3.5 Today was my first day out in a while since I had an appointment. I felt weird and decided to input a quick order at Culver's since it was practically next door to the office I was going to. Online ordering was very easy and they don't force you to download an app. I ordered a kids meal with a cheeseburger (the works), extra crispy fries, choc milk and turtle custard with cheesecake bites all for under $8 with tax. I did feel a little better after eating, but Culver's burgers missed the mark for me...I'm not sure a regular entree would have changed my mind. The meat itself was flavorless but the quality of ingredients were good overall and the food was fresh. Another home run for our favorite fast food place! This salad could be served in an expensive restaurant! Several kinds of lettuce, carrots, sliced strawberries, bleu cheese and what seemed like a whole package of pecans with a good amount of crispy grilled white chicken breast! And they offered me both dressings: Rasberry and Culver's Basil Vinagerette! It was so filling and very good. For about $8, it rounds out their great menu of Rueben sandwich, roast beef sandwich, hamburger , meatloaf, shrimp dinner and cod fish dinner. All fresh and delish. Try it soon! I stopped at Culver's and ordered The Culver's Deluxe single as a value basket (comes with fries and a drink). The burger... let me say it again... THAT burger was the BOMB! Perfectly done smash burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, sweet red onion, and mayo. So tasty! The fries were just okay; next time I'll go with the onion rings. For dessert, I tried a concrete mixer with pecans, banana, and caramel. It was decent but nothing to rave about. All in all, I'll definitely be back for that burger! read more

Quick update! My wife and I just hit our 40th time here since November. I have never been anywhere that is as consistent as the Culver's on Tattersall. Great food! Fresh ingredients! And the friendliest staff! The place is always busy around the lunch hour and super efficient. We just love this place. Dorothy is always helpful and I witnessed Marqui (hopefully correct spelling) handle a customer brilliantly in the dining area. Great atmosphere all around! read more

Customer service & atmosphere is great, but flavor if the day is ALWAYS disappointing. I travel to Wisconsin frequently, and when you order flavor of the custard there, they LOADit up with all the toppings, but here you're lucky if you get 5 pieces!!! Been a while since we ate here, but son was 1 ticket short of getting a plush. So we were in the area, since we don't live near here. Food was good, fries was aleast to us under cooked rest food was good. Well went to get ice cream and get him a plush- looked over the case and wanted the ice cream guy. Well that when the issue arises. They don't take the white tickets. Now we only eat ate these one since it the closest. Didn't know they was opening Auburn and Hoover. So we got the white tickets over the past year or so at these location. So that was an issue and then he said what he wanted and the guy said that those is for display only. Only thing they have is the volleyball and it was not even in the case. He already had that so I had to explain that tonight him which I could tell he was not happy since he been saving. So if y'all got kids that are saving, please take my warning they don't have what in case and they don't take the white tickets. read more

First time visiting this Culver's location. I only tried the cheese curds and boyyyyyy, were they salty!!!! I'm talking really salty! My order was hot & fresh though, which explains the wait time in the drive thru. I probably wouldn't order the cheese curds again. The service I received was friendly. read more

Culvers is clean and has a great layout. We love the food. The veggie burger and the fish sandwich are really good. The only thing we could suggest here is that it is badly overstaffed. When a business is overstaffed, employees talk to each other and ignore customers plus it is a drain on profits. Happy to have Culvers in our area! read more

Clean and modern restaurant. Plentiful and friendly staff. The menu looks good but I was told you should never go to a Culver's without ordering cheese curds! I was also told that the onion rings are top tier! Now I understand! The cheese curds are definitely worth a try and unlike anything available at other chain restaurants (that I've seen)! My wife ordered an online pickup, so I drove there to pick up the order. When I got home she noticed the burger had been swapped, and the custard had no hot fudge as ordered. So I took the order back, because she did not want the order. So two trips to culvers tattersall, fighting work traffic. Zoe, the GM gave me the worst customer service experience, period! She was rude, at first she refused to refund. As a business owner, I she could have just done this because she had our uneatened food that we no longer wanted. She acted like she was the ultimate authority, and I said no ma'am. You can return my money, because she does not own the location. I told her, let's call the owner. She became so angry, grabbed the food, threw it in the trash and said she will give me a refund, it will take 10-14 days because it was ordered online. She also told me to never come back into Culvers. She told me this very loud, in front of other customers behind me standing in line. This was not the first time Culvers has gotten my order wrong, and I'm sure there are others as well. Zoe, the General Manager needs a class on customer service, and a class on threatening people. My advice, order cautiously, and pray they don't get your order wrong. read more

I see that there are no reviews for Culver's so I'll post one. Best drive through burger I've ever had. I love their crinkle cut fries. Their fish sandwich has a huge amount of fish on it and is not some processed, formed fish stick deal you get everywhere else. Everything is prepared after you order so it's not as quick as some other places but the food is always hot. The way it works is you order at a kiosk just like any other place. You pull to the window and pay. They stick a number on your side view mirror and you pull ahead and park and someone brings you hot food. Lovely. Rarely had to wait longer than a couple of songs on the radio. Although not on the drive through menu, you CAN order fried shrimp! You can get it with those hot crinkle cut fries and a nice coleslaw. Good eats. The other things I've tried are their fried cheese curds (not a fan but you might like) and the mushroom burger (merely OK). read more

Excellent food and service. In an extremely clean atmosphere with friendly staff members everywhere is not typically expected in a fast food restaurant. If you do expect that, you are usually disappointed. However, this culvers at Tattersall is the cleanest dining room I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant.-maybe in any restaurant at all. 4 stars for the service. I came the past two nights because it's the only place open after 9, and the food was alright. Burger could've been more seasoned but the fries were perfect. Probably better than McDonalds and other fries in that range. Food was wrapped nicely. Outside of restaurant was very clean. 30 minutes in the drive thru... 30 minutes is what it took for two kids meals. There was handful of cars in parking lot and two in front of us at the drive thru. We watched other cars behind us come and go while we wait. I finally took my ticket inside to get my meals. I give two stars because of the teenager who jumped to attention to help me. My meal was sitting on the counter ready to go out. The "runner" of food was standing there with no care in the world. The teenager was a better worker than the grown woman. He is why you have two stars and not one. Thank you young man for hustling to get my food and everyone else in the drive thru!
