First of all, the parking is very friendly with easy access for people with needs for a street level entrance. Once inside, I was thrilled by the proprietary decorating theme that successfully makes a statement but doing so without excessive overkill. Beautifully balanced and in very good taste. The service was very quick and professional. Service was provided with sincere smiles and pleasure. The food was absolutely delicious. Worth every penny. The facility was clean and well maintained and had enough room for customers to negotiate their movement around the eating areas without concern of bumping other guest chairs or tables. (Fantastic) The climate control was comfortable and welcoming. I found absolutely no reason to give Smash Daddy's less than A five star rating. This place hit 5 stars, SPOT ON! Impressive ground level parking easily accessible for handicapped customers. The inside of this shop was impressively clean and well maintained. The ordering process was organized and fair producing a fluent service line for those placing orders. The staff in this shop was observed non-stop during our visit. (Since this review is being done at the request of another previous customer a few weeks ago) The staff during our visit from start to finish was observed as very professional, polite, clean, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable in their jobs. All customers before us and after us were served just as professionally as we were. The atmosphere of this shop was peaceful and uplifting. The food: Absolutely delicious. What's more, is the fact that eating in a sub shop is a far healthier choice than eating greasy or fried foods from other types of fast food places. This shop helped accomplish that. Considering the time of the morning, the amount of customers observed was pretty average. The facility itself showed the following observations. A number of tables and chairs weren't wiped down and had cup rings and crumbs. The climate control appeared to be out of balance, as the southwest dining area was colder than the northeast dining area, so we sat in the northeast area. Outside, care was taken in salting the immediate walkways at the doors but some slick spots were noticed further away from the building towards the outer perimeter of the parking areas.
