The food at ALL Culver's is amazing. Have to try the cheese curds and custard. My wife asks why I attend this location as they always seem to mess up my order somehow. No joke like the last 4 out of 5 times something is wrong with my order. I call each time when I get home never ask for anything as I am not driving back the 10 minutes to get there just to let them know something was wrong. The last time I called the manager was insistent he send me a coupon for a free basket meal. The thing was he was working in the kitchen and actually remembered not my order but the error I received which was a cheese burger with no bun. I have to admit the staff is always friendly. The location gives back a lot to the community and that is one of the reasons I don't drive the extra 5-10min to the next nearest location. If I could offer Culver's one piece of advice is invest in a better mobile app that offers order ahead. read more

I went through the drive-through tonight a little bit before 5 o'clock. Drove right up to the window place my order which was a double deluxe burger only. By the time I got to the window and paid my food was already out ready to be delivered to me. It was cold, was not fresh and whenever I tried calling multiple times over the next hour the phone was busy, which leads me to believe that it's off the hook. Unfortunately, the last time that I went here there was a 40 minute wait for my food through the drive-through. I apologize for the firey language in this review. I am furious. I ordered a grilled chicken value basket with pretzel bites, unsweetened tea, BBQ sauce, and a small order of cheese curds. The chicken sandwich was overcooked and dryer than the Sahara desert. The pretzel bites were overcooked and hard as rocks. The cheese cup that comes with the pretzels was inside the box, as usual, WITHOUT A FUCKING LID, so there was cheese sauce all over the inside of the box. Been going here for years only out of convenience (closest Culver's to me). About 50% of the time there will be something wrong with the order, whether it be missing condiments, missing sides, incorrect items, or on rare occasions, completely wrong orders. The workers are often very helpful whenever there is a problem, and their help is always appreciated, but the fact that this happens so often is baffling. I understand fast food is meant to be served quickly, which can cause accidents to happen, but I haven't experienced even close to this many incidents at any other fast food place, or any other Culver's. This place is the worst! give yourself at least 45 minutes to sit in the drive thru and wait for your order....every...single time. My daughter had hair in her ice cream before as well...she didn't go there for a year. This time is the last straw. This is what i sent to them on their website and i'm sure it will be ignored since customer service is not at all a priority... I ordered a shake and sundae. We were given a number and told to park. We watched people come and go...food...ice cream nothing for us. After 28 minutes, I called the employee over who was delivering food and ice cream to yet another customer that came after us and said that we were waiting 20 minutes (at that time) and she turned to me rudely and said "yea". I watched her take another order out after that. I went in and asked for the manager. The manager, Alex, told me that they "don't park ice cream" and that they lost my order. I said "they did 'park' my ice cream and amost always 'park' my ice cream. She just continued to look at me and said nothing. I asked if this was acceptable and she said no, then had nothing to say, no apology, not even a complimentary beverage for sitting in my hot car for almost a half hour waiting for 2 items....nothing! Culvers commercials make it seem like this company cares about it's product, customers, and reputation. If that is true, customer service wouldn't be so terrible! Amazing customer service here. One of the few places open late in town now since Covid. Great food. I hope they fix the drivethru so there is a clear one way in, a lot of times people try to drive in the wrong way causing issues. You can get curbside or go inside to order to avoid this. read more

Only one of the patties was fully cooked and the other patty still had pink in the center-Not-good. I went inside to get a to go order because the drive up at 12 or 15 cars in it. There were no customers at the counter so I expected to get my food quickly . I waited almost 15 minutes. Obviously the drive up gets priority! The most disturbing thing was the wearing of masks by the staff! I saw one young lady with a proper mask . Worst Culvers, ever. Ordered the double cheddar with bacon. The cook mist have been in a damn hurry. The cheese was places on way late, basically unmelted. Then the bacon was put directly on top of the cheese, grease and all. Result: lopsided half cold cheese with hot greasy bacon. The burger has absolutely no flavor!!! The french fries are old and dry. The only thing good here was the Dr.Pepper. You cannot see the drive up screen because the sun is shining on it. So I was sitting there and all of a sudden a voice says: you can order anytime hahahahaha laughing as she says it??? Then the window guy was in a rush..this place is off. Had a very bad experience today. We ordered a single scoop chocolate ice cream cone along with a burger and an ice cream dish of mint ice cream. They completely forgot to give us the chocolate cone and had to run back inside to grab it for us. A young staff member handed the cone to us with her finger touching everywhere including part of the ice cream. We had to chuck it in the trash. Some staff really need to be trained. read more

I first experienced this burger joint in the early 2000's in Wisconsin, so when I found myself in Wisconsin on a recent business trip and rushing to get back to Chicago's O'Hara Airport I figured this was the perfect time to grab a quick bite and experience what I thought was a great burger the very first time I stopped at Culver's. This fast food restaurant was staffed with a very polite and efficient crew that delivers your order to your table after placing your order and paying at the counter. The restaurant was very clean even though it was mostly filled at 2:30 PM with customers continuously pouring through the doors.This burger was outstanding the fries were kinda of boring of the "crinkle cut" variety. read more

Oh Culver's, how do I miss thee. Nothing has been the same since I've moved away. Yeah, yeah, butter burgers, blah blah. Don't care. Custard! I could weep with the loss. I loved to get the chocolate custard with blackberries. Fresh chocolatey custard with straight blackberries in juice, sweet and tart playing point and counterpoint. When I visited my parents last Thanksgiving, it tasted like the blackberries had been somewhat sweetened. So sad. My husband liked the vanilla custard best anyway, straight up. Even he of the Herculean appetite had problems finishing a double. Dear California and Wisconsin: please to sign trade agreement to export In-N-Out and Culver's, respectively. Always a good place to stop for a yummy cold treat. I have always been a huge fan of the concrete mixers, HOWEVER, I was introduced to the blueberry cooler this weekend and am in love. Last couple of visits had same experience, since the food has to be made, I like to get my drink at the window to have while I wait. For years this is how they did it. Lately the window crew tells you that you only get your drink when the food comes out. To couple it they are rude about it.
