I stopped by here on a cold and snowy evening when most other nearby food places were closed. Thankfully Five Guys stayed open! The service was really great. When I ordered a large fries, I got an entire bag full! I thanked the workers for staying open and being there for us hungry people. :) In general, Five Guys is pricy compared to McDonalds or similar. However, the burgers are fresh and huge. They're basically two meals in one! There is only one option on the menu for people who don't want a patty or a hot dog - the veggie sandwich. Check it you -- you won't be disappointed.

Hubby surprised me with a date night here after I mentioned I had really been craving it. I'm already a fan of the chain, this was my first time at this location. The employees were very helpful and I loved that they have spunky personality. I ordered a small cheeseburger and a large cajun fry to share with Hubby. An employee called me up and let me know they had an extra burger patty on the grill and offered me a double - WOW- I declined because I can barely eat a single here but appreciated the offer. The fries were perfectly crispy outside and yet soft inside and seasoned just right with the cajun seasoning. I always eat too many of them and this visit was no different. You literally cannot stop eating these fries!!! The dining area was clean and so were the restrooms. All the condiments were stocked and they gave me plenty of napkins for my greasy french fry fingers. For sure go grab a burger and cajun fry here!

The knock against Five Guys is that it's like the Olive Garden in that they don't season their food. Specifically, they don't put any salt on the burgers. Someone from the Internets investigated a while back. They said they don't put any salt on the burgers to keep the product consistent. Which didn't make any sense to me. If they put salt on all the burgers, would they no longer be consistent? I know every once in a while you get some dumbass who goes into a fast food restaurant and orders a burger with no salt on it. That happened sometimes when I was at White Castle. You'd have to clean off the entire grill and make a special set of burgers with no salt. It took all day. Service at this particular Five Guys is such that if someone came in with a special order like that they'd have to shut down operations. When I was in there recently, there were only two guys working the grill, the fries, the register and handing out orders. It was a weird time of day, but there was still a shedload of people in there, because it's at a very busy intersection. Also, it was like 100 degrees outside, and it may have been 80 degrees inside. It was a little bit cooler at the far end of the dining room, but not by a whole lot. One guy, i.e. half the kitchen staff, kept having to take his cap off and rub his face with his shirt. Both employees wore rubber gloves that they took off everytime they needed to touch something other than food--which goes to show how much fast food kitchens have changed since I was a young shaver. Or is that just because you can see the entire kitchen from the register? The theory at Five Guys is that if you order your burger "All the Way," i.e. with pretty much everything other than things that don't even belong on a burger, you don't even miss the salt. That's only kinda true. The toppings are really good, and the burger with all of those toppings on it is better than it has any right to be. But you can't help but wonder how good it would be if it had a truly obnoxious amount of salt on it, like senior citizens use. Speaking of which, you can get the fries in either regular or cajun style. Cajun style is just the regular fries with half a quart of cajun seasoning dumped on them. In the brief (but not brief enough) amount of time I stood there waiting for my order, the guy must have gone through two and a half bottles of cajun seasoning. I of course opted for regular fries. People say they're too greasy; I don't know what the hell is wrong with them. They must be weird adults who refuse to eat anything other than chicken fingers and cheeseburgers with no pickles on them. The fries are the one inarguably good thing they sell. Well, I guess there's also the shakes. The shakes are new since the last time I was there. I thought the whole idea behind Five Guys was to keep things simple? They must be feeling the pressure from Shake Shack. The price (like $5) brings the cost of the meal to an amount that could lead to domestic violence, but I figured, if I never get one again in life, I'd get one today, for the sake of citizen food journalism. You're welcome. As John Travolta might put it, I don't know if it was worth $5, but it was a pretty good milkshake. Pause. I couldn't see behind the counter, but it tasted like it may have been hand-dipped. But it didn't seem to take the guy very long to make it, so who knows. Shakes from a machine tend to taste vaguely of toothpaste. This, on the other hand, reminded me of when they used to have hand-dipped milkshakes at Hardee's. Remember they had a burger that they jokingly called the $6 burger? Ah, the innocence of youth.

Quick and hot food in overflowing portions. Burgers and dogs with lots of topping options. The menu also boasts shakes with several mix in options. Large parking lot with designated spots for curbside service. I ordered cheeseburger (2 patties) and small fry. I watched the cook add my fries to the bag. He straight dumped them in. I couldn't help but smile! I was given plenty of napkins and ketchup. Ended up eating only half the burger because it was so big. Fries are a bit salty, but they are hand-cut and fresh. If you enjoy a good burger - Five Guys will not disappoint.

PHYSICAL CONTAMINATION! Eating food and then biting down into something hard and metal is not a fun experience that I would expect from Five Guys. I have always loved five guys until I had this experience. This is probably the first time I have ever experienced anything like this and will probably never eat here again or at five guys in general because of this experience. I now have to make an unexpected appointment to the dentist to make sure I didn't damage my molar. Congratulations five guys you just lost a loyal customer.

Great burger! Great price! Five Guys Burgers and Fries is nothing new. They are all over the place. This location is nothing special, it's just the one that's close to my home. But if you want a good burger and a bunch of fries for a really good price, come here. The lines move fast, the food is cooked to order, and they keep the menu REAL simple. Too bad you can't eat here every day without risking a coronary...sigh.

Quick service, great staff and delicious food…read more I was craving a sandwich, so i stopped by here heading back to the office. The menu is plentiful and has so many different sandwich, and salad options to choose from. I was contemplating between the chicken bacon ranch wrap and the Cubano. I opted to get the cubano. My sandwich came with slow roasted pork, ham,Swiss cheese, deli mustard and pickles. I got mine on white bread. They put the sandwich in the oven to warm it up and melt the cheese, then gets dressed in what ever toppings you want. I chose to keep mine as is. The pork needs a little more seasoning, but over all, it was delicious. The meat was very tender, bread was so fluffy and soft. The deli mustard was not too tangy. I also grabbed a lemon cheesecake cookie. It was soft, chewy and had cheesecake pieces incorporated into it. I would definitely get that again. Plenty of seating inside and seating on the patio. It is noisy inside so if you're looking for a quieter place, i would take my food to go. The parking lot can become busy and congested due to it being in a plaza with other businesses. I will be back to try other sandwiches!

We came here a lunch outing to try the pot pie soup and the eggnog shake. My co-workers were raving…read moreabout how good the pot pie soup is and how you have to try it. Cute sandwich shop with friendly employees who are helpful but could definitely work on......how should we say hygienic cleanliness. Another fast casual establishment where either employees do not use gloves or their gloves are an extension of their hands, meaning they mop and clean up in the gloves, FINE but wash your hands and change your gloves afterwards. Also, take your gloves off if you're handling money and why are you wiping your nose with gloves on. The cup of soup if $5, well over priced for the portion size. The soup itself is hearty and the big draw is that the soup has pot pie crust sprinkled on top. It's more of a deconstructed pot pie that you eat like a soup then being a soup. The eggnog shake was $5.59 which was priced correctly for the cup size. The shake had a slight eggnog flavor but not that power packed punch that I was expecting. They use real milk in their shakes and I the quality of the ice-cream. I would recommend trying one of their shakes. My co-worker ordered both the eggnog shake and went back before we left to order the banana pudding shake which he stated tasted exactly like pudding and enjoyed that shake over the eggnog. I have tried a few of their sandwiches since our office has used them to cater lunch several times. The sandwiches are literally just ok, more miss than hit. The wreck I find is the most flavorful and the chicken bacon ranch is over-rated. I would not go out of my way to purchase a sandwich from here and spend my own money, they are far better sandwich shops to chose from. The only item that I absolutely LOVE from here is the jar of Hot Peppers. Now their jar of giardiniera is the BEST!!! It's a mixture of jalapeños, carrots, cauliflower, peppers and celery. It's spicy and super flavorful, goes GREAT on anything to add a kick, especially pizza and of course sandwiches.
