    I was a bit skeptical because of some of the bad reviews but wanted to come & talk to the owner & get a feel for the place. There are 2 shops. I went to the one on Santa Fe. The owner is Jose. He's a cool guy. Had a great talk so I left my motorcycle seat for him to customize. I told him what I wanted & he said sure we can do it. I wanted where I sit on the cushion shaved off so I can sit lower because I'm 5'5" & I'm on my tippy toes. I got a 07 Harley RoadKing. Also I wanted white French stitching. The finished job had a little issue but Jose took care of it with no problem & I am completely satisfied with the ending product & the price. I will definitely come back to Jose for my other upholstery needs & recommend him to anyone. Gracias Jose! Aldo G.

    This was before, my seat was a total mess, torn, and missing foam.

    Gonna start with this review is NOTHING personal against Kerrie and Jessie. They are very nice…read morepeople when you actually speak with them. But, my review is similar in status as the other 1 star reviews, NO COMMUNICATION....PROMISED DEADLINES COMING AND GOING....ETC. They picked up my 84 Camaro Z28 in August of 2024. It had electrical issues and interior issues. Also wanted the car wet sanded and buffed as it was recently repainted but not wet sanded.. They did scratch the lip around the front, but owned it and said they'd take care of it. To this day, the paint has not been corrected, they have done the wiring, as in their electrician checked it out and said it was now good. Car starts according to them. After MANY calls unanswered, text messages unanswered I have decided to do this review. I hate reviews!!! But, if it keeps others from going through what I am going through....so be it. I did tell them when they picked it up I am NOT interested in a show car. I want something that I like and SAFE to drive. Contract was for electrical rewiring, I provided the harness, paint wet sanding and buffing....interior panels, door skins, lizard skin the body, new carpet, NEW HEADLINER THAT ACTUALLY FITS THE CAR. And all cloth panels on the interior redone to match carpet and seats. I "did" say I was in no extreme rush for the car to be completed. But, 18 months is way too long for the amount of work they had, have to do. Last time I had any contact with them was DEC 24th. At that time I was told the lizard skin was going into the car. Then, on Jan 23rd I am told they are reaching the halfway point of the lizard skin. WTH? I want the car finished. I have been told the delays are due to other cars having to be completed ahead of mine, or for a rush timeline for various other reasons. The stories between the 2 differ widely. I just want the car finished!!!!!

I purchased my truck in October 2019 and delivered it to Jesse at Classic Touch two days later for a full restoration to be completed. Initially, I was on a payment plan of $1,000 per month. After approximately a year, I decided to secure a loan to pay off the remaining balance in full. At that time, I was told the project would be completed within 6-8 months. As of today, more than six years later, I have yet to receive my truck. I have since moved out of state and was originally assured that the work would be completed well before my move--unfortunately, that did not occur. Multiple deadlines have been set and missed, and I have received numerous explanations for the delays. Communication has also been a consistent issue. Most updates have come only after I reached out for information, rather than through proactive communication. Additionally, Karrie has acknowledged to me directly that the level of customer service provided has been poor. At this point, I am considering legal action. I have also requested a detailed ledger of expenses, which has not been provided despite my request being made over two months ago. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company as they do not operate in good faith. I strongly encourage prospective customers to proceed with caution.
