Half Pound Double Cheeseburger + 2x qp patties.

I was working nearby Waynes for a couple of weeks and ended up dining in about 6 times after my first visit. This is high praise since I usually cook all my own meals and rarely eat out. Absolutely great quality, simplistic burger. I go about 90% carnivore diet but I can make an exception for the Sheboygan hard roll. I have enjoyed Kroll's & Al's up in Green Bay, but I think Wayne's has got the simple burger perfected. Ask for Mark the Electrician's 1LB Burger, when you order.

Cute spot with old school vibes. Stopped by on a Thursday for their vintage car night. They had plenty of outdoor seating and some inside seating. Solid menu full of classic diner food options. Service was good and pretty swift for a very busy night. I only opted for ice cream that night, but they exclusively carry a large selection of Cedar Crest Ice Cream which was delicious! I would return again! Seems like a fun spot for all ages, especially kids!

Another must visit in the North Shore. It's like taking a step back in time. Classic car shows keep the parking lot filled. Lots of outdoor seating under a tent or sit inside and look at the memorabilia. Custard and food is reasonably priced and classic.

Grew up going to Wayne's and probably hadn't been in close to 20 years lol. We stopped by yesterday for a snack. Was a little sad to see they didn't have blue moon ice cream but ended up getting Cajun tots and they were pretty good. This place is very well kept, looked just how we remembered it!

This is the third time that we've got burgers at Hefner's. A single cheese with everything. A very good burger with very good toppings. The bun is away fresh, but, with a single burger, it's a little too much bun from my perspective. (3 1/2 stars). Next time I'll try one of Hefner's specialty burgers. I especially like Hefner's custard and shakes. (4 1/2 stars) For me, it's always the flavor of the day or vanilla. I love the vibe of this place, and while there, it's fun to drop some quarters in the pinball machines and play a few games. Takes me back to a simpler time, before video games. I also love that Hefner's employs mostly teenagers. It seems like a great place to work and develop teenage friendships. Probably the first job for many of these kids. Hefner's recently installed a Toast Point of Sale system. The teenagers will love this new POS as it will help generate more tips. Hefner's is a great local place to hang out; get some pretty good food that is reasonably priced. It's fun. Let's continue to give them our support as a local landmark.

Their menu consists largely of Mac & Cheese, wraps, paninis and frozen custard. Being a Wisconsinite it really resonates with me. I get the classic "original" mac and cheese every time. It's always consistently good and it's still warm after my 20 minute drive home. They use a less common noodle that is quite large and the portion is generous too. The other menu item I'm always to is the shake of the week. They always have a different one and they're always good. Oh, and I have to mention their salads. Not for me, but my mother likes them as much a salad she gets anywhere else. Another thing I appreciate is the fact they have an app. An app for a local place isn't common in my experience. This makes it easy to order in advance so you can skip the line, skip the phone call and better still earn rewards. Finally, I have to commend a few of the guys who work here. Two gentlemen in particular who both are always pleasant and personable, which alone is commendable, but they've also both been there a few years. They both seem to be managers, but I'm not sure, though I wanted to recognize them. Both are older than the general staff and both are there various weekdays.

Costing as little as $4 each, and yes, you can charge that, you can skip or walk right up to the window and order a frosty treat for yourself and one for your 4 legged K-9 friend! I had the root beer float and was not disappointed!!! Soooo, no these are not Good Humor flavors! They are MUCH BETTER than the sugar laden kid nonsense you remember on the truck! WI Campfire S'mores: Cedar Crest Ice Cream is a premium ice cream company that has been located in…read moreCedarburg, WI since 1976. They offer around 80 flavors of their delicious ice cream and their claim to fame is that they invented the now widespread "tracks" in ice cream. WI Campfire S'mores is an ambitious ice cream flavor comprised of graham flavored ice cream with crushed peanut butter cups and a marshmallow swirl. The marshmallow swirl is a little tough to see visually because its white color blends in with the light brown/tan color of the ice cream base. Trust me, it's there though. Separating a spoonful of the swirl out, it does have a texture that differs from the ice cream as it is more aligned to marshmallow fluff. Although the graham and marshmallow flavors tend to get somewhat lost in each other, the peanut butter really comes through when you get a piece of it. The problem is the peanut butter cups are few and far between. Imagine eating an actual s'more that's only graham crackers and a marshmallow. The chocolate (or in this case peanut butter cups) is needed to complete the experience. Cedar Crest is not the only company to do this, but the picture on the package egregiously exaggerates the amount of peanut butter cups. As good as this ice cream is, I think Ben & Jerry's (B&J's) does it better with their PB S'more pint. I'll leave it up to you, but for me this is a Doughboy approved if I have it pre-2024 when B&J's introduced the PB S'more flavor, but after already being exposed, it's just okay *Addendum: The bottom quarter of the container had significantly more peanut butter cups, so more of an equal distribution issue than quantity problem My favorite Cedar Crest Flavors: 1.
