water drain box with a bigger box and lied and said he didn't. He tried to convince me that the replacement box was there all along. My system is now not energy efficient. The tech gave me his google card for review and the CEO David Musial is listed to call if anything is wrong. How does he not know that his employees lie, and gaslight customers. My original install was in 2022 in this home, I was lied to about the permit, he had no permit and that created a problem for me. The main installer had a partner working with him that illegally took videos of me and home and posted to snap chat. Now I'm dealing with this, more lies and not a correct replacement.. It's not a matter of he said she said... polygraph is a business owner's friend. Ladies and Gents, beware... these people are not honest. I debated whether to bring this up.. I thought I should because they keep getting away with lying to the customers. I changed my rating because of the lie and trying to convince me that I was seeing things and because of the smaller coil used instead of one like the original. read more

In mid-May, our A/C stopped working. The error on our thermostat said we had a short. It took Four Seasons 4 visits (3 HVAC techs and 1 electrician) to provide a solution, which was to either perform a significant amount of maintenance or to replace our condenser. Based on our conversations with them and the immediate need to get this fixed (my wife was 34 weeks pregnant), we decided to replace the condenser at significant cost. After installation, it still didn't work because there was a short. This is our main complaint - we came to Four Seasons with an issue, they had 4 chances to identify the issue, and they sold us an expensive solution that didn't fix our issue. They either have a serious lack of expertise or intentionally oversold us. The installation was supposed to take 4-8 hours in one visit. It took 2 visits from different service techs and we had 4 additional visits after that because our A/C stopped working. From the initial service visit on May 20 through June 16, they were here 10 times. They have been on site for at least 35 hours and we've also spent a significant amount of time waiting for them to arrive or talking to them on the phone. Only one tech came twice and most of them had no background on our situation when they arrived. Other less significant complaints include them not showing up to scheduled appointments, not properly scheduling appointments we discussed, not installing things properly and having to reinstall them, leaving screws on the ground outside of my 3 year old's room, techs constantly showing up unprepared and not understanding the situation and what they are there for, and the customer service manager taking 10 days to call me to discuss my claim when I was told they'd return my call in 48 hours. I also had to follow up twice to get that call back. I finally spoke to a manager on their customer service team on June 22. Their stance is that I was given options, I picked one, and I have working A/C. They did what I agreed to. My stance is they pitched solutions that wouldn't have fixed my problem after taking 4 visits to diagnose the issue, the solution I picked didn't fix my problem so it was not an appropriate solution, that solution was very expensive and unneeded, and they took 10 visits over 4 weeks and countless hours to get our A/C working again. After reviewing my case, they've decided the best course of action is to give me 5 years of maintenance for free, which has minimal value to me or cost to them considering we have a brand new condenser that already has a 10 year warranty. After getting off the phone, they also sent me a refund equal to less than 1% of what I paid them. Apparently, they see no issues with this experience and that is the level of ownership they are willing to take. read more

Our aging Air conditioner failed on the hottest day of the year. For Seasons came out and did an inspection and got us scheduled for a replacement three next day. Air conditioner installation went fine. The crew arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up after their work both inside and outside. Couldn't be happier. read more

I am filing a complaint regarding ongoing issues with Four Seasons related to air duct work at my home. I originally scheduled a duct cleaning service. During that appointment, the technician informed me that the work could not be completed because asbestos was present and recommended asbestos removal. I hired an asbestos removal company that was recommended by Four Seasons. After the removal was completed, I was told that Four Seasons needed to install duct boots before the project could move forward. No written instructions or clear explanation of the next steps were provided. Since then, I have experienced repeated delays, scheduling problems, and poor communication. Multiple appointments were scheduled for measurements and installation, but the work was not completed. I took time off work on at least three separate occasions to accommodate scheduled visits, resulting in lost time and inconvenience. I was later informed that the parts originally ordered by Four Seasons were incorrect, despite a deposit having already been collected. Even now, the technician assigned to the job has expressed uncertainty about whether the newly ordered parts are correct and has been unable to provide clear answers regarding completion of the work. I have made numerous calls to Four Seasons seeking updates and resolution. Each time, I have been told that someone would look into the matter, but no one has provided a clear plan, timeline, or accountability for resolving the issue. As a result of these delays and miscommunications, necessary work in my home remains incomplete, and I have incurred significant inconvenience and lost work time. I am requesting: (1) a written explanation of the work required and confirmation that the correct materials have been ordered; (2) review of the project by a qualified supervisor; (3) a firm completion timeline; and (4) a dedicated point of contact responsible for resolving this matter. I am seeking prompt resolution and completion of the work without further delays. read more

I wish I could give this a zero star. My AC went out the other night, so I called 4 seasons to come investigate. They said my condensation pump needed to be replaced and that'd solve it. I had to pay $938 for them to replace it only to learn that was NOT the problem, but if I pay another $1,225 for electrical work, that'd fix it. Not only that, but the new pump is loud and constantly running... and they've come and said there's nothing they can do about it. Oh by the way, throughout the process, I've been getting repeated calls, texts, and emails pressuring me to sign the order for electrical work AND unsolicited quotes for duct cleaning. The calls include a 10:30pm call asking me what the problem is and why do they need to come back (after I've told about 4 people there what's wrong). CONCLUSION: I paid them $938 to CREATE an unfixable problem and I'm sure I'll get multiple calls from them today asking when I'm going to pay for the electrical work. How is this experience possible for a known company like this (that I've used many times in the past)??? Is there new ownership or something? Be cautious with this company. I'd recommend going somewhere else first. **UPDATE** It actually gets WORSE. They came back to reassess and (I'd hope) make it right. At the assessment, they basically said there's nothing they can do about it and they have no other pumps that'd work right, so I started a claim as they CREATED a problem for me that I'm going to have to pay to fix. Almost a week later, I had to call THEM to check on my claim and they determined they can give me a bigger pump, but I'd have to pay for it (and the services) in full because what I'm asking for is a nice to have. Wait I thought they didn't have another pump?! And pay IN FULL? I'm not sure they understand what my complaint is still or they just don't care to help or their policy is to just keep taking peoples' money. I'll repeat, this is NOT a company you want to work with unless you want to get screwed. It's feeling like I just lit $938 on fire and have to pay to fix a manufactured problem.
