I've never had Culver's before so it's hard to separate my experience with this location versus with the food in general. BURGER: Pretty enjoyable as far as fast food burgers go. I ordered the Bacon Deluxe (Double). I was pleased to find that the burgers were smashed -- they had a really nice texture, with a good crispy edge. It didn't match the picture online so maybe it's something this location does. Bacon was thick, toppings were fresh. The butter bun set high expectations but it didn't stand out much in terms of being "buttery." Ultimately, a solid burger. FISH SANDWICH: Smaller than anticipated however the cod had a nice texture -- not too much batter. I took the first bite of my husband's sandwich and didn't catch any tartar sauce -- maybe it was buried deeper. Make sure you get something else to eat -- it won't fill you up. CHEESE CURDS: The most disappointing part. I felt like these were too battered and the cheese got a bit lost. I'd skip. FRIES: Too soft for me personally. I've tried to be patient because I understand mistakes happen, but this has become a recurring problem. Almost every time I order from this Culver's, something is missing from my order. Today was the final straw. I got home only to find that nearly half of my order was missing. Driving back isn't a reasonable option, especially since the employee who brought out my order dropped my receipt and it blew away before she could pick it up. Even if I wanted to return, I had no receipt to show what I ordered. This isn't about one isolated mistake--it's a pattern. Customers shouldn't have to check every bag before leaving or worry that they'll get home without the food they paid for. TIME SUCK! Went through the drive thru, ordered a simple crispy chicken sandwich and side of crinkle fries. Order took 26 minutes to get delivered. The car behind me had a large family-size bag delivered before I got my sandwich. After 25 minutes I was about to go in to ask WTF when they finally came out with my bag. I should've suspected the time would drag when the drive thru attendant kept emphasizing the order will be made fresh. TASTE MEH. The fries were simple. After numerous unsatisfactory experiences we had a very good experience this visit. Notably there was only 1 other car in line. The order was delivered in full to the car with a relatively short wait (@10 minutes) and all items ordered and paid for were there and in an edible condition - hot and cooked through. Chili with cheese and onions, 3 shrimp and 4 chicken tenders. We had a couple of burgers and my son and I got cheeseburgers with pickles and onions and this is the pickles they gave us- like come on that's ridiculous and when we asked for some more they charged us---really! Stopped here for the first time at this location. It's Culver's by gosh and you have to support them. They have the best Custard Ice Cream on the planet! I ordered the fried shrimp and hubby ordered a cheeseburger plain. We shared a fry and I of course had a turtle sundae! Everything was good. The shrimp tasted like it was seasoned with garlic. Not my favorite but still good. The sundae is top notch! It was a little melty by the time o got to it. Next time I may go back up and order it separately but I'll definitely be back. I really don't understand why Culver's has such bad reviews. I've been here many times, and was always greeted and treated nicely. My order was correct even when I asked for modifications. The burgers are great, and if you go with the right time, there isn't much of a wait. Also, you can order ahead online, and it's ready when you get there. It's a little different than your normal drive-through being that you pay and move forward into a holding area, but it's more efficient if your order happens to be ready before someone else's. You won't have to wait in a long line to pay before you get your food to all the haters out there, give them another chance it's a good option for Georgetown. read more

I have been a Culver's fan for a very long time. And, full disclosure, I am waiting excitedly for another location currently under construction in Leander TX. I have been to numerous Culver's locations around the country. I ordered the Cod dinner (I LOVE Cod). Good job. I especially like doing the "Fish and Chips" thing with Malt Vinegar. It hit the spot right. I particularly like their crinkle cut fries (especially with Malt Vinegar on them). I can't forget about the Root Beer. It tastes about identical to A&W (good thing). I learned a while back that they make their own Root Beer. We are chilling for a bit to make room for dessert (great frozen custard). I ordered a single scoop Turtle Sundae - 1 scoop vanilla custard, roasted pecans, hot fudge, and hot caramel sauce (I skip the whipped cream). Just arrived. Really good. I went to this Culvers for the first time today. I opted to use the drive-through. They have a beautiful menu with lots of items to choose from. The prices are rather high. My husband got a shrimp dinner. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and french fries and it was $30. We didn't even get a drink. Upon placing my order in the drive-through line I was asked to drive forward and wait and they put a little sticker on my mirror. Then I sat there for maybe 10 minutes. I saw two other cars behind me get their food and leave. I found that a little unsettling. Everyone who worked here was very nice. They have a nice outdoor seating area. That looks nice and clean and inviting. The chicken sandwich was fine. I got a gluten-free bun, which is nice. The sandwich was nothing special. The french fries were also fine. Nothing special. I would go here in a pinch, but it's not a place I would seek out. It's too expensive and not anything that I would look forward to. read more

Always receive incorrect order. Takes forever to get my order just for it to be messed up. Everything is dirty and no one seems to want to help. Service is great! Everyone speaks proper American English! Unfortunately, the franchise chose to serve engineered chicken (likely from China)! Some of you may know the horrible taste and texture of engineered (fake) chicken, most do not. Now you can go experiment on your own and take a look into the future of your food! It tastes like it was put through a Playdoh extruder after being pulverized and mixed with the edible plastic that holds it all together. So, when you get it, it may actually resemble a chicken breast! But, your first bite should convince you that this piece of chicken did NOT come directly from the bird! They do their best to disguise it with tomato, pickle, and lettuce shreds, but nothing can hide the taste and texture, although the 'breading' comes closer to a disguise. This time, we asked for the bun with the chicken sandwich not to be grilled with butter or whatever fat they use. I wanted to get the $40 gift card special for a Christmas present, only to find out that you do not get a separate $10 in addition to the $40 one. Instead, they handed me a paper, business card-size card that I was told would be good for a hamburger, fries and drink. Their advertising is very misleading, and every other restaurant chain that offers this sort of special actually gives you 2 separate gift cards. I've noticed the manager (Ted) acting inappropriately toward underage girls, including saying things that made people uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is not okay and needs to be looked into. Spicy chicken sandwich basket (sandwich, fries, drink) veggie burger no mayo no onions. large onion ring. cup for water. Received: No fries with basket. Completely dry chicken sandwich, server brought me some sauce after I mentioned it. Veggie burger with onions slathered in mayo. Rings crumbled when consuming, way over cooked and way too thin. Fries cold with a weird after taste. Charged for the water. Spoke with Manager he said they replaced my order of fries (basket) with the large onion rings. I told him that wasn't what I ordered. I was so excited to try this place, but I was disappointed to say the least. First off, the parking situation is ridiculous. They desperately need to expand the parking lot to be at least twice as big. Also, the women's restroom only has two stalls and one sink - and it's shared by the staff and guests so it's always occupied. In addition to these issues, they were out of paper towels in the bathroom And lids for the drinks. Not huge deals on their own but made the visit extra annoying. Lastly, the food. It was our first time there and nobody specified that the burgers come with nothing on them if you don't ask for toppings. So we got burgers with buns and nothing else. The fries were delicious at least then I ordered a concrete. I asked for the smallest size available which is called "tiny" but it was GIANT. I asked to see the size and she showed me the lid which I thought was the cup Also, they didn't have enough people working the registers and the restaurant was full of depressed looking old people who kept staring at me and my kid who hurt himself and was bleeding all over the place. Placed an order in drive thru and the girl, Mya got the order wrong for an item we ordered. We ordered a basket and she only put in a burger. Not a big deal but when I asked to correct it at the window she gave attitude. Said I didn't tell her that and she practically yelled it at us. I can't believe she argued with me about it instead of being nice. I told them I didn't mind paying the difference but wanted the basket so the grid and drink, like I ordered. She continued to argue and give attitude as I spoke with the other guy, who was actually very nice. His name was Josh and he was friendly and apologetic, but she continued to "vent" and complain about it right next to the window as we sat there trying to ask Josh about the order. The 2 managers were "too busy" at 2pm on a Saturday to even come speak with us. But then Jarmas came to deliver the food and I was able to talk to him.
