No more. Giving up again. The staff don't even speak when you are the only one at the counter to place an order. Five employees and at least one was a manager. Then my burger is extremely overcooked. Next the fries are nasty old and cold. When the manger brings the replacement she has an attitude. When the GM calls to discuss this she calls after 9pm and doesn't leave a message. I call her back only to be told yes she had called but was busy now and would call me back. Never did. What happened ? The new owner had really improved this location but now he's not there that often and his staff and managers don't seem to know how to operate correctly when he's not there. This location stays busy, especially for dinner time. I had 3 complimentary coupons for their chicken sandwiches. I used two of those coupons. I waited roughly around 10 minutes for them, but they were made picture perfect. The sandwiches were crispy, hot and super fresh. TIP: Their spicy chicken is really spicy. All of the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu items. The restaurant has inside and outside seating. The ambiance is cheerful and family oriented. This is my second time here first time did not work out so well due to poor service. The food actually was pretty good. My wife had the 10 piece shrimp dinner very tasty. I had the walleye fish dinner. And that was actually very good. A small thing is the row wasn't as fresh as it could've been in. The fries could've been cooked a tad bit longer. But the staff is professional and helpful. The price is moderate. Recommend definitely highly recommend the walleye fish dinner. It's only available for a limited time. read more

The lady that is in charge is arrogant and down right hateful. I have been to probably 12 Culver's Restaurants and this one has the worst service by far. I have been there several times but today was my last. The location is absolutely the dumbest possible. The owner must have gotten a huge discount on the land because you have to be a student across the highway to find the place. I got a sandwich on Sunday and it was terrible so I drove back today to exchange it. I suggested for my troubles of coming all the way she might consider giving me a small Diet Coke. I assume she did not have that much authority. I totally understand her lack of authority because from what I could conclude about her she has no clue about customer satisfaction. Trust me this is no chic filet. The sad thing is when I came in Sunday everyone was upset and driving off without their food. She stated the kitchen had an issue. So I see these Culver commercials and thought wow, that looks like a tasty burger and from Wisconsin, ok. I finally stopped in on one and was absolutely shocked to see that the burger they display, is the burger they serve! I mean truly a perfect specimen of beef, cheese and fresh vegetables. Culver's is delicious when done right. A few times at this location, I've had cold buns or unmelted cheese on the burger. Nothing to make it inedible, but just adjust your expectations if you pull up. There's usually a line when I drive by, so perhaps other food on the menu is a better option. What I do love, are the custard options. You can get scoops, concrete (mix-ins) or a shake. They have regular flavors plus a flavor of the day. I wish I didn't know about that, but it caught my eye one day and I was hooked. You can check their website for what flavor is available at which location. My folks mentioned this was a fast food place that served burgers and custard with locations near them. They claim to make food fresh to order and that the custard is always fresh in store. The custard also is offered in a unique flavor that differs at every location and every day. We went to this one after a long work day for my dad and I. It's in the same plaza as Publix and there's plenty of parking. The restaurant was kind of quiet when we went - not a lot of diners getting food in the restaurant, but there were a few doing the drive-through. The staff weren't rude, but I sense a couple of them had a long shift and were starting to fade. (One of them spoke so softly we did have to ask her to repeat a few things.) If you dine in, you get a blue number for your regular food and drinks, while if you get custard only, it will be a white number. Tables weren't super clean and one of the trash receptacles were overflowing a bit. Mom and I got single burgers and my dad got a fish sandwich. The latter took more time to make and one of the servers explained that when he dropped off the burgers and fries with an apology. The fish sandwich took maybe 3-4 more minutes then it was out. The burger was okay and the fries were okay as well. Nothing tasted bad but I wouldn't call it special or super amazing. (I'm guessing it could be an off day or this location specifically.) Custard was very quick - that was less than a minute. The custard is a thick, creamy consistency and very good. I got Heath bits on the chocolate custard and they were good. Drove back to get the fries, etc. Trip # 3, Today, 11/27/2024. I ordered "Extra hot fudge" on the two "Sundaes". They charged me for the extra sauce. Got home. They put about 1/2 of the usual ("Regular amount" of sauce) on the sundaes. Drove back, got the sauce + no serious consideration of my complaint from the onsite manager. I know that Culver's great Ruben. I've been to several in Michigan. I decided to try them for my event. I had planned to order 25 meals. I went by 3 times round trip 30 miles each. I was told Ms Averi handles that so I had to come back so I did. The next excuse was her daughter. I tried calling with no results. I went back over and after bragging on and on about how she moved her store from #800 to #8 she said she could not make the decision to give my Bible Study 10% off. I placed on order for three double hamburgers and two kid combos. One of the kids combo came put together. The second kids combo was a mess. The bun was inside a plastic pouch and the cheese and meat were separate in a cardboard box. The cheese and meat stuck to the bottom of the cardboard box. There were empty small paper bags inside my big plastic bag and they forgot my ketchup. Everything seemed to be a mess. It was a curbside and I got see how busy it was but this was just lazy. Awesome milkshakes and frozen custard! We did our first visit here for yummy frozen vanilla custard and a peanut butter milkshake. My kiddo liked the vanilla custard and it's a big serving so plenty for sharing with mom. I liked the peanut butter milkshake for thick custard and light peanut butter flavors. The swiss and mushrooms burger was okay. I loved their french fries more for perfection of crinkle fries!! The service was wonderful!! I didn't understand the system. You drive through and get a number on your rear view mirror. Then a server comes out with your food. You line up on a curb ahead of the drive through area. I opened this burger in a hangry state of mind and disappointed at first site. - only had precooked bacon (gross) and cheese. Ummm it's deluxe, where's the lettuce and tomato. No condiments?? So I added mustard and it was so dried out and thin I could barely swallow it. Wendy's puts this place to shame. Cheese curds were like pieces that were dug out of the bottom of the fryer. I would have had the Cheese Curds but I did just come back from Wisconsin so I've had my fill for a while. I had the pretzel burger which was great. Onion rings that are batter fried and excellent. I hate to write this review but need to share. Was craving a Culver's burger and this was the closest location. Chose dine in. When ordering the kid was rude didn't talk or communicate anything. Went to choose a table. This wasn't hard being only a couple tables were clean. Place was a mess. And only a couple people in here. Food came out warm at best. Cheese wasn't melted on burger. Cheese curds were barely warm. Not the standard we expect from this chain. Disappointing to have so much staff around and get this type of service. read more

Culver's is very delicious. However, last month we had a few situations where the mushrooms were missing on the Mushroom & Swiss burger, also missing items or incorrect items. A couple of times the flavor of the day was the wrong listing, and now there is no way to see the flavor forecast at this particular location. The workers are polite about 90% of the time, and try to say "my pleasure" upon completion of taking the order. This place started out awesome. Stopped by today for a burger and was amazed by how quickly it has fallen apart. Waited 20mins until I finally went up and asked how much longer. The kid behind the counter was great and got right on it. Finally after 25mins I got my cold burger and cold fries. Service aside the place was dirty. The bathroom was falling apart, the floors were sticky, the condiment counter was filthy with trash and completely out of ketchup. My last visit to this culvers was disappointing so it has been a couple months since I've been back here. I was grocery shopping and decided I wanted a cheeseburger so popped in hoping this time would be better than the last. Sadly it was not. When I unwrapped my burger I just laughed. The poor burger meat was smashed so flat and cooked so hard it looked like burnt paper falling out of the bun. My onion slices were thicker than the burger. Actually my piece of cheese probably was thicker too. It was sad. I was so excited when I saw a culvers was opening nearby because I was a fan when I lived in nashville but this one has disappointed 2 out of 3 visits. I dont think I'll be back.
