They're always attentive and thorough with their work. if I have ever run into any issues with work done by other body shops (caliber collision.. 2years back n forth.. wouldn't recommend), they (nextgen) thoroughly corrected the issues in record time (about a day and a half tops). If any issues arose with Insurance companies about trying to not use the correct OEM parts and try to use subpar aftermarket ones instead, the shop goes all in on your behalf. To be clear, my 2019 charger has hit 3 different deer causing front end damage, also had the front end damaged by 3 different drivers negligence hitting my front end with their various vehicles. I just took this picture today.. the car still looks brand new because of Next Generation's high quality of work. Jennifer has ALWAYS been very quick to alert me to issues with parts sent to them that they deemed to be defective or subpar in any way, and quickly sent them back to be replaced by higher quality manufacturing. I appreciate their level of transparency with the process, as well as the girls in the front and their open lines of communication and insight into great finds on better manufactured parts for customizing my dodge charger. I absolutely mean it! I'm not someone that typically leaves stellar reviews (or any reviews for that matter) about businesses, but I have returned to Next Generation for repairs at least a half dozen times because of their high level of consistency, quality, work ethic, and professionalism. Also if their is any issue with parts fitment, they're quick to address and make certain that the car is in as outstanding condition as possible. Again, my 2019 dodge charger seems to be a magnet for front end damage and still looks fresh off the assembly line or better because of Next Generation. Insurance Co recommended Caliber and covered over 95% of repair. Caliber offers warranty on their work for as long as you own the car, so its in their best interest to get it right the first time.

He did a awesome outstanding excellent job fixing my truck. I had backed into a tree on a cloudy rainy slightly cloudy muddy day in a narrow back road trying to turn around. Window and mirrors were fogged some. Thought I ran over something at the time. I turned around put my window down didn't see anything, headed back home got out went around to look at the tire to find out tire was fine had a big dent now and back light was hanging out and wouldn't go back in because of the dent. Called around places to try to get in to get quotes in Fredericksburg and they were booked out for like 2 weeks or more. Some places didn't even call back. Found this business and Derek said bring it in and I can provide a Qoute. Got it in he was looking at it and his Qoute was $1,500 to get it fixed with a new light. I discussed fixing some other scratches and damages around the truck and we walked around with him looking. He said ok, He can throw in the back door hitch too. For that Qoute I said he's got a deal. He even showed me a vehicle he was fixing at that moment too with the hitch door damage like mine, showing me the process he was doing to fix that other truck hitch door. I said i can leave it with him today. He had me pay a down payment of $500 and the rest when I pick up, took him maybe around 2weeks. A week and a half maybe. Can't remember to well. But as soon as it was done I came in to look at his masterpiece and it was terrific so clean so nice so smooth with new paint too. Derek is the man! If I ever need work done again like this, Derek is my guy now. Thank you so much Derek! You are Awesome!
