Staff's very friendly and gives out water bottles upon request. Check-in and checkout is fast. Room was housekept each day and I didn't even ask for it. Love coming back to fresh sheets and towels. First time using Hilton Honors and it's cool how I got to pick my room -- highest floors and away from elevators is the move for sound sleep. Wish there was a visual floor plan render on the app though or even some more filters. Lobby is beautiful with plenty of the seating. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable with basic amenities. For the price, it meets expectations. I'd choose it over an Airbnb, I'd choose it over the nearby Courtyard by Marriott. Valet here like a lot of hotels I've been at recently have been nonchalant. Most of the time it's outsourced to a vendor. Not sure if that's the case here but worth noting. Solid 4/5 overall in my book. Would stay here again. However, one thing kept me from giving it five stars. When we returned home the next day, we realized our daughter's favorite stuffed doll was gone. I called the hotel that same day and they said to call back the next day as the head of housekeeping wasn't there. I did so and explained that we couldn't find our daughter's doll and thought we might have left it there. I was assured they would look for it and report the results back to me by phone or email whether or not they found it. It's been a couple of weeks now and they did not contact us. I was disappointed. This doll had sentimental value. My daughter has a speech delay and it helped her say one of her first words. Considering the money we spent for our stay, I felt we were at least owed an answer that we were promised we'd receive.

This also lends to the rooms sometimes dealing with noise from the main big street. Light sleepers may struggle with that on a longer stay. Staff here are very friendly and welcoming. I would happily stay here again in the future!
