I don't know why it's so hard to find a simple white-iced donut in the panhandle area. The big stores (Winn Dixie, Publix) don't carry that sort of thing, so you have to find a pure "donut shop" to get that. The local shops didn't have anything like that, so I resorted to Dunkin'. They had what I wanted, but for what you get, it's a little over-priced. Staff were friendly enough, though it wasn't fast. While the group ahead of me was getting a large order filled by one person, two other people seemed to be lingering around waiting for drive through orders (instead of helping). Then, when it was my turn, I had to wait for some scheduling gossip to finish before being helped. While not horrible, time-wise, I would think focusing on the customer first would be ideal. The donuts are fine. But I'd rather spend my money at local mom-and-pop shops where the prices are similar, but the donuts are way better. read more

Drive thru review. Slow. That was the big thing. Three cars ahead of me. Each one received two items in their order. Each car waited 5 minutes for items. Absolutely love this location. Cannot understand why the reviews were so low or at least that was not my experience today. They had someone training to take our order and the customer service was extremely courteous and fast. The service at this Dunkin' Donuts is always terrible. The guy at the front counter always has an attitude. A lot of the time they're out of donuts and I understand it's in a tourist area. I don't normally write reviews, but I'm seriously frustrated. I always order a Cappy blast and the response about 80% of the time is "we're out of vanilla ice cream." This has been happening for at least a year now. I'm a pretty reasonable person, but that is just non-excusable. You are an ice cream shop, which means that should be the flavor that is on hand 100% of the time. The management here needs to change. I've worked in fast food before and this is just sad. How hard is it to make sure you have more than enough on the shelf??? Disappointed that this place can't be structured enough to give their customers what they want. Dunkin is so hit or miss but the prices are pretty good. My mom and I go almost every night a little bit before closing. We have found the coffee to be so much better at night than it is in the morning. The staff is super kind at night as well. The mornings we have found to be slow and the staff not as welcoming. Went through drive thru this morning. I ordered, pulled around to window, and gave her my card. She gave me my card back and my order, I pulled away from the window, but she forgot an item, so went back through to get it. At the window the second time, I was told "I" forgot the item and that "I" forgot to pay. I was accused like I stole it. The drive thru person was extremely rude, and I fail to see how either of these problems were caused by me, since I gave her my card previously, and I don't bag the orders. This isn't the only time I've gotten horrible service here. Learned my lesson... I won't be back. As for your drive thru person, she should be let go... you're losing customers! read more

The service was absolutely terrible. We went through the drive thru and I ordered a basic iced coffee with French vanilla and cream. When I received my order, the coffee didn't appear to have any cream. I took it back inside, waited in line for 20 minutes, just for a worker to hand me one tiny little prepackaged cream. It's the worst donut shop ever. I've been in a few times, but each was a disaster. The store looks dirty, the physical appearance of the staff is untidy, and they are dumber than a box of rocks. No one knows a thing. I asked for Bavarian Creme donuts, and the counter clerk asked, "Which donuts are those?" Good grief, these people don't even know their own donuts! My wife approached the counter and asked for an extra package of sugar; the counter person responded, "Sorry lady, I'm off the clock." A better solution to this store is Wal-Mart, where you can buy Crispy Creme Doughnuts. If anyone is starting a customer-based business, visit this store to learn what NOT to do. read more

Dunkin' has a good selection of donuts. Downside is there are usually out in the afternoon. The coffee here is always reliable and tastes pretty good. The food selection is decent. I look forward to returning soon. read more

Donuts are priced incredibly high at this franchise with a dozen donuts costing $16.99. Additionally, when I got my donuts they were still quite cold in the middle from being defrosted, and the selection was minimal. We will find a local donut shop to use instead of this one for future needs. read more

Went to the drive thru (first time visiting the store) & ordered a dozen donuts, home in 5 mins. Donuts were very old & stale. Called the store & spoke with Mike the manager and explained the donuts were at least 2 days old. Mike said nope & with no resolution. Navarre resident since 1984 & will never go there again. I suggest Mike visit Krispy Kreme doughnuts, Walmart or Publix to see what a fresh donut is. read more
