I think that was a one off thigh, because i had always had a pleasant experience there before. Due to my less than stellar visit, I put in a very detailed and wordy complaint. No one reached out to me, so I had to go another route which got me a call, but Yoon returning the call, I never got another call back! I had forgotten about my issues at hand and it was brought back to my attention that issues were never resolved! I reached out online and was told someone would contact me within 48 business hours. I actually got a call first thing the next morning, phenomenal! I spoke with Tommy, who oversees multiple locations and we talked about my previous issues and he told me to come in for a free diagnostic, and we'd take it from there. I got my diagnostic done and they found one problem that was causing one of my two issues I've been experiencing. They had to order a part for me that wouldn't arrive until 330, so they did to just come back and it should only take 15-20 minutes. The estimate was right on point! All the gentlemen in the location were very nice and informative, and i have nothing but good things to say of them all. I was told of a couple of other things I may want to take care of, and i will be taking care of them at this location going forward. I just gotta recuperate my finances from the holidays, first! 5/5, highly recommend!

Noise remains, brought back was told that " you don't want me to start charging you for parts you don't need take it to Toyota. BTW, I knew I needed an alignment after the shocks, but Keith, the service advisor, charges you for a 3 year alignment plan without telling you about it. Just be honest Goodyear, experience was a Bad experience. Do not recommend at all. Don't worry about the loyalty emails or even the sign on the counter. They don't care.
