This Culver's has exceptionally friendly customer service. The food was very good, too, and we always find it to be consistent with other Culver's we visit. The manager even came to our table to ask how things were and visited a bit. He also visited other tables, which makes you feel acknowledged and appreciated. Service was okay, used to be better. Less workers than the past (reduction in labor cost I assume). Still much better than McDonald's where no one meets or greets you. VERY DISAPPOINTED with fish (2 piece cod) dinner. 2 piece cod dinner was about $13.49 not including drink. Cod portions are smaller (more coming on this). See picture of what I consider a cheap fish stick. I raised my concern to the restaurant, the meal was no where worth the cost. Culver's folks said their cod is 5.5 ounces, may not look like it (it doesn't, see picture). Culver's also said prices are so high due to inflation. Really??? Wholesale cod is $3 a pound, so that's $2 for a 2 piece dinner. Mashed potatoe side is 30 cents wholesale, coleslaw another 25 cents wholesale. So food materials for a two piece fish dinner at Culver's is $2.55... So more than ten bucks left over... Fewer workers working, smaller food portions, what or where is the inflation? Culver's is consistently good, the best of fast food places accessible here. Every side and salad and burger has been good and fresh. Our granddaughter loves the codfish and chicken sandwiches and is allowed to eat at C's once a week by her vegan mom. The ice cream treats are tasty too. My husband loves filling out the computer forms and retrieving a "free" scoop of vanilla. read more

My most favorite sandwich is a Reuben. Culver's serves up the best Reuben I have ever had. It is made to perfection for me, maybe not for everybody but for me it is. Everytime I'm in Decorah, which is often, I stop at Culver's for a Reuben, onion rings and chocolate shake. To all you naysayers who complain about one thing or another for whatever your stupid reason is I have this to say to you, KMA. I love this place. The staff is always polite and very halpful. I once ordered through the drive thru. Stopped in the parking lot to check the order. I acknowledged that the ticked said all the correct things but the bag held a burger and fries which was not what the ticked said I ordered. I went inside showed the ticked and the bag to the manager and my order was corrected. Now that's what I call good business and quality customer care. read more

One of the worst Culver's I've been to in regards to food quality. The lettuce was wilted and soggy on the kids burger. But that wasn't the show stopper. I had my regular go to Cod Filet sandwich plain. To my surprise the cod was not white, it was a dirty yellowish color. I wasn't about to eat that and get sick. I've eaten a thousand of these sandwiches to know it's not supposed to be a dark yellow color meat. Something was really off... hope they get it fixed. We saw that Culver's was dog friendly, so went in one at a time to order our food. When they learned we had a dog, they offered water and a biscuit for her. They brought our food out to the patio, wouldn't accept tips (means they're paid well to begin with, which is a plus in my book) and the place was spotless! Today's custard flavor was lemon crumble, so we had a dish of that with our burger, and it was delicious!! Everyone was helpful and nice. Had to wait at drive through while people who ordered behind us got their orders. All we ordered was 3 lemon iced and a cookie dough sundae. Very poor service. Called to ask why the wait and said order was bumped and they were making them was we were talking but still had to wait a while to get order. read more

I haven't had any terrible experiences at this Culver's, and I frequent this location very often. Our last visit was so wonderful thanks to the girl, Tiegan, who was working. You could tell how hard she was working, which in itself was admirable, but she was so kind and outgoing! She went above and beyond to make our experience great (even though it's only drive through orders right now)! From our initial interaction with her being so polite taking our order to our drinks being brought out to us with a huge and friendly smile, she really made our night! read more

My most recent visit was on a Saturday for lunch. It was pouring rain outside but everyone was headed to Culvers! I was really impressed with the amount of staff who were working. They greeted everyone as they came in, they dealt with custom orders, kept all areas of the restaurant clean, and delivered food in an expected time frame. My burger and fries were cooked just as I expected them and hit the spot. By the time we left, there were 10-12 people waiting for a seat because every table was full. As soon as we stood up, an employee appeared out of nowhere to wipe down the table & seats and greet the next people to be seated - impressive! read more

Excellent experience and super friendly service. I left another restaurant in town (Family) due to very poor service and went to Culver's. Once at Culver's, I was greeted immediately, my order taken correctly, and my food brought to the table hot and correct. During my visit, the management staff visit my table twice to ensure I was happy. The table visits were unexpected, since the restaurant was extremely busy. A great experience. read more

The staff was fantastic! What a diamond in the ruff! I have been to countless Culver's and this was by far the best one yet! The food was amazing, fast, hot, and above all FRESH! :) My French fries were crispy and brought my meal together perfectly. I ordered the bacon Deluxe and was far from disappointed. I ordered the double, knowing my might be a little messy-but again to my surprise it stayed together like glue! While I was eating the managers were constantly roaming the dining room to make sure everyone's food was to par. They were extremely friendly and eager to help! While we were sitting there, sample of the flavor of the day were being brought around (Carmel Turtle), which was incredible! CUSTARD ROCKS! I love to sneak over to Culver's in the afternoons for a concrete mixer. The frozen custard combined with my choice of goodies of the long list of choices, is divine. The have a half price discount in the afternoons. The price is hard to beat. read more

Came to Culver's with my wife after a 10 hour work day. She got the salad feature of the day, and was pleased. I got the Wisconsin melt DOUBLE. After we received our food from a friendly server I noticed .Y burger was only a SINGLE. I politely requested I get my sandwich I ordered, and showed them my receipt. They said it would be out shortly. I was understanding and said that's fine. It came back a SINGLE!! I was so hungry after my long work day I just ate it. Obviously they were having a difficult time counting, so instead of causing a fuss. I wrote this review and pledged I won't go back. What a shame! read more
