Had no idea Emmy's pizza was a Detroit style, which I love! The Angel comes with Ricotta, truffle cream, mushrooms, parsley pesto- all good things. The pizza was good and we enjoyed but this flavor was probably just a little too much cream so I'd check out another flavor next time or build my own. I could use more of a red sauce base for Detroit style. Did takeout from The Summit- was mostly quick in and out. Hot, Freshly made and the crispy edges I adore. I like how their two sizes are listed on the website as sixer and tener. It's def not cheap but I guess not horribly priced either.
