The saucisson sec is another great local find. The baked goods offer a nice rotating variety, with everything from Québec maple chômeurs to Italian maritozzi. On my last visit, I tried the Vietnamese coffee panna cotta, which was excellent. There's also an large gluten-free selection, ranging from breads to fresh-baked goods. The gluten-free scones are a particular standout. Beyond the food, Pan Chancho also has a great selection of kitchen and pantry-related items, including spices, pasta, sauces, hand towels, reusable bags, and more.
