The price is high for the quality and the wait time is really long. Took 6 weeks for the covers to ship when website says 10-14 days but when you call customer service they tell you 5+ weeks. The warranty is not very good and does not cover very much (posted pic of warranty card). If I knew what I knew now I wouldn't order from them. The foam is white so it shows through the seems when its pulled onto the seat. Do not feel very strong or tough + not good warranty makes me bummed I ordered from here. read more

I ordered covers for the front and back seats of my Ram truck. Out of the box (and plastic bag) they had a very strong off-gas that I didn't want to expose my daughter to so I opened them and had them in my garage until they smelled better. The back seat cover went on fine and looks pretty good but it looks cheap. The front was challenging to get on and it ripped at the seams in two different places while I was putting it on. I called to see if I could return just the front seat cover. The customer service lady kept me on the phone for a long time explaining different scams that people have pulled on her in the past. I assured her that I did not rip the covers intentionally, that they ripped while I was installing them. Last week she finally agreed to go through with the return. However, in an email this morning she is refusing to do the return because it is past the 30 day return period. I would never buy another product from this company based on the quality of the product and the quality of the customer service that I received. In all of their advertising they stress that they stand behind their products 100%. This is not the case. I don't think that they are an ethical company. Shop elsewhere. read more

I purchased custom seat covers for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. Although it took me a couple of hours to get the covers fitted, they were worth it. One issue. The driver's side seat bottom did not fit properly and there was not opening for the seat adjustment lever. I was told to slice it open and I did.....but did not feel as though that was appropriate. I expressed my concerns to GT covers and they understood. They rushed a new seat cover out to me within a week and I surely appreciated their help. I must mention one thing. When I called the first time about the cover not fitting, the guy said that it was a factory error. That is fine and I have no issues with that because mistakes happen. He had a non-challant attitude at first when he told me to remove the trim and slice the area open to make the opening larger for the lever. I seriously don't think that I would have received a new cover had I not asked. On the flip side, this same person sensed my trepidation and rushed a new cover out. The covers are great for the purpose. I did not want cheap covers for my leather seats and dog. I would definitely use this company again. They offer great selections and decent prices. When I called (which was at least 3 times), someone answered right away. They called me back in good time and the communication was great. I would recommend that if you have any special levers on your seats that perhaps you communicate this to the staff via pictures -- this might help avoid any errors with your order. All in all - good job. I just wish the covers were easier to put on. I think all that velcro on the bottom could be replaced by perhaps a quality tight elastic bottom and one strap on the bottom. OH YA - if you have a Wrangler, be careful when you install the covers on passenger side because of all the wires under the seat. read more

I ordered leatherette middle and rear GT seat covers for my honda pilot 2017 EX model, they fit perfectly fine infact they look like original leather seat covers. Only shortcoming for these seat covers is that they are little bit hard to fix, if you have fat fingers better you use some kind flat shape tool to do the finishing otherwise you will hurt your fingers. It took 2hrs to fix these seat cover but I am happy to have these seat covers. read more

I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with Monica G. a great service rep. we have a brand new 4runner and do not want our 2 and 4 year old ruining the seats in a month, we also have the added bonus of a golden retriever that cant say out of the water!!!! we have a 40-20-40 slit seat that needed covers she assured me all the functionality would be in tact with their seat covers. she made great suggestions for fabric type and color. and eventually found a set that was discounted by $100 bucks!! the color was a little different that originally wanted but like i said we have a 2 and 4 year old and saved $100 I will post again once i see the quality, functionality and how hard it is to instal although she pointed me in the direction of online "how to" videos so far very pleased. read more

Purchased leatherette seat covers for a 2014 santa fe. These seat covers fit wrong in multiple places. When I called to see if I could get a refund the customer service rep wanted pictures of the fit I guess suggesting that I hadn't installed them correctly... (you can't install it correctly if the fit isn't right to begin with...) Company did finally give me an RGA number, so I am sending them back and waiting on a refund at this time. I read another post suggesting that if you purchase a 2014 seat cover that it might be modeled after a 2013 vehicle? If that is true then that would explain why the seat covers don't fit. read more

I ordered the micro fiber seat covers front and back for my 2001 Lexus LS430. First, the straps were cut too short for me to do a self install. I sent them back and they told me they fit but it would be difficult due to the electric motors that operate the seats. I spent 4 hours just trying to install the passenger seat cover and could not do it. I sent them back and asked to extend the straps and they said no. I then asked my mechanic to see if he could install them. It took him a week to do the install for the front and back because he had to actually remove each seat to do the install. He also showed me that the front seat head rest covers did not fit. I called them and they told me they were cut wrong and had to be remade. My mechanic also said the middle arm rest covers for the front and back do not fit properly. They shift around and fall off. The quality of the seat covers is poor. The bottom panels do not fit snugly and are loose. I highly recommend not to buy from this company. In addition to the high cost of the covers, I had to pay my mechanic $130 to install them because no re upholstery shop in my area would do the install. read more

Bad product quality and worse Customer Service. Mine had tears in the seams after 3 months of moderate use and after 7-8 months the fabric was balling up. Terrible appearance so I replaced them with another companies product which was far superior. Customer Service is a joke and I got zero satisfaction from them. Money wasted. read more

Every once in a while, along comes a product that is really exceptional!! GT covers is one of them!! I received covers for my 2006 Subaru Baha and could hardly wait to install them. I am a 75 year old woman and I have to tell you, I did the entire installation myself and they look fantastic!! Fit like they are the factory original upholstery. I will admit it took me a while--about 3 hours--but they fit and look wonderful! The quality is outstanding. I got the Neoprene fabric in a fun floral design, and my 10-year old Baha looks like a brand new vehicle. I just can't put into words just how pleased I am. I was amazed that every little knob and lever in the vehicle was given its proper cut-out on the covers. I don't understand any negative reviews, and would tell everyone not to hesitate to order GT covers for their vehicles. read more

I ordered premium rear covers for my 2014 Ford Fusion (Titanium model) in September just as the 2014 models were released. The rear seat portion of the order fit but the rear backs were totally wrong. When I called the company the lady agent suggested that I take photos of the backs to show they did not fit and sort of implied that I I was not installing them correctly. I pointed out that I am an ex-professional auto mechanic and was positive after wasting an hour of my time fiddling with these rear covers that they were flat out the wrong size. I surmise that they based the measurements on the 2013 model which may be different than the 2014. I suggested to her that since the seat portion of the covers fit OK I would be satisfied to keep the seat portion of the order and pay some sort of a pro rata price but her attitude was take it or leave it. So I had to send the whole order back. Her attitude was non-cooperative as if it was my fault they had their measurements wrong. Not consumer friendly. I wound up wasting time and shipping costs for their inability to provide an "exact" fit. So be warned that if you order covers for a 2014 model car that you may not be getting "an exact fit" and you may wind up being a guinea pig helping them get their measurements right. Plan on taking pictures and running to UPS a couple of times. read more

Last year I searched online for high quality seat covers for my new 2015 Subaru Forester and thought I had found the perfect ones at GT Covers. Even though they were very expensive, I thought these covers would provide the best protection. The car has cloth seats which made it very difficult to install the covers; some pieces (headrest covers) I couldn't even get them on. The headrest pieces ripped so I didn't bother putting them on. I had a few conversations with the company and even suggested that if the covers are being installed over cloths seats maybe they should adjust the size a little bit. They didn't seem interested in that suggestion. Anyway, one year later my seat covers are shredded at the seams and I have huge holes where they tore open at the seams. I am the only driver of this vehicle and I rarely have people in my backseat. I learned a very expensive lesson; please don't make the same mistake. read more
