I'm not a fast food fan, but I like Culver's. The burgers are great and the fries are always fresh. And who doesn't like a good milk shake? Counter service was inviting and the server was cheerful. The restaurant was comfortable. read more

I generally try to stay away from "fast food" but with fewer options in the town than I'm used to I decided to give this one a shot. I was surprised! The burger was actually pretty good. Two beef patty's with cheese and toppings as ordered. The fries were crinkle style and seasoned well. We placed a large order for eight and it wasn't correct, we didn't receive all the drinks and such we paid for. All in all, not bad. I'd probably rate it between Burger King and Five Guys. The vibe was typical fast food joint style, overall what you'd expect. read more

Visiting from out of the area and have never eaten at a Culver's before. Went in and ordered 4 meals from the menu board. 3 of the same item. After waiting 30 minutes for our order we left a d took it back to our room. Sadly, when we opened the bag we found they had every item messed up. Some burgers had lettuce and tomatoes some did not. One burger only had cheese. Looked at the recipe and all had be entered correctly. Very unorganized employees we will not return read more

Hey so I normally only rate wings but this mess up deserved a Yelp review, I ordered a burger, custom to my liking, I've never had one before from Culver's so I was like hey let's give it a taste, so I got outside and rode down the road cuz I was in a rush to get out cuz I was still working for a delivery service, and I open it up and it's a chicken sandwich with tomato lettuce and pickle, which I didn't order lettuce or tomato, like come on yall, can't be messing up like McDonald's. read more

My concrete mixer was completely melted when i got my food and we were asked to leave 4 minutes after close (while my friend was in the middle of choking on her food). The employee asked us to "wrap it up" because it was passed close and she had "closing tasks" to complete. My friends and I found it extremely rude and confusing because we agreed that we would have never been able to ask someone to leave less than 5 min after close at our own jobs. read more

Culver's is decent for a fast food joint. If you're going for the frozen custard it's awesome. Prices are a bit more than your typical fast food but then the butter burgers are better than junk burgers at McD's and the like. read more

I'm from California and we have the legendary INN-N-Out burgers. I have to say Culver's is just as good if not better. I ordered a double burger that was full of flavor. The cheese was the bomb. I'm back in Los Angeles wishing we had a Culvers. read more

I go to Culver's in another state all the time. I was appalled at this place. First off, so understaffed. Only one register open and they were training that girl!!! Took forever to order and get our food!! The cleanliness was little to be desired. The soda fountain area was filthy and the floor was so sticky! Such poor management!! Guess I'll make my own burgers or just go back to mcdonalds!!! read more

Won't come back. Burgers were over cooked and didn't come the way we ordered. Not juicy like I expected but my husband said it was ok and I was being hard. I wanted more than ok for my burger. Read other reviews and they said they were good. Maybe just the night for eeh burgers read more

Food was poor at best. Double Butterburger with bacon was overcooked to the point of it being dry and flavorless. Sweet Potato fries were burned. Nothing at all like the commercials show. Very disappointed. read more

Yummy fast food that isn't TOO fast, and awesome shakes made with frozen custard in any flavor you can think of. The kids meals come with coupons for free ice cream that you can save for later. The chicken strips are good, and we liked the fried cheese curds. They also do a flavor of the day, which is always fun and unique! read more

It's the best bacon cheeseburger in the area. I like to think it's the bacon cheeseburger Danny Meyer had in mind when he conceived Shake Shack (which is the best cheeseburger in New York). Good crinkle-cut fries, unlimited soda/pop/what have you. Clean. Pleasant service. I've seen the negative reviews, and they are antithetical to my own experience. I went to this restaurant for lunch and I was treated very rudely and the food was terrible I would never recommend this place to anyone the burger was burnt the fries were cold and when I ask for new fries I was told i waited to long it was my fault they were cold they also wouldn't replace the burger they said they didn't see anything wrong with it for being in the service business this is a poorly run place read more

Established in 1984.

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig's parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family's beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers¬¨Ü and Frozen Custard.
