If there is more than one person working, the service is probably great, but if there is only one and someone has a lengthy issue, you are just standing there waiting,,not knowing how long it will be. Can be kind of maddening. However, the people who work here are very nice and helpful. They are doing the best they can, and it is unfair to them also to have just one working. When dealing with the public, there is usually a rush, then a lull, then a rush etc. but you can't just staff for the lulls. Great people and an amazing team! I love everything about the friendly staff there. Most the staff are Latin American and its such a joyful place with smiling faces to pick up parcel. It feel like home. The only unpleasant moment I had was with the owner, who is not so smiling or accomodating as I am a virtual mail customer. I hope this place remains in business for many years to come and the owner understands he has an exceptional staff camaraderie. I gave two stars because the girls behind the counter are generally helpful. Otherwise, it would've been no stars... or, one, at best. The owner tried to defend charging me 2.40 for one single print out. One piece of paper... because "they have to use the internet to access their email, in order to print... and it takes a lot to maintain the internet...and the guy is coming right now to service it... and it's expensive..." All I can say is, I went to Fed Ex, emailed my one item to "printandgo," got my code, punched it into their copier, and voila! Paid exactly 14 CENTS for my printout. It's not that 2.40 is a lot of money in and of itself, it's that it doesn't make sense, if I'm going to run over there and do this often. I'd rather get a coffee with that money! So, for that reason, I'll go to Fed Ex until I replace my printer. read more

WARNING LIAR, RUDE EMPLOYEES! Owner clearly supports the behavior and rude service I received and wants to lie on top of it!This place is horrendous. The below is not true at all, my package is still lost and I have filed a claim, and waiting for claim to be paid. As stated below it was signed for by someone named Bader at this location. The clerk was extremely RUDE, OBNOXIOUS, ROLLED HER EYES AND SAID DEROGATORY STATEMENTS. As you see below from the owner, no apologies for this behavior because they support the poor treatment of customers. I made my claim for the package YOU LOST. I will get my money back but you will not get my business back and I will continue to spread the word about how RUDE and MEAN your employee was to me. If I could give zero stars I would. They lost my package and the person at the desk was smug and rude and said not us. She rolled her eyes at me and was extremely rude. Someone named Bader signed for it and I have the proof. I filed a claim and they will be responsible but for her to sit there and be so rude was unnecessary, a simple I'm sorry would have been sufficient but instead she felt it necessary to degrade the customer. I will never come back here, I will use other mail service locations in Culver City and recommend to others they do as well read more

This is a great place to get a mailbox. The rates are reasonable, the service is excellent, and you have 24-hour access to your mailbox for no extra fee. I think I'm paying $144 for a year, which includes 3 free months tacked on at the end. They will call you when a package comes in, if you don't come by every day - package pickups can only be made during regular 9-5 business hours. You can also send packages there via UPS, Fedex, and regular mail. They sell boxes and packaging supplies as well. Good location right there near downtown Culver City, too. read more

Worst place to do business. I needed to ship something to Mexico and first off the young man that helped me did not provide accurate information not only did he withhold valuable info (he assumed I had knowledge of shipping packages to mx) but he also submitted his own money values on the package slip of my items without asking me the cost, which ended up costing me $80 extra bucks on top of the $150 shipping charges. When the package arrived in mx they would not release it until someone paid the extra charge?!? Absurd! I complained to the lady owner and she said Mexico customs were thieves (which is true) but so are they for putting all the blame on someone else and not taking responsibility for their employees' actions. Avoid this place, find another alternative! read more

I was driving around the city calling many FedEx's to find someone who could pack up an art piece for my flight tomorrow. About 45 minutes of driving, making stops at a couple locations, and numerous phone calls we stumbled upon this FedEx location and what a God send. First we spoke with a gal that said her custom boxing lady was busy and asked for our number to call back, also mentioning she's really good at what she does. I left our number not knowing if we were going to get a call back and less than 5 minutes later the phone rang. I can't remember the name of the woman who helped but she asked a series of qualifying questions (that made sense) and said she could do it, she just needed 30 minutes which aligned perfectly with the time they closed. When I went to pick it up I was really appreciative and also impressed at the quality and feel totally comfortable putting this on a plane back to Seattle. Thank you so much! read more

Iv lived in Culver City for 5 years now, I'm a small business owner myself so I like to support local and small businesses, but over the last year the ridiculous up charges have forced me to take my Business to FedEx. Iv been printing here for years all of a sudden now there is a two dollar Internet fee just to print on top of what they charge per page. Today I came in to mail back my ASSO package they charged me 1$ to use tape to close my package. Maybe I'm over reacting but I thought that was ridiculous. read more

We had a horrible experience at this store. DHL told us our package would be ready for pickup by the end of the day Christmas Eve at this location. We show up in the afternoon of Christmas Eve and the 2 women working were unhelpful and rude. They told us our package wasn't there and there was nothing they could do and basically it was our problem to handle with DHL. After talking with DHL we were again told our package was at this location so we called the store and again were met with a rude attitude. While we assume this whole misunderstanding is a DHL issue, there is never a reason to have an attitude - especially with a customer - especially with a customer who was never rude to you. read more

Experienced a horrible situation with a 10 page copy job that took over a 1/2 an hour because the sales associate did not properly explain the Slowness of the machine. This was a situation that could have been avoided if she had just said the other machine is broken and please come back later. Instead she looked at me like I was crazy and didn't even apologize for a 10 page copy job taking 35 minutes. It may not be a big deal to lose one customer but 1 customer can turn into 10 customers. read more
