My Grandma used Tire Tread services recently. She has been a loyal customer for the past 40+ years, and I have never once heard her complain about how they treated her before this most recent visit. I am not sure who "Danny" is that works there, but he embarrassed my sweet Grandma so unacceptably on multiple occasions, I would be surprised if she ever felt comfortable or safe using their services again. He tried to take advantage of her by quoting her over $800 for a $250 auto part. When she tried to question it and advocate for herself, he put her on blast and argued with her, causing a scene in front of multiple other customers. Now, I don't typically give negative reviews, I love supporting local businesses, but when I hear that an innocent person was taken advantage of by a supposedly "specialized professional", I find it severely disconcerting. We are supposed to be able to trust these individuals to take care of our loved ones by providing the best care possible for their automobiles and make them safe and reliable to drive. At the very least, I would have expected my Grandma to have been treated respectfully and professionally. I was shocked to hear otherwise. I won't encourage others to avoid this business just because my Grandma was victimized by a single employee, but I do hope that a certain level of accountability will be maintained within their staff moving forward. read more

These guys are amazing! Saw a Facebook marketplace advertisement for Tesla tires. My messages were replied to In a very timely manner. They were able to order my Tesla tires specifically for my car overnight and didn't charge me extra. What would have been at least $1500 in tires only cost me $824 which was including tax. I had an appointment for Wednesday morning, but I ended up with a flat tire this afternoon and they were able to get me in last minute for a tire change and I was there less than 30 minutes. They put my wheels on so tight I could barely break them loose. If you own a Subaru or many other cars this will warp your rotors causing your brake pedal to vibrate. They acted like I was insane asking if they used torque sticks, Check them out on Amazon. read more

I recently made an appointment for a Saturday morning 4 new tires and an alignment! I arrived on time and they started on my truck within a few minutes before my appointment. They were done in about an hour and honestly my truck didn't ride this good when it came off the dealer lot. The steering is like it should've been from the factory! They are very knowledgeable on alignments and are the only ones my vehicles will go to for alignments and tires! You might get a few dollars less for a tire at a corporate owned company but the friendly welcoming feeling you get here is pretty nice! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an HONEST repair shop! Update 3-2018 had to get a new set of tires on my work truck! Chris was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a tire to my liking! Once again great service! This is the only shop in my town I will trust will be honest and do great work! read more

Called ahead and asked if they had a specific, unique tire to fit our RV. Was told they did, and they could get the new tires on that same day. When we arrived, two mechanics helped my husband back our rig into their lot, while 4 more mechs came running out out of nowhere with jacks and tools, like a NASCAR pit crew!, to jack up the camper and replace all 4 tires quickly. Very fast service, very professional and kind employees, great prices. Each employee we spoke with was a Veteran. 10/10 will come here again when the need arises. read more

Most of the staff are a little older and I appreciate the genuine concern for the public they put out . I brought my four year old son and he had his tablet to sit still with but got s little rowdy and the gentleman Billy gave my son some crackers to snack on for the wait . Which I appreciated ! So, I brought my 2015 Mustang GT into their shop on Feburary 27th, 2019. I had hit a pothole and bent two rims in the process. I had a falling out with them because of a rude manager and them admitting to price gouging. No big deal, I'll fix it myself. I got my Mustang home and realized they stripped 10 of 10 lug nuts they tried to remove because they used a 13/16 socket instead of the correct 22mm socket. When politely confronted about this, they immediately told me that someone must have tried to steal my two bent, scuffed, destroyed wheels, yet left the two perfectly good wheels completely alone and never attempted to steal those with the incorrect socket. It certainly wasn't the strung out looking mechanic they had working on my car, he certainly wouldn't have tried to force an imperial socket on a metric lug and deformed my lugnuts to the point of needing a professional to fix them. The damage done to the 10 lug nuts they stripped was very clearly done by an air wrench, something thieves don't typically carry around. When the vehicle was towed back to my house, the lug nuts on just the two flat tires were finger tightened, the 10 on the two good tires were very clearly not touched, and required a breaking bar on a wrench to loosen. These people just lied to me straight to my face to avoid having to pay for a $40 mistake. Do you really think they wouldn't lie to you about needing an extra $500 worth of work done? I certainly don't. Don't go here. They lie. That price gouge. The management is rude. They've got some dude in the back using pills working there. It's a bit of hike, and they're always busy, but go check out Action Auto. They're reasonable, honest, hardworking, and nobody there has an opiate problem. read more

There are plenty of other choices. I'll pat my self on my knee and say that I've been fortunate enough to have discovered this gem in the late 90's. This outfit is lickity split and they perform great work at a price which will allow them to keep providing a necessary service (here, in town, so you don't need to drive to central hell or worse) without them living like they work in our $wamp. The owner is there every day they're open. They will replace your tires with your choice, notify you of issues worthy of notification, not notify you of issues not worthy of notification, and perform safety inspections by the book. At most other outfits they indirectly humiliate you for not approving a recommended service that you may not understand (while those other places speak loudly while trying to upsell you so everyone else hears you decline the upsell as if you're a cheapskate and jeopardizing the safety of those around you). They will inflate your tires to what is calls for on your manufacture placard and correctly torque your vehicle's lug nuts on steel or aluminum wheels. I've checked when I've bought tires there with a $250 torque wrench and $30 air pressure gauge when I got home, after waiting 2 hours. I also check the date code so that I know the tires they installed aren't old tires. They're fresh. They have employees that have been there since the late 90's. Good place. read more
