So I called the shop on 3/18 spoke with Aldo again and told him we were interested in going with his company but my husband and I worked the same hours his shop was open. He said we could make an appointment and the earliest he had was 3/31 @ 6pm. He said he was writing it on the whiteboard. We showed up at 5:50pm and no one was there and so I called Spoke with Aldo and he stated shop closed at 5:30p must be a mis-understanding and was not willing to come back to the shop. Guess he didn't need our money so we will be looking for a new place with more integrity!

The warranty is not very good and does not cover very much (posted pic of warranty card). If I knew what I knew now I wouldn't order from them. The foam is white so it shows through the seems when its pulled onto the seat. Do not feel very strong or tough + not good warranty makes me bummed I ordered from here.

The back seat cover went on fine and looks pretty good but it looks cheap. The front was challenging to get on and it ripped at the seams in two different places while I was putting it on. I called to see if I could return just the front seat cover. The customer service lady kept me on the phone for a long time explaining different scams that people have pulled on her in the past. I assured her that I did not rip the covers intentionally, that they ripped while I was installing them. Last week she finally agreed to go through with the return. However, in an email this morning she is refusing to do the return because it is past the 30 day return period. I would never buy another product from this company based on the quality of the product and the quality of the customer service that I received. In all of their advertising they stress that they stand behind their products 100%. This is not the case. I don't think that they are an ethical company. Shop elsewhere.
