My roommate kept going to Culver's on a daily basis, and naturally, I'd poke fun at him because it was an everyday thing. However, I went there for the first time recently, and I have to say it's exceptional. Their staff was incredibly polite and friendly. There are few establishments where I am extremely impressed with the service. Culver's in Navarre made the list. As far as their food goes, their burgers are great. None of the ingredients were overpowering, and the overall quality of the burgers were neat, clean, and juicy. I didn't have to wait long either time I've visited. The establishment emits positive vibes, their food is great, and their service is incredible. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good burger. Food took longer than any sit down restaurant we've been to around here. It was good when we finally got it.

After spending $19.00 for one value basket, 1 burger, 1 order fries, and a sundae, I certainly was expecting much more than I received. I got the mushroom/swiss burger...very dry and over cooked, so little mushrooms, I had to take the burger apart to see them! My husband's burger was overcooked and dry also. Sundae was just ok. i certainly don't see what the hype is about, nor do I have a reason to ever go back. I get better at McDonald's for almost 1/2 the price! read more

I'm a local resident in Navarre who will never go back again to this store. It's the 3 rd time in 6 mos I've ordered simple like a single scope sundae only to wait and see two or three different Car hops pass me by with complicated orders for cars behind me and either drive away with nothing or have to get out of the car and go inside and get my order myself. Why not have one person assigned to food delivery so they can notice when someone on the window has dropped the ball? A lot of negative comments for a business in a very small town. read more

Quick and easy place to drive thru and pick up a meal if you don't want to sit down at some of the other establishments in town. We don't have Culver's in TN so we decided to drive thru for dinner last night. The burgers were really delicious and the crinkle fries were too. Happy to have a place for ice cream so close to our hotel and a drive through to boot. Especially since there is a dearth of ice cream parlors from Pensacola to Destin. (Why is that? Just ate at Culver's for the first time ever; went through the drive-through I got a single Butter Burger and the smallest size cheese curds available. The burger was simply amazing. The cheese curds were also fantastic and I could not finish them all--quite a few in smallest size. read more

Okay... this is a fast food restaurant...however.... their rueben is really good as is the pot roast sandwhich.......they have fried cheese curds which I guess relates to their Wisconsin roots...they are good and worth trying.....the staff is really nice and I was surprised to have such welcoming helpful and warm people at a fast food restaurant. This was my first exposure to this place but the couplke with us have eaten here before. They said my wife and I were in for a treat and they were correct. The ice cream combinations they create are great. What distinguishes this place however is a friendly staff and a wide variety of choices. It is clearly a "click up" in this gendre of food and should be experienced. Will I ever be able to go back into a Burger KIng or McDonalds and have food thrown at me. I hope not. I wasn't a fan of their lackluster chicken sandwich, however their custard is good, their fries are well seasoned and I had a taste of what my family ordered and it was delicious. I've been to Culver's twice in the last few days. It is the best fast food burger I've ever had, hands down. The food is always fresh and hot, the building is immaculate and the employees are extremely friendly. I drive from Fort Walton because I crave the cheddar butter burger. I had a really great experience tonight, I had a great waitress her name is Krissie and she was fantastic and friendly.

They have really good food and ice cream however they lack common sense. If I order a fish dinner then it should be a dinner I find in the bag when I get home not a sandwich. If I order ice cream on a cone, I should not get it in a cup with a cone on top. How exactly do I drive and eat that? Upon calling, the manager stated that they do that in case it melts??? Then hand it to me through the window? Who ever thought walking ice cream outside in 110 degree heat was a smart idea? They keep offering a free item to correct their mistakes. We travel from Pensacola to go here at least once a month. We have always been pleased with the selection and, of course, the frozen custard. It is one of the few places in the south where you can get a hamburger and a Pepsi, truly enjoy that about the chain. I must say that considering this resturant opened approximately 1 month ago when staff was training, and the over whelming response blocked Hwy 98 from people trying to get into the parking lot and drive thru. We're huge ice cream fans, make no mistake. Having never heard of Culver's we had no idea what we were in for. This is the epitome of creamy ice cream! Goodbye Baskin Robbins, Edy's and Dairy Queen! Hello Culver's!!! I've never had ice cream so creamy and flavorful. All we tasted was absolutely delicious. The corn dog and little butter burger were exactly that. Nothing exciting, just regular food but at a great price. The kid's meal was a perfect amount of food plus drink AND ice cream. Awesome deal!!! We were so excited to see Cluver's was coming to our area. On road trips we will travel out of our way to eat at a Cluver's. We have been 3 times and have been disappointed each time. The service is bad, food is not nearly as good as Culver's up north, and wait times for drive through are unacceptable. We ordered one evening and sat in the drive through cue for over 20 minutes. We saw a server bring bags to the car in front of us. The server stood there for a minute and we saw the open bags get handed back to her. She then brought the food to us. It is obvious the strangers in the car in front of us (with a large dog in the car) opened the food and realized it was wrong. The wrapped it back up and the server though it would be fine to serve it to us. I went inside to speak to a manager. The manager was rude and did not see the problem. They did refund my money (could not refund the 30 minutes I wasted). Another trip to Culver's I saw the server bringing our ice cream was carrying too many items and had the ice cream resting on the side of her hand. She placed it on the table and wiped her hand off on her pants. I had a nice hand print in my ice cream (no glove). On another visit the table next to us spilled a drink all over the floor. An employee saw the whole thing happen and walked right through the puddle and went about his business. The table went to the bathroom to get paper towels to contain the mess. read more

Ordered the Beef Roast Basket for $7.49 received what looked to be about maybe 3 ounces of a bland tasting pot roast between a bun, small order of crinkle cut fries and a medium drink... what no cheese, pickle, or some sort of sauce on the sandwich; really? The crinkle fries; really I can get better with Ore Ida frozen fries from the Winn-Dixie down the street. My wife ordered the Bacon Deluxe Snack which came with the same fries and a small drink the burger was OK nothing that says WOW I have to go back and get another one. The parking lot: the genius that designed the parking lot needs to be fired; it is a disaster, I had to exit through the "Do Not Enter" or try and migrate my way into the drive through line so that I could exit the correct way. Somebody is going to get hurt and it will be because of their inept design (and the county allowed this; go figure). I am all about supporting businesses in Navarre Florida but I will not support a business that is so poorly designed from the ground up. Just my humble opinion. read more

Yikes a parking nightmare. You can't get in and worse yet you can't get out as you are blocked in forever by the drive thru traffic. We snagged the last parking space left then go in and see multiple empty tables. Very deceiving seeing a full lot and so many empty tables. Bad planning not to have enough parking places to coincide with seating. Being it was my first time there I wanted to scope out the menu but was rushed to get our order in even though there wasn't anyone waiting behind us at that time. The cashier acted like she was doing me a favor when I asked about combo meals. OK, I settled on a bacon cheese burger and expected to get a single burger not a double and it was almost $9 then was charged another $1.30 to switch out the fries for cheese curds. Then we stand there like dummies waiting for our order only to be told rudely to take that number to your table and your food will be delivered. My burger was good, hot, juicy and no frozen burger meat, but way more than I needed. The chicken sandwich my granddaughter ordered was just so so and she didn't like her fries. My grandson thought":life doesn't get much better than this." The cheese curds were good but nothing to write home about. They only serve Pepsi products which is a negative for me. I will probably go back sometime but there was nothing that made me say wow I can't wait to go again. At these prices I could have had a great gourmet burger at Red Robin. read more

Culver's concrete mixers are ~1200 calories and I don't give a crap. Malt powder + snickers + vanilla is the magic formula. Butter burgers have the floppy-bunned, American cheesy essence of a McDonald's burger, taken to new levels of delicious. If I lived within 500 miles of Culver's I would be fat as #%$. Waited for the opening craziness to subside before giving Navarre's newest and only gourmet fast food restaurant a try. The facility was new and clean though not a big fan of the men's room layout. They should have taken a look at McD or new BK for their seating and tables. The place looks good with the flagstone accents but fails on the look and feel of the furniture. Employees were professional but not friendly...too businesslike. Not a plus ate this level of restaurant. Food is ordered at the counter and brought to the table. A nice touch that reduces the crowd at the counter. Our family of 7+1 ate for just under $55 (2 kid's meals, 4 regular baskets (sourdough double, 2 hamburgers, and 1 cheeseburgers) and 2 snack packs (single deluxe and mushroom & swiss)...not too bad but we still haven't tried their speciality...dessert. Unbelievably, the kid's meal and snack packs had bigger sandwiches than the baskets but at 70% of the cost. Of the sandwiches, the mushroom & swiss won the taste award. The burgers had a great flame kissed taste on the snack packs and kid's meal, but the ones ordering the baskets all sounded like the grandma on the old Wendy's commercial..."Where's the beef?" The square 1/4" fine ground beef patties were a bit dainty to overcome the buns and condiments. At this price range, the burgers need to be beefier to compete with non-BK and McD chains like Five Guys, Braum's, and David's. The deluxe burgers were in need of lettuce, I like roughage to help the cows go to pasture. Fries were seasoned by someone who lives on the coast in warm climate without access to refrigeration. Let's say that though I may enjoy quite a bit of salt on my food, they even made me cry mercy. Ahhh...dessert!!! Small mint Oreo, concrete mixer, and custard. A crowd pleaser. Those stating they can't tell the difference need to get their creamy meter recalibrated. The custard was thick, smooth and creamy. Flavors were distinctive, well balanced and no one flavor was overly intense. This is where this chain makes its mark! All-in-all, not bad for the price. Culver's is in the niche between BK & McD and Red Robins, much in the same category as Zaxby's. Of course, I haven't tried their other fare so I'll have to come back and review those dishes. read more

Food is okay, custard is good but do not order from the drive thru. It has happened at least three times, the wait is crazy going through the drive thru even if you are just ordering custard. After waiting about 15 minutes, I'd receive my custard and it would be runny and melted. For the times I have gone inside to order, I've seen that they leave custard orders out on their counter for quite some time before actually heading out to deliver it. read more

The ice cream and all the concoctions they make from ice cream is second to none. The food is average to below average but decent. Price is really good on everything. Staff extra friendly but they seem to screw up orders......I say that because they screwed up mine and I overheard the same from those seated around me. But they jumped right on correcting things very quickly and without hesitation. Sure I'd go back, more so for the crazy ice cream concoctions and flavors. read more
