We were greeted as we walked in which is usually my first complaint about Culver's. The ladies at the cashier were so nice! And the lady who brought our food out asked if there's anything else we needed before she left. Love to see it! The building was very nice. They had a great peaceful vibe going in their dining room with clean tables and cool artwork of their food on the walls. The food was also exceptional! I split two meals with my brother so I got half a double butter burger and a few buffalo chicken tenders. Both were delicious. The chicken was fresh, the fries were hot, and the burger was juicy and topped beautifully. This was probably the best trip to Culver's I've ever had! Well done! read more

I don't live in the area and we came here because I remembered eating at Culver's years ago. We went in my husband ordered a dbl deluxe cheeseburger. I ordered a single Swiss burger, we both ordered it with the works. First we didn't get the deluxe. Second the works is a squirt of catsup and a dab of mustard 2 pickles and 2 small onion rings. No Mayo. None in packets either. My burger had cheddar on it not Swiss. To be truthful I am so disappointed I won't go to a Culver's again. A few months ago I was at a different Culver's and was disappointed when my burger was just a bun patty with cheese. No one asked if I wanted condiments. (Drive-thru). I took a chance here but while the burger was fine the service and presentation of the burger was a big disappointment. read more

This has been a favorite spot to go to on occasion. We love the fresh-made food and sure as heck enjoy the creamy custard. Oh boy do I love the custard there, the best around. I had the North Atlantic fish because the breading is perfect and it tastes really really good . Then I had a turtle Sunday to top the meal off. I left completely satisfied like the other two peeps in my party. I really like that the staff brings your food to the table so you can relax with a drink while waiting. It is a nice family type restaurant. Parents come all the time with their kids and so does everyone else. Who doesn't love custard all year long! read more

This is very disappointing over $4.00 in change. Went through the drive thru today and ordered a salad. The total was $8.75. Paid with a $20.00 bill and received $7.25 as change. I was supposed to receive $11.25 back. As I counted it, I alerted the cashier and he said that he would have to call his manager over and I had to wait. I showed the manager the receipt. The manager then told me he counted down the drawer 2 times and no mistake was made. He couldn't do anything for me. I did not receive the $4.00 owed to me as change. This small mistake of issuing the wrong change has now become a condition of integrity with Culvers in Darboy. If you go there, I would suggest NOT using cash. read more

Always the best fast food place! Best burgers and onion rings and they always have fast and friendly service every time I go.

My hubby and I received coupons for frozen custard at Culver's from a local running race. Coming from out of town, neither of us had ever tried it. I looked up the difference between ice cream and frozen custard and decided that we needed to try it before leaving for home. So, we found the closest Culver's and had an okay experience. The highlight was the frozen custard! If this review was based solely on this delight, it would have been 5 stars. We each had a scoop of their take on cookies and cream. Hubby added nuts for less than a buck, and we enjoyed our frozen custard at an outside table. Delicious!! Others may cringe, but we both think that it's like a thicker soft serve. I would definitely try it again! The reason for the 3 star rating? the service was lacking. No smile. No enthusiasm. Just a guy doing a job that he doesn't seem to like. But I'd still go back for the frozen custard! read more

OMG 2nd worst drive through experience in my life! @4:05 cst on 9/3/22 we went to this Culver's. The sign had a special for 2 double cheeseburger baskets. We tried to order 2 of these. It took 4 Attempts. Everything from "oh you want to make this a basket to you'd like a double? We explained it was on the sign. Wow. These kids are the future of our Nation. I also ordered an unsweetened ice tea, to which the girl asked "do you want ice with that? Hmmmm...what's the 1st word in ice tea? Culver's for custard! I have to make a stop at Culver's whenever I'm in the Fox Cities - their frozen custard can't be beat. They have cones and sundaes with whatever toppings you like, and you really can't go wrong. The restaurant has comfortable booths and tables inside and out, and it's clean and friendly. I was surprised to discover food on the menu - lots of it - but I can't tell you about any of it. I go for the custard, and I always leave happy. read more

3/5. Stopped here while on a business trip for a quick dinner. I had planned to just go through the drive through but the line looked long so I decided to go inside. I ordered and waited several minutes for for my food. The one complaint I have is that I got a milkshake with my order and they poured the shake and let it sit on the counter while they prepared the rest of my food. This meant that by the time I got it the shake was well past its prime and half melted. Perhaps a little order of operations training needs to be done. It was still tasty but not at its best. The burger was perfectly fine but nothing special. Pretty middle of the road fast food stuff which was a touch disappointing given their marketing pitch. Culver's is so disappointing. I think all the hype really is just people from Wisconsin wishing something special came from here other than the Packers. I just spent $20 on two burgers that had patties that were only half the size of their buns (they also forgot the cheese) and two small orders of cheese curds that were hard as rocks and inedible. Typically I go to the Culvers in Little Chute for my weekly fix on the Four pints of custard for $9.99. Unfortunately this week I wasn't going to make it there by 10:00pm closing time. So I stopped at the West Hill Blvd location in Appleton. Really Reeses being my pint of choice. Never again will I stop at the West Hill blvd location. The lack of my favorite candy in all the pints I purchased was quite disappointing. As well was not impressed with the staffing. Little Chute is worth the trip. read more

I ordered a butter burger with a gluten bun, onions, tomato, and extra pickles with ketchup and mustard. It came unassembled, the bun was in a plastic bag that was microwaved, no cheese, no mustard, fries were dry and old tasting and the bun tasted like cardboard... I couldn't even eat it, it was so terrible. Not the mention I had to touch all the items to assemble it myself! I have been a server and bartender for years and I have never in my life seen anything so pathetic as this. I have never written a review before but this one did it for me. My husband and I had an interesting and very disappointing experience at this Culver's location yesterday. We arrived shortly after 5pm. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and he ordered the Culver's deluxe basket. We get our food shortly, and after a few bites, I see a long hair sticking out from my husband's burger. YUK. He tried pulling it off the burger, but it was really long and really STUCK in the sandwich (probably stuck in the cheese). So, he brought it up and within a couple minutes, they brought him a new burger and fries. After almost finishing the replacement burger, he looked down to realize the patties were completely PINK inside. He shows it to me, YUK, and he says it was obvious they were rushing to get this replacement burger out since it's not cooked properly. He wanted to let them know. So he decides to show this to them, and this is the really funny part--they refunded him only for the value of the burger....not the fries and soda, even though he bought a basket, because he "ate the fries and drank soda." The cashier actually SAID THIS to him! LOL! Now, in NO WAY were either of us looking for anything free or even for a refund for that matter. He just wanted to make them aware the replacement burger wasn't cooked properly. And then when the refunded him but only for the burger?! I don't know, that's just silly. Because Culver's is struggling so badly that they can't refund a whole basket ....just the BURGER...and leave the customer with a better experience?! So cheap and tacky. I don't get it. Anyway, we just walked away kind of scratching our heads and chuckling in disbelief at the whole experience. Perhaps the Culver's on the other side of town will offer us a better experience (and no hair-burger)! read more

This is a great fast food restaurant with a lot of options. That said, the prices are kind of expensive for the food you are getting. Custard is delicious, cheese curds are fantastic for a fast food restaurant. This is definitely a go to fast food location, but because it is so good it is always super busy. You will likely have to wait for your food for a little bit, which kind of takes away from the "fast" in fast food. read more

Love Culver's! When I come home to visit I love getting their fried cheese curds, chocolate shake, fries, mashed potatoes w/gravy and turtle sundaes. Okay, not all together, but I love to visit and gone or two of them at a time;) For those vegetarians like I, they have a killer veggie burger....go figure huh?? They also now offer gluten free buns for any sandwich...can it get any better??? Well, maybe. Out of all the Culver locations I have been to, this is one of my favorite. I am rating this 1 star as the walleye sandwich I had to day was the worst ever. The bun was a least 6 times larger than the puny piece of battered fish. There was 2 x's more batter around the fish. No fish flavor. The bun tasted like a chuck of doe. The tarter sauce did not even taste of mayo. More lettuce than fish. DO NOT BUY IT ! This item is over priced. Else wise it is 4 star. The customer service is "plain vanilla " no "life to them". They come across as polite yet just there for a job. Never saw a manager walk through the seating area. It is kept very clean including the men's restroom. [update 6/13/14] Do to my doing the online survey per the receipt I received a call for the corporate office. They said some about the catch size being small. Make one wonder about quality control and vendor relationship if they let the product into the store. They sent by mail two coupon 1 for a different sandwich the other for an ice cream sundae. It will be a long time before I go to a Culver's by my choice. read more

There Sunday night. Temp was 53 degrees inside. Mentioned this to a worker, who said it was intentional and suggested I move 40 feet away. Others were commenting on how cold it was. Root beer wasn't coming out of soda machine with sweetener. Fries tasted mangy, like oil was rotting. Didn't finish meal . Won't be back. read more
