It not only had a cute coffee place, but a little fried chicken place as well! ^__^ I sorta freaked when I realized they had chicken livers! A rare favorite of mine not found in a whole lot of places.. o__o Yes, I'm one of them modern-day woodsy-folks that enjoys her organ meats lol, so I proudly swung by there to check things out and to get myself a hefty helping of fried livers. The people I interacted with were nothing but kind and comfortable to talk with. My first experience there was a great one! The place was clean as well, which I appreciate. That all being said, their livers were quite good and I'm stoked how close it is to where I live! Next time I swing by there I'm trying their fried fish though! That's definitely happening! The waffle fries were barely warm, even from the time we pulled away from the window... as we ate on them on the drive home. It was just a poor experience that was a huge let down when you spent and expected so much more! That meal cost us $25.00 and we may as well just lit a match to the money from what we had gotten in return. Never again! To be fair, on the upside... the grilled chicken nuggets were good. I called the restaurant that day and asked for a store manager. A gentleman answered the phone but gave no name and claimed he was the manager, but seemed very confused on how to help me. A lady then got on the phone after him telling me that I needed to take that up with the GM but couldn't seem to provide me with any info on who this person was or when they would be in. After such a vague experience with the supposed manager on the phone I decided to contact the corporate office. I spoke to a customer service representative who told me several times that someone would be in contact with me 3 to 7 days after that phone call. Here we are on day 8 and the issue has still not been resolved. Horrible customer service all the way around.

Honestly? Great idea. Walk-up window. A few outdoor tables. Super clean bathrooms outside. Bright branding you can spot from the road immediately. The kind of place that knows exactly what it is. Taylor at the window was awesome too. I had absolutely no clue what I wanted and never once felt rushed. They guided me directly into the kind of meal that shortens your lifespan a little but dramatically improves your afternoon. I got the Biggie Smalls combo with a cookies & cream shake, loaded waffle fries with bacon, jalapeños and ranch, extra Smauce on the burgers, and a side of queso because if queso is available and you don't dip everything into it, what are we even doing here? The sliders are exactly what you want them to be. Buttery buns. Thin greasy patties with crispy edges. Cheese melting into every corner. Smauce tastes like that classic burger sauce lane -- mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle tang -- but sweeter and richer, like if a drive-thru and a county fair had a beautiful unhealthy baby together.
