Ordering is easy enough, once you understand the concept. There is Italian Ice. There is Soft Serve Ice Cream. They mix these two for a delicious treat called a Gelati. Don't miss this. You can make your own, but they do have several flavor combinations they've put together for you. I chose a ready-made combo: Strawberry Shortcake. The cutest shop with the sweetest vibes! I went to Jeremiah's on a Saturday night and the busyyyyy (first week open) business did not get in the way of the incredible service!! I was helped by Paola and she made my experience here memorable and left me leaving with a big smile! She was super friendly, welcoming, patient, and let me try two deluxe samples. I tried her recommendation of the Oreo Mud Pie, and it was a sample with the cooked n crème Italian ice, gelato swirl, and Oreo topping!! AS A SAMPLE!!! I also tried another flavor and she offered to make it like the first one, but I said no (I think I was shook by how amazing that sample was)! I ended up getting the cookie butter, which is biscoff cookies (the Airplane cookie) and it tastes excellent! LOVE this place. The mixture of the italian ice and soft serve ice cream is soo delicious! My son usually gets the animal cookie one that is pink with sprinkles and it's quite the presentation! Even the small size is usually more for him to eat in one sitting. I've gotten their pina' Colada and it's soooo good! They have a cool rewards program as well and staff has always been super nice every visit we've been there. Hopefully this place sticks around! :D read more

The Italian ice is amazing and there is a huge amount of options to pick from with even pre made up combinations like the Oreo mud pie.

Super fun atmosphere and a good staff! (Seriously I can't say enough about how kind the staff is!) It is a little hyped up though I was super excited to try it and then a little let down. I have found that making my own combo is a lot better. The coffee flavor is my favorite but they are usually out. The banana flavor taste fake and the Animal cracker may not look good but my whole family found it to be the best on the (already put together) menu. Definitely go give it a try if you haven't ever tried it. They are a bit pricey and I do recommend getting a small if your thinking "oh that cup looks small I'll just get a medium" because they do fill it above the cup line and it is a lot! read more
