I love a good smash burger, and these are seasoned well, straight forward, and very delicious. And oh the fries - fabulous! So crispy and the perfect compliment to our burgers. We got both the regular and seasoned fries and were not disappointed. My daughter declared the seasoned fries the best she's ever had. The inside of the restaurant is clean and the tables are nice and large for all the food we devoured. The tables were also very clean, and seemed like the staff was on top of keeping everything sparkling. The staff were super friendly, and I saw someone walking around the restaurant multiple times to check in with tables, and meet any unforeseen needs. One of the best decisions we made was ordering shakes. Holy moly. So thick and creamy. According to my hubby their season key lime shake was like drinking a literal key lime pie. He's not wrong. My kids ended up getting spoons to make their way closer to the bottom of the deliciousness. What a treat! We'll be back.

Worst case scenario, if I buy this burger, I can split it with my husband. The name of the burger food truck, "Bulldog Underbites," caught my attention due to its intriguing name. According to the owner, she loves bull dogs and had several bulldog decals affixed to the food truck. While my preference would be a cute small furry dog, unfortunately, I am allergic to dogs. I did not realize until she told me that bulldogs have an underbite, which gives them their classic look. You can literally learn something new every day! The wood tables and benches in the food truck park literally had 3 people - 2 other people and myself. Noise level was surprisingly low. The owner said she made the burger patties fresh every day. The burger was flavorful and seasoning evenly distributed. A half-pound of beef is pretty substantial...enough to share. The burger was thick, moist and enjoyable to eat. Will try another menu item next time. I must say how pleased I am to find these great finds at food trucks.

They don't skimp on the portions (they give you a LOT of chicken). They also got some atypical toppings like sweet potato that I appreciate as someone trying to be healthier. Chicken was fairly juicy and I was surprised the spicy garlic chicken was actually spicy. Definitive kick. Avocado dressing was a good topper too. Food was fresh but potatoes were a bit undercooked and didn't enjoy biting into half raw potato. But everything else was fine. All in all, quick and easy lunch. Would come back to try more.

I ordered a 4 inch essentially vegetarian sandwich. They have 4"-8" and 12" subs available and lots of choices-with unique names -mine was called "the Griefo" along with a make your own option. My sandwich had a couple of different types of lettuce, along with cucumber, red onion, and dill pickles (I requested) on a jalapeño cream cheese base. I was given a stand with the picture on it, and was advised the sandwich would be brought to me . After ordering my sandwich, I stepped across to the bar where I chose to sit on the outside barstools. The bar seating was quite full, but it was a beautiful day with a healthy breeze, so I was quite comfortable. The young lady behind the bar was very prompt in coming by to ask me if I would like a beverage and so I ordered a strawberry margarita. (a note.: they do not have frozen drinks at this time). She advised me it was the first time she had made a strawberry Version Of a margarita-but she did a great job and it was on point!!! shortly I was served my sandwich. (I didn't mention that there are options for bread for your sandwich, and I chose the herb and garlic.) I don't know where they get their bread, but it's delicious. Next was the 4 inch Pacific blue which is a tuna melt(fresh tuna salad with cheddar cheese) and toasted too perfection. It also had to be altered, but was made just as requested. I had ordered the Griefo w/jalapeño cream cheese along with all the veggies-asked for pickles to be added, which they were! We had ordered one of the desserts, a "Gooball" which was similar to a rice crispy, treat with peanut butter, added and shaped into a ball.... how could that not be delicious???? We were more than satisfied with our sandwiches and divided up the Gooball so we all could have a taste. The perfect bite of sweetness at the end of a meal.!!
