What a disappointment this place was. We had a couple of burgers and my son and I got cheeseburgers with pickles and onions and this is the pickles they gave us- like come on that's ridiculous and when we asked for some more they charged us---really! The soda machine was dirty and the counter was disgusting and needed cleaning. The employees were mostly teenagers and were more worried about chatting than being helpful. Overall I wouldn't come back due to our first experience.

Stopped here for the first time at this location. It's Culver's by gosh and you have to support them. They have the best Custard Ice Cream on the planet! I ordered the fried shrimp and hubby ordered a cheeseburger plain. We shared a fry and I of course had a turtle sundae! Everything was good. The shrimp tasted like it was seasoned with garlic. Not my favorite but still good. The sundae is top notch! It was a little melty by the time o got to it. Next time I may go back up and order it separately but I'll definitely be back. They had plenty of workers today. Seems like they were training a bunch of newbies and that's good. The store was clean. We will definitely be back!

I really don't understand why Culver's has such bad reviews. I've been here many times, and was always greeted and treated nicely. My order was correct even when I asked for modifications. The burgers are great, and if you go with the right time, there isn't much of a wait. Also, you can order ahead online, and it's ready when you get there. It's a little different than your normal drive-through being that you pay and move forward into a holding area, but it's more efficient if your order happens to be ready before someone else's. You won't have to wait in a long line to pay before you get your food to all the haters out there, give them another chance it's a good option for Georgetown.

I have been a Culver's fan for a very long time. And, full disclosure, I am waiting excitedly for another location currently under construction in Leander TX. I have been to numerous Culver's locations around the country. I ordered the Cod dinner (I LOVE Cod). Good job. I especially like doing the "Fish and Chips" thing with Malt Vinegar. It hit the spot right. I particularly like their crinkle cut fries (especially with Malt Vinegar on them). I can't forget about the Root Beer. It tastes about identical to A&W (good thing). I learned a while back that they make their own Root Beer. We are chilling for a bit to make room for dessert (great frozen custard). I ordered a single scoop Turtle Sundae - 1 scoop vanilla custard, roasted pecans, hot fudge, and hot caramel sauce (I skip the whipped cream). Just arrived. Really good. All in all excited to be getting Culver's nearby. Everything very good. Casual atmosphere. Service was nice and friendly.

I went to this Culvers for the first time today. I opted to use the drive-through. They have a beautiful menu with lots of items to choose from. The prices are rather high. My husband got a shrimp dinner. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and french fries and it was $30. We didn't even get a drink. Upon placing my order in the drive-through line I was asked to drive forward and wait and they put a little sticker on my mirror. Then I sat there for maybe 10 minutes. I saw two other cars behind me get their food and leave. I found that a little unsettling. Everyone who worked here was very nice. They have a nice outdoor seating area. That looks nice and clean and inviting. The chicken sandwich was fine. I got a gluten-free bun, which is nice. The sandwich was nothing special. The french fries were also fine. Nothing special. I would go here in a pinch, but it's not a place I would seek out. It's too expensive and not anything that I would look forward to.

    Bun with grease

Always the same problem at Georgetown location. Tables are dirty and trash needs to be emptied. Survey's are completed but never acknowledged. This time, we asked for the bun with the chicken sandwich not to be grilled with butter or whatever fat they use. When it was returned to the counter for correction, both the counter employee and Manager Ted disputed the bun was grilled with grease. The picture shows the truth.

Service is outstanding, we were greeted and got our drink orders in about 60 seconds after we sat down. Server was friendly, and we had a good visit talking to her when she would stop by to check on us. Our daily special was the chicken and dumplings, and we got fried okra, mashed potatoes, pintos, collards, and gravy between us for sides. Everything was fresh and homemade, and very, very tasty. Good solid country fare. If you're originally from rural vs urban, you'll feel right at home. If you want old time country diner experience, you'll be pleased. Just to clarify, this is a "seat yourself" place, with a LARGE SIGN stating that as you walk in. There is no door greeter/hostess station, and the counter is as far away from the front door as you can get and still be in the same room. (They also have a sign at the entrance about the card fee, like most places do these days). Well worth a return visit!

Some of the menu can be a little confusing. There are some items that come with two sides that do not mention that. And with the burgers you have to pay for sides separately. We opted for a chips and salsa, meatloaf (with greens and mashed potatoes as sides), a burger (fries cost extra), and chicken strips with broccoli and another side that I forgot. Chips and salsa were bad, but salsa needed a little salt. Greens were not fresh, potatoes were bland--gravy not good. Meatloaf wasnt bad. Burger was just okay. Chicken strips were just okay as well. Looks like they have a beer garden outside and being that it is a German/Texan fusion type spot maybe they do some time of events/entertainment...not sure. Would be interesting though. The food was mediocre and bland and the service not that great. They charge a fee to use card--but also do not give the coin portion of your change--which I kinda feel is another fee just to pay cash. Last I checked they still make nickels, dimes, and quarters. This spot is a little out of the way so I don't think that we would return.

Fries: crispy, crunchy, hot, fresh, salty, overall great fry. Onion rings: one of the best I've had. Crispy, crunchy, hot, fresh, salty, good onion flavor. Green chile pepper burger: It can go head to head with any burger chain, Hopdoddy or Whataburger. To me it's in the same top tier of burgers. The bun has to be Martins potato bun soft nice chew with a hint of egg flavor. Toasted on both sides so they got it done right. The beef patty has to be 80/20 maybe that's why it's beefy and moist in the center. The mayo mixed with the spicy green peppers adds just layers of flavors. When you bite into it, you get the soft bun immediately you get that kick from the green peppers then you get that creaminess from the mayo, and then it all comes together with that beefy flavor from the patty. The thick cuts of pickles, tomatoes and lettuce really adds freshness that the burger needs because it's very heavy and rich. It has an umami and has that crave factor. They selected the right onions, red, the red onion goes well with the green chile. The zing from the red onions adds more flavor. The meal is not cheap to say, $15 for a burger is up in price but you get what you pay for and to me, based on the location, based on the overall freshness, it's worth it. It's worth paying a higher amount to get a higher valued meal. If you want ranch, you have to ask for it and plus no extra charge.
