How cute are these pup cups. Food is fresh and friendly staff. I didn't know they had pup cups. Not that mine need them but how adorable.

Side parking lot view of main entry.

I love their mushroom and Swiss burger. Their French fries are always hot and tasty. Add a side of broccoli and you have a great meal. But the REAL treat is the variety of flowers and plants so professionally landscaped outside. I "think" these are the work of the owner's wife. Add a few visiting hummingbirds, and you will want to sit outside to enjoy all of it while you eat! So very refreshing and obviously the result of a lot of time and work.

Welcome to delicious! You get a mouth explosion of flavor here! Ice cream is a must. I love the concrete with chocolate concrete, peanut butter and fudge. Yum! Taste like peanut butter mousse! Oh so good. Seems like a brand new location, all shiney and new. Very friendly staff, guy who helped us had a very cute smile. Thinking this is one of the best locations we have been too. We have family in Wisconsin, so we've been to some of the original locations. Thanks for the great treats!

This restaurant is easy to get too, has adequate parking and the restaurant itself is casual and inviting. The staff welcomed us and were very friendly and attentive. Our young waiter was especially helpful with the menu. The food came quickly and was good. Unfortunately, not great. My wife and I both got the trio of meats, brisket, pulled pork and chicken. All were cooked well but under smoked for my liking. The sides we tried were all fresh but again, just good not great. We will try Gastropit again but honestly have had better tasting barbecue at nearby competitors. I know it is relatively new to the scene so overall, it was a good experience!

Cocktails for the night featured a classic old fashion, not the one on the menu. Really well executed with Knob Creek rye. Also had a special Paloma which was tasty and perfect for a summer evening. Dinner included: - Cuban with fries. The missed orders this and she called it one of the best in town. 4.25 - small barbecue salad with pulled pork. This dish, priced at something like $8, is a nice "lightish" meal. Ordered fries because I can't help myself. Salad and fries: 4.25 each.

I read about this place somewhere and added it to the list and we tried it tonight! The patio was empty. I'm guessing it was because it was near 100 degrees. The bar area was pretty full and the dining room was fairly busy when we got there, but we were greeted and seated right away. Our server was pretty new, but she was friendly and gave us some recommendations. The menu looked great so it took us a few minutes to make our choices. We started with drinks and I ordered the Blue Heeler which was nice and summery and refreshing. My husband ordered a beer. We decided to start with the Fried Lobster Bites. We each ordered a sandwich and we split them between the two of us. We got the Local House Burger and the Reuben. We chose fries for our sides. I know the Fried Lobster Bites are popular, but we're not fans. They were too salty, very heavily breaded and the lobster wasn't great. We won't get those again. Both the burger and the Reuben were really good! We ate the Reuben first because the bottom piece of bread was already getting a little soggy (not sure that I've ever had one that didn't get a little soggy). There was a lot of meat on it! The burger was good, but I was already full and only had a few bites. The fries were also very good! We'll definitely be going back!

They have a restaurant side and a sports bar side. My review is for the bar side because the dining half looked... subdued. They have tv's well positioned in the bar side and booths and tables. Go to watch the game, order any of the burgers, spend the extra buck to upgrade to the tots side, and enjoy. It's a nice relaxing way to get your sports and tavern food hit.

I love an authentic Route 66 stop, and this is certainly one of those. From the road, it's difficult to tell how big the place actually is. Once inside, it opens up and really shares its character. We went on a Thursday evening, and it was packed, but not uncomfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone. Our server was friendly and efficient, and she seemed genuinely invested in customer experiences. Our food was outstanding, and there was plenty of it! We even had room for dessert: a chocolate chip cookie and ice cream. It was the size of a dinner plate! This was an outstanding indulgence, and I can't wait to have another one, as soon as my glycemic index allows. LOL The restrooms were pretty darn rough. Urine all over the floor, overflowing trash can, filthy toilet, etc., gave the impression that it hadn't been cleaned since the Route 66 days. Here, I am not focusing on that, since it's not what we came here for. Our overall experience was fantastic and memorable. We look forward to returning to this special historic establishment.

Unfortunately, they allowed people to park under it, so my grandmother had to get out of the car in the rain, and the rest of us ended up getting soaked as well. We waited nearly an hour for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was just average. The only thing positive what that we had a kind server. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we'll likely choose a different restaurant in the future.

We told the host that we would be standing on their patio since there was no place to stand inside. After waiting for about a half hour, a new person (I believe the owner) walked out and asked us what we were waiting for. We had been crossed off the list and were just standing around aimlessly for much of the time. We were seated in overflow tables outside, of which there were multiple, and we could have been seated 30 minutes prior. We were told by others in the party that checking in here is often challenging. Off to more info: The interior has a cozy upscale pub feel with sports playing on multiple TVs. There was live music last night with a $5 cover charge, which seems reasonable. The crowd is mostly older and dressed in business casual. I enjoyed the salmon tacos with a side salad. The tacos came with a fresh Sriracha-mayo (or similar) sauce and mango salsa topping. The salad had an avocado ranch dressing. I paired it with a house Pinot Grigio. The server was attentive despite the busy night at this smaller grille. Outdoor seating on the patio has a wind screen with heaters, and we could still hear the music (without being charged a cover fee, bonus). Overall, we would definitely return and just be ready for some errors while checking in.
