When I left around 11:00 PM, I discovered that the front driver-side bumper of my vehicle had been damaged, clearly the result of another patron carelessly exiting their space. No note was left. The following day (Friday, 6/5/26), I filed an insurance claim and a hit-and-run report with the local police department. I also left a message for the owner, Lisa, requesting a call back. It has now been nearly a full week with no response. I was informed by an employee, Rodney, that surveillance footage does cover the parking lot, but only the owner has access to review it. I explained that I needed the other driver's information for both my police report and insurance claim. Despite this, there has been no follow-up or communication. The lack of concern, accountability, or basic courtesy shown toward a paying patron is extremely disappointing. This experience reflects poorly on the ownership and raises concerns about guest safety and security. I strongly advise anyone visiting to be cautious.
